the horrible smell in the store for months
The horrible smell in the entire Carrefour store near by the Le Meredien Hotel in Dubai Marina has been there for months now if not for a year.I have been to a few Carrefour stores in Dubai and other countries but I 've never experienced anything like that.It is unacceptable to your customers and employers who have to inhale this creepy odor for weeks.

1. Order delivery delayed
I ordered some foods from Carrefour online mall on 13 July, you committed should be ETA on 15th July, but we got it later on 7/16.
2. Something missed in this order .
When i got this delivery, i found missed 3 bags of food, why didn't you informed me in advance? And at that time i cannot reach your service hotline by phone.
3. I searched the Customer Service employee Mr Huang from the courier. When i contacted him by phone, he said cannot help me immediately, his attitude made me angry, even that he swore and shouted at me, very very impolite!
4. Can i request to resolve it, can i request you to dealt with him seriously in accordance with your policy?

i bought new TV online as smart tv and it was delivered to me then i was disappointed because the smart APP doesn't function right and your tube not working unless i use mouse device which is not helpful at all

2 days ago i went to yoir branch in burjuman to purchase airfryer, we approached one staff and asked for airfryer he advised one item which is moulinex we directly purchased it and left, when i reached home i read the booklet and found out that this machine is not airfryer but its a deep fryer which is not the item i need, i packed the item as it is and approached the same branch where the staff accepted it and adressed to exchange it so we looked around and we found out the price of airfryer is much higher and we decided to refund, the staff welcome us and started the process of refund while a tunsian lady supervisor came and said no we cannot exchange the item because its open, but i brought back the item closed then the staff opened it to check if all items are ok inside and talked with us in a rude way which we cannot accept, this is worst service i never faced like this is carefour

I shop at Burj Views carrefour in Dubai. I earned 500 points on my myclub card on 9/7/2017 and apparently received a 50 AED voucher but I never received it! no one said "here's your 50 AED voucher." Now my points are back to the beginning. This is not fair. No one is helping me with it. I shopped for almost for 5 months to earn those point and I have nothing to show for it. Not shopping at carrefour again!

we are merchandisers working for different brands would like to bring notice that the manager from deira city center branch mobility is useless and giving stress to all promoters by indulging wrong practices which is not acceptable by any lAW, merchandisers are working more than the given time without taking even compensatary offs as they worked for eid holidays but mr hossain the manager is ruining our life one day after another his new drama starts if some one argues then he has been transfered and given the warning of being blacklisted from carrefour and he did to 4 people in the past few weeks his intolerance is getting worst day by day also he is using the words which law has not permitted to any one details ill furnish on mail only also we all complaint to departement head but he is not taking action on it he is silent every one is facing the problem kindly look in to this at the earliest

I bought washer online on 01.07.2017 via order no [protected] and we got sms on 03.07.2017 that my order is shipped and on the way to me.
From that day we are waiting for the delivery but unfortunately nobody is there to give clear picture about the delivery status even one of lady told us that my washer has been already delivered to us and another lady says this on the ways.
We are unable to go out because we are informed that delivery is on the way.
Kindly look into this because we are really not expecting this king to customer from carrefour.

They are very big stupid becoze they dont know any thing about the carrefour and the items where it is.

i was requesting to manage the delivery time of my goods due to my unavailability of the given time. the lady who called back started yelling at me in very unpleasant manner and tested my patience rather politely to resolve the issue with possible options.
i was so upset that i had to disconnect the phone and when i called to get her name to report her behavior, she bluntly disagreed.
i am in uae since 9 years and this was one of worst experience i have had and that is also from a reputed service providers.

I visited the Carrefour in Sa Coma, Mallorca, Spain. I spent 15 euros and needed to get a taxi. I was directed to customer services. They offered to phone for one for me and they did. They were abut sharp saying 'now, hurry, go there' but I assumed some had been missed in the past.
A few days later I went back to buy some things I'd seen and spent 100 euros. I went to customer services and asked if they could call a taxi for me please.
They said flatly no. I said 'well you did a few days ago'
They said no.
I said 'I've just spent a 100 euros and you won't call me a taxi?'
They said no and pushed a piece of paper in front of me.
'This number'
I said I'm not sure what to dial, and I knew my Spanish might not work on the phone.
Eventually I got a taxi ordered.
I then told them I would never shop at Carrefour again.
I am working here for another six weeks with over 100 other people. I will take every opportunity to tell them that they should not shop at Carrefour and why.
Why would they refuse the best help to a visitor spending good money? They only seemed to be standing around otherwise.
It's a mystery to me.

I submitted my inquiry in March/2017, and my inquiry has never been processed.
The carrefour where I placed my inquiry at is: Carrefour, UAE, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Manar Mall.

I bought Sony Xperia XA from Landmark store on 15th June.
But traveled outside Qatar and won't be back until 30th of June.
The phone is not working properly, keeps deleting contacts, messages, etc...
Also it's consuming all the data plan despite several trials to reset or to rectify this issue, attached complaint done with Sony ME (in Arabic).
I'm in a very embarrassing situation as it was supposed to be a gift to my sister and it's not working.
You have 2 options, To replace the phone from any Carrefour in Egypt, or extend the money back period more than 15 days so when I get back Doha, I'll give you the device and get my money back, as I'll have to get my sister another gift from Egypt and won't need your phone anymore.

rude comments from staff to customer
As I have only lived in Belgium for a few months, my Flemish is not fluent as of yet. I asked a member of staff, a woman called Chris, if she could show me where the pegs were. She asked me if I live in Belgium, and she was appalled I couldn't speak Flemish. She then told me how she speaks 5/6 languages, and walked off after showing me where the pegs are, telling me to "go and learn Flemish". I am a musician and the time I have spent in Belgium has been networking with bands and communicating through music. I think it is incredibly rude and unfair to boast about how fluent she is in 6 languages, and not use her skill to help me communicate with her. Yes, my Flemish needs work and the word for "pegs" hasn't come into my vocabulary yet, but I am disappointed she was not more welcoming. I have never been met by a person who was is so rude and hurtful when it comes to judging the language skills of a person you do not know. I hope you seriously re-evaluate your staff.
