Canadian Tire bike purchased online

I received an email telling me that my purchase was ready. I drove from an hour away as the bike was not in stock at my local store to pick it up. They tell me it's not ready, don't know when it will be. I asked for Manager and she just smiled and said too bad. I asked if they could ship it to my local Canadian tire she said they don't do that. On top of this the drive was really bad with brutal winter weather on hwy 26. I will never step foot in another Canadian Tire again. There's no way that customer service can hold up.

Canadian Tire cyber monday

I went to Canadian Tire like I do every year on the Monday after Black Friday. I purchased two microwaves for Christmas presents. After I checked out I asked for my $50 Giftcard for spending $200. I was told that this year it was only if I ordered online. I don't have a computer and I don't know how to online shop. I was very upset by this. I don't think that it is fair. I looked at the add and it never occurred to me that cyber Monday meant I had to order it online. They were in stock at the store why would I order them. I had to get someone else to file this complaint because I didn't know how. Sad that only the customers who get this deal are the ones who can shop online.

Hy I have honda civic I went for service in parry sound. My car has no issue before but after tire change from canadian tire my rare tire got flat 2 times. I waited for 2 hours on car service date and I went on monday for concern about my flat tire. They let me wait for an hour more again and very disappointed and didnt even fixed the issue. Canadian Tire car service dept

This past spring I had my summer tires out on at this location.
Today I went in to my dealership to get an oil change and have my winters put back on and was shocked by what they told me.
They informed me that my summer tires we so over torqued by the technician that my rims have cracked. Not only this but they are unable to removed the nuts now with heat or a torquing gun.
They have told me that I will have to have an extraction done, replace all the nuts on all my. Tires and now will have to replace my summer rims on my not even 2 year old Jeep.
All this because of the incompetence.
My dealership told me to contact you immediately before they proceed with the work because Canadian Tire should be held responsible for the damage caused to my vehicle and my now very expensive bill.
I have been advised in the past to never go to Canadian tire for car service, and now I have just learned why.
I need someone to contact me asap regarding this because I find it incredibly unfair to have to incur such a large bill due to your employees incompetence.

Canadian Tire tire rotation

November 14/2019
Invoice number [protected] Date of purchase November 7/2018. William Erickson box 1355 gibbons Alberta Canada T0A1N0 Randy (service center). Anita (General manager)
Hi there. I tried to set up an appt to get my tires rotated on my 2009, 3500 dodge ram truck and was told by Randy at the service center that they were refusing to do any work on my truck until I replaced all the studs on my truck.. I asked him why this was happening considering when I spent over a 1000$ on the tires, you knew my studs were bad yet it did not stop you from taking my money and replacing the tires.. It's even on receipt that my studs were bad.. if they were so bad as to not be able to do work on my truck would it not seem prudent to tell me to fix the studs before you sold me the tires but alas for 1000$ I guess they could do the job. Now that I am trying to get what was assured to me at the time of purchase, tire rotations, tire repairs, etc. I'm totally out of luck! I tried talking to the GM Anita but she walked away when randy showed up so she could talk to her friend. I explained maybe you should listen to what is happening so that maybe she MIGHT know what was happening. She told me it's not a general manager's problem and to just deal with randy even though I asked to speak to her. I am totally upset that as long as I spend 1000$ Canadian tire will overlook problems but after that forget anything else being done! I hope you don't treat other customers like this?!
In addition, this was the second time I had to come into this Canadian tire to try and resolve this problem. On the 12th of November I spoke to Anita at the store and said she knew nothing about it and wouldn't do anything till she talked to randy on November 15th and then he would give me a call… I never received any call... Today she was now saying that Randy had been off for a few days even though 2 days prior she said he would be there. What kind of General manager do you have running this store?

as you can see on the receipt the studs were supposedly in horrible shape yet canadian tire still took 1000$ from me and did the job?

Hi I have a complaint about the Canadian Tire located in Nanaimo BC. I went to the automotive department to buy some winter tires yesterday with my son. The female cashiers at the automotive shop were extremely rude and unprofessional.
