I had to wait 10 minutes in drive through to make an order, when I went inside it was longer. I ordered all my whopper Jr with extra pickles. Of course when I get home NO pickles on any of them, and my burger had lettuce with the core still in it, the outside piece of onion that was to big for my burger. This is unacceptable and a disgrace to your company. Burger King was my first job and I still remember the quality and care we were taught to put into everything we made. Very disappointed...

Very dirty, Slimy, unsanitary. The bathrooms are disgusting and the pop literally has tasted terribly for like 2 years. They need to clean more and be more clean ALL AROUND being its a food service. The pop machine could get people REALLY sick! The costumer service is a joke, I had a huge order and drove alll the way home and when I got home I looked in the bag and they forgotten my rodeo burgers, cool right? So I call up there and tell them that I'll be back for them if only they could write my name down for the next day, and so they did. Cool! So when I went to go back through the line of drive-thru to ask to but a large fry to go with my rodeo burgers u guys had missed, very rudely she told me "2nd window." The lady there had the balls to say "NEXT TIME U NEED TO COME IN FOR THAT." I was confused because #1 they shouldn't have messed up my order in the first place!
#2 I had ordered food again to go along with them burgers, to get TERRIBLE service and nasty pop. I think it's VERY unsanitary, I'm a cleaner and I would never of expected a food service to be that gross on the inside and out.

Burger King on Century Ave in North St Paul, MN - Horrible food that doesn't look edible. Manager was acting rude, and talking down to a customer (she acted racist, the customer was African and had an accent - she was being excessively loud talking that way ONLY to him and was very hostile).
The cheese sticks were cold and the cheese looks like melted plastic, it doesn't move/stretch either. The packet of canned sauce is just disgusting - I don't even think it's real tomato, tastes like ketchup mixed with cottage cheese and is just as chunky too.
Iced coffee very bitter to the point you can't drink it, tastes like cleaning supplies or amonia.
The taco looks like a baby diaper. The meat doesn't look like real meat and has consistency of refried beans. I threw it out the window and even the crows won't scavenge on it.
Only think I liked is the pop..and ice cream. Won't be back.

I went to Burger King today because I wanted to try the taco. They were terrible first I got home bit into one and almost broke a tooth the shells were just that hard and then the filling what was it? It wasn't beef. Once they finally did answer the intercom and i made it to the window i gave my money to the woman at the window a young man then walked around to the window to tell me it was my fault i was not pulled up to the speaker i told him that i was completely at the speaker and even if thay was the case there was a line wrapped around the building that you did not see then he preceded to argue with me and i once again ask did you not see the line the manager came and said we did see and once we did we answered. refused to take my order
Went to Burger King in Sioux City on 8/01/2019 around 7pm. At first I just order a drank and a little while later went to get a burger. And the manager saw me said he's be with me and almost ten minutes later he still did not get my order. He was also harassing his staff and giving out old fries to one lady while telling a guy he's get him fresh ones at the same time. I am very upset and had a horrible experience: just hearing him belittle and scream at his staff was bad enough. But refusing to take my order? Something needs to be done. I agree...same thing in St. Cloud, MN. They do not look like what they show on TV. A skinny stretch of meat...and virtually no lettuce, tomatoes, etc. Hard, dry and not even worth 50 cents. Make what you show in you ads and you would have had a chance to grow that business. Too bad when marketing does not coincide with operations. Who knows who will be blaming who at Burger King for this failure. Do you ever test with real people and then roll out that what you believe will work for growing the business?

Was so happy when I heard there was a Burger King opening in Dallas, GA. Have gone there four times and 3 times out of the four were bad visits. The first time I was given cold...and I do mean COLD, food. Second time we ordered three chicken fries, were given one, went back through the line to be told they were OUT of chicken fries and offered something instead since we had already paid for three. The issue being that they never communicated that and let us leave with one chicken fry after we paid for three! Very untrustworthy behaviour. The last time, kept waiting in line for 15 mins with one person in front of me and then received cold food AGAIN.
I love Burger King and I have a large family so when we go we spend at least 60 dollars a visit. If they don't hire more reliable workers or train them properly then they will not only lose my business but many others. PLEASE fix these issues at our new location so we can enjoy your food chain. I love Burger Kings flamed broil taste, but since ive became a vegetarian ive notice that your sales cater to mostly meat eaters. When are the vegetarians entitled to a sale from Burger King? Its not fair that we pay full price for a veggie burger ALL the time. I look at it like this, the longer i live the more money i can spend on burger kings veggie burgers(You make more money from the living not the dead). 😀
Anyway, i hope in the recent future more sales and more choices for the veggie lovers and vegans. Change is a must and at this day and time healthier living is on the minds folks. Living a longer and healthier life is the key.

I went to a Burger King on lake June yesterday. Long story short, the guy swiped my card twice and charged me twice when I asked him if he charged me twice he said no so I went home to get ready for work. When letting the drive through cashier know the order was wrong, she ststed well its to bad they are already made. The order called for plain and they were made with condiments. Unfortunately my kids are allergenic. I should have just let them eat the bugers and sued burger king because theur employee did not want to fix the order.
