Burger King food mishandling whopper burger king # 9425

I am a regular customer at burger king at 1721 street road bensalem pa 19020; this is not the first it happened it is a third time? I normally come by night time by a drive-thru? Firstly the order taker is so stressed that he cannot take the order properly? I always tell them in my burgers (no bacon, no tomato, no pickles). Today when I went there at night order no 31 survey code: [protected]-091507; I always order mix and match? So I ordered spicy chicken and a whopper? And I told the order taker that no bacon, no pickles, and no tomato? I got my order and I paid by my credit card. I got my order than I went home? I always check my burgers before I eat; the spicy chicken quality was not so good? The bun was not fresh but I eat it? Then I checked by whopper and I found a little piece of bacon inside? So I went back to the branch and showed to the window service guy? He checked it and apologize? I told him why the order was not taken properly? He simply apologized and did not care? And was kind in a hurry? I asked him no refunds and asked him to give me small fries instead so he gave it to me? He also told me to make a new sandwich? But I refused. The point is this how can I trust the order taker and the person making the burger to avoid things I don't want in my burger? Previously also I had thrown twice the whopper and did not ask any refunds? This branch night staff is not paying attention to their job? Just taking the orders very roughly? No customer service at all? I am not a complainer but today I felt like to express all my concerns to you? I am not going to buy from this store? Until someone assures me to have the burger without bacon pieces? It cost me money plus inconvenience from this branch and seriously they don't really care. Kindly do something about this? As I love burger king and I do not want to leave such great food?

I witnessed a manager at this location being very road to multiple employees, a few minutes later he threw the rays across the kitchen because he messed up the order and had to fix it again. I believe this behavior is very uncalled for and I feel badly for the employees that have to work with this manager. His behavior made for a disappointing experience.

Please know this is the dirtiest BK I have visited. From the air vents, tables, floors bathrooms and Beverage area to the walls. Staff with long calypso braids working on the meals without hairnets. The food preparation area was crowded with stuff. The floor were dirty. The cleaning personnel water for mopping was disgusting. Serious health hazards. Attached my receipt with date and time. Please send someone or close it down.

Burger King the service I did not receive.

It was 11:44 as I rolled into Ankenys Oralabor Road Burger King Store, I saw someone in the driveway so assumed they must be open. After waiting for 6 mins and asking hello multiple times I pulled up to the window to see employees hiding and trying to avoid being seen by me or just acting like I didn't exist. I then proceeded to the 1st Street BK in Ankeny only to see they were already closed at 11:55, when both stores clearly boast midnight closing times. Having worked in the food industries for years I've never seen any places close before their allotted time until new management or something took over these two stores. It's ridiculous to just get off work around 11:30, try to go get some food at a place that SHOULD BE open, only to find their [censored] employees showing what minimum wage is all about. Congrats on your [censored]ty workers.

Burger King burger and applesauce, customer service.

I called and called this Burger King multiple times after I received a raw burger and no one responded! They also forgot the applesauce that I had paid for! It's too late to go back up there because they are closed! The two girls were laughing and giggling over the intercom and kinda toss my food into my car window after waiting over 20 minutes for it! I was not pleased at all!

First of all I love Burger King. Second, the one in Cary IL has really bad disappointing service. I am often put on hold while talking to the drive through attendant, the order has been wrong more than once, and the wait time is always so long. Tonight the wait time for food was 30 minutes! I often leave before I even finish ordering. I'm very disappointed with this place.

Burger King manager jennifer

Hi I wanted to reach out and bring some issues with store number 10451 to you attention. In mid august around the 15th I had come to get the Impossible Burger, as someone with major food allergies, your Impossible Burger suits me well. However by the time I had gotten back to work, sat down and ate the Burger, it tasted to good to be true, after wards I realized why, they kitchen had put a real Whopper on the on the sandwich. Now let me explain a few more things, I have something called Alpha Gal due to I was bitten by a ticket so I can not eat any mammal or anything that has come from a mammal such as dairy. So in other words if the animal can give birth I cannot eat it. I am only able to eat chicken, fish, vegetables and fruits and organic dairy free. So when I heard that you cam out with an Impossible and that it tasted a lot like the real thing, It was like God answered my prayers, however that day I got the real Whopper on the Impossible burger which resulted in an allergic reaction. My face turns red, my mouth gets a burning tingle, my hands and feet swell along with the burning tingle and I also get shortness of breath and extremely week. No try to do that job as a call center agent. I was stuck at work like this. Not fun at all! I reached out to the store and I did speak with Adrian, whom I explained everything too and she took it very serious and could not apologize enough. What a great lady you got there working for you, She told me when I come him to ask for her or your DM miss Wendy. Well I finally made it back in the store and your DM miss Wendy was there and I explained everything, Adrian was also on site, It made life so much easier that she understood herself as someone whom has allergies as well to foods. Now since I had been working a lot of 12 hours shifts, after work on 8/29/2019 I decided to take my nephew and myself over to Burger King for 2 of your Impossible Burgers. I arrived at the drive thru at 9:15pm, By the time they took my order it was 9:27pm, I finally made it up to the window and at 9:41 when I asked whats taking so long your manger on duty Jennifer came to the window and yelled at me saying the entire staff but the new guy had walked out of the building and she is doing the best she can, I said I understand but I had been waiting for a long time and wanted to know how much longer, she finally said you know what, I am completely out of Impossible Whoppers and she proceeded to refund me and still gave me complete attitude. Some of my managers, friends and family have stopped in this Burger King in the past and we have always had issues but this one toped the cake. My manger was in there in the past and said as well he knows your manager Jennifer and she is always yelling at the staff. He doesn't know her know her but he knows of her from being in the restaurant to place an order. I have not had the chance to reach out due to my working 12 hours shifts 5 days a week to gain some OT, but I have not had the time to let your DM Kelly made aware of this. I don't think it is right to have a restaurant manager yell at a customer. That night all I was doing was trying to place an order and due to the entire staff except the new employee walk out on her, She took it out on me, I saw her through the drive through window taking care of the dine in customers but she left me sitting at the window for a long time before she even came to yell at me and tell me the entire staff walked out on her and she had no impossible's to make me and demanded to give me a refund. I still can not believe she yelled at me as if I was a child. She completely disrespected me and belittle me in front of my nephew. I understand you had to rebuild this restaurant after the Tornato took it out a couple years ago but this is not how your treat customers. I am also a navy wife of 29 yrs now to a veteran as well as a navy mom for 2 years. I have been all over the this beautiful country of ours and my family and I decided to come back to the town we grew up in to retire from the navy. My hubby served over 20 years and I was there the entire time, as we are high school sweethearts and been together since the age of 17 and married at age 19. So I have met all sorts of amazing people over the years. Your DM Kelly was awesome at taking good care of me during the time I got a really Whopper on my Impossible Burger and it cause a major allergy attach. However The other manger Jennifer who yelled at me in the drive through over something that was not my fault that the entire staff walks out on her and she yells and says she is out of impossibles and demanded to refund me and continued to yell at me. That right there is a person that should not be managing your restaurant. I mean if the entire staff walks out on her and she is always yelling at restaurant staff and customer, I am sure your put more value in your restaurant then this. Sorry this was long of a letter. But I thought you should know all that has happened to me at your restaurant.

Burger King stranger king coke contest

I won over 30 different items from burger king in the stranger king coke instant win game I have called every week and they say it's been forwarded to the other department and no one will let me tall to a supervisor they are always busy when I call I guess I am going to contact the better business bureau if I don't get my prizes soon ok email is rossokronsgmail.com check out how many times I called and nothing done. Burger King kids meal, cheeseburger applesauce chocolate milk 2 tacos and a large coke

3 days ago I purchased my order and took it home, I am a frequent patron and the girls know me to see me, when I peeled back the lid for the applesauce the top was black and growing on the inside of the lid, I took pictures of the opened top and one of the side showing the date and the fact that you could see the darkness, I returned the next day and told the girl at the window, she said to speak to one of the managers, Stacy was the manager nearest the window and I explained to her and had her look at the expectation date, she apologized blamed the kids in the back tossed it in the garbage and walked away, no satisfaction on my part, no applesauce, no retribution, I wasn't asking for more than I paid for, I even apologized for complaining below are the pictures, I choose Burrger King because of the convenience maybe 2 miles away, but I was mad that as a frequent customer I was treated that way. I played Stranger king Burger King sweepstakes from 6/23/2019-6/28/2019, in which I won several food prizes. Burger King milkshake

I have been to your restraunt on Bellevue Avenue in littleton colorado several times in the last couple of weeks and they say they cannot make milkshakes because it is broken. Now this is the same issue I had with the one on Broadway. If you cannot keep your equipment in working order then why even have it on your menu. I eat ALOT at Burger King and hate that I am fixing to take my buisness somewhere else. There is a McDonalds, Dairy Queen, Freddys, and A&W all in throwing distance and I choose BurgerKing .
