As a cash crusaders customer, I loaned my laptop and payed my loan a week before it due but the problem was I got my laptop back with a battery problem yesterday I went back to notice the store (china mall breach in durban), they told me it was not they problem even spoke to the manager, she told me she could not help me. Now I am stuck with a broken laptop and the store can not help me.
