Paid 22.70 got stale cold food. customer service was horrible both employees had headphones in ears which is a distraction while taking orders in drive thru. I was treated rudely when asked to replace fries for fresh hot ones and missing a cheeseburger. I got home noticed nuggets and mozzarella sticks we're stale and old and hard. Horrible experience.

I have been to the Seaford, De store. I was shocked at how dirty it was, and that is an understatement. If the board of health were to walk in the doors would be closed. We ordered an item and they were out. We tried twice more with replacemeitem which was also out. The ice cream machine was down as well. We finally got just a burger plane. Sitting down to enjoy breakfast with my father-in-law when woman walks from behind the counter and brings a folded piece of paper up and puts it on the table in front of me. To my shock and all it was her phone number! First off that is very unprofessional and rude considering I'm a married man with a wedding ring on my finger. I will not be back to this establishment and plan on contacting management as I do not feel that behavior is appropriate for anyone in a customer service position! Store #8576. Stopped at Burger King at lunchtime, waited in drivers line for 10 minutes, there were 5 cars in front of me.
