I am facing with an ongoing issue with one of your agency which I booked my car! My deposit ( JDR 350) pre-authorization still is not cancelled or refund from the agency. Even though I sent 5 e-mail and many WhatsApp messages, they never replied me. I am very disappointed. This is my 3rd time booking on your booking, if this problem is not solved soon I will never ever book again with your page. It is really annoying when you are trying to get an answer from the supplier and nobody cares you! Awaiting your solution

Reservation nrs CF0F8016 and CF7670BD. We made reservations for 2 cars from 13/4 until 20/4, we could pick the up in Maebella airport. At arrival we went to the Goldcar desk, as we made the reservation for there cars. As the forms were completed they told us that they couldn't deduct our prepayment of € 62, 29, because we paid it on your account. We did pay the full amount, there was no other choice. So we would be very pleased to receive the 2 prepayments of €62, 29 on our accounts.

We reserved a car with Carflexi in Catania, Sicily.
We arrived at the airport and rang for the shuttle bus to Catania Car Rental. My husband and I rang about 50 times. No reply.
We were stuck at the airport and had to make alternative and more expensive arrangements.
I would like the deposit that you took refunded please as no car rental was provided.
Despite several emails and phone calls over the past month or more nothing has been resolved and you still have our deposit of €16.52.

I paid a car reservation and I can't rent
To carflexi team,
I did make a reservation for 3 days to rent a car in bari airport, from carflexi on 16. Febr. For 18. Febr 2019. And I did pay with the same card,
7 euro/ day + 2 euro/day x 3 days = ab. 26 euro (+ 5 euro at ofice)
After I did landing, I call at carflexi for rent the resrved car but from your ofice I was refused bec. I have"t a credit card (I have only debit visa card) I try to pay cash and I was refused again. (I had a bussiness meeting on 18. Febr. At 15:30 with a car dealer - in santerano in cole) and I wash-out, he meeting. I must to refix a meeting with car dealer, and for not miss again I took a taxi for 50km distance.
For this inconvenience please to refund me the total amount payed by me on 16. Febr. With card visa... 6472, a.S. A.P.
And please send me a refund confirmation.

I sent pictures and explained everything very clearly. We paid some services and we have received very bad and unprofesional ones. The car stayed in the hotel parking because we could not use it, it was old, dirty, insecure, and impossible to install children's chairs. Carflexi partner promised us a new car with isofix children seats and we got an old one, worn out and defective air conditioning and borken, dirty and insecure children seats.
They told us that all the taxes were included and I noticed that even the parking had not been paid, even though they told me they had paid it.
They were very rude, etc.
What should I do?

I hired a car from car flexi with first of R1795 for the carhire. I was given a good rate. I signed up got the car and a deposit of +_ R 1100. When I got my statement it said I owed R1795.00 still. I went to First only to be ripped off even more. From this they wanted a deposit of R8000 plus the amount which was over R10 000. I told the lady at First that I cannot give so much what about my holiday. I ended paying for a B class small car almost R550 a day.
This is daylight robbery. Please get rid of Carflexi. They and the car hire First work together to rip you off.
Sorry just wanted to add R1795 was for 8 days Which was R224 per day. I paid with the deposit plus carhire over R550 for a b class . I. April through Avis same car I hired for R200 p day. Daylight Robbery from FIRST and Carflexi
being charged unfairly, and not giving me my money back
I rented a car online and I payed via PayPal. The problem is that I didn't know I needed a credit card for the deposit, since they didn't tell me until after I did the payment. My problem is that I don't own a credit card which is why I could not longer rent the car. I went to the place which was InterRent in Bari, and they told me that I couldn't rent it without a credit card, and I should call CarFlexi to get my money back. I had to rent a car in a different place since I needed a car urgently. When I called CarFlexi they told me that I can't get a refund, which I think is totally unjust because no one told me I needed a credit card. So basically they got my money without me taking a car. And all this was done the same day, so I don't understand why I can't get my money back.

But i picked the car up at budget (belfast city airport) this morning only to be charged a separate amount again for the car. Website shows lower price of car compared to other website, but cunningly portrays confusing calculation at the payment page which allows the company to charge you an extra fees for using their website, so-called service fees.
Very misleading and dishonest company. Please stay away from this website! Called to clarify with the company but personnel sounded very non-nonchalantly and not helpful at all, perhaps trained by the company to do so.
Im writing this so that no other consumers will fall victim to this wicked company. I hope Dubai consumer right department will take action against this company.

Hello, good afternoon. I book a car with your company, and your company asign to CENTAURO in Madrid. October 1, 2018. Very BAD company, very, very bad services. The bus take half hour in pick me at the Airport, when arrive to the hotel, where Centauro have a small desk and one telephone, the waiting time was over onother half hour, and finally the lady was so, so rude.
I try to talk to a supervisor, and nothing happens, was its impossible. I need to take taxi 30 euros back to Madrid Airport and rent a car there in SITX 13 days for 157 euros. Free kilometros, and with exception to go France or Portugal.
Honesthly I want my MONEY BACK. I dont think is nice to loose that amount of money. I am a honest work lady, make only 12, 90$ hour.

misleading information on bookings
Good day. I booked a car with carflexi and had the worst experience ever. the agency could not listen to understand but just wanted me to listen to her. My booking number is CF590CF70. Please note when I got to the car hire they advised me that carflexi is way more expensive than booking with them at the counter. Which is very misleading as we're convinced on their interest that they are way cheaper and less complicated.
I just want my refund of the money that you took from the credit card.
You just feed us lies and take our hard earned money just like that.its so hard to reach your customer service representative and when I do he will be so confusing with a tone that is very difficult to understand.
