Top up [protected]
In December 2021, I contacted Cell C and requested for a Migration for data to be increased on the current contract I have on the number [protected]. A consultant that was assisting did not advise that they are activating a top up and not increasing data on what I currently have. A sim card was delivered, thinking that I will use one sim card.
A consultant by the name of Ntombi, called me again in January to alert me about the discrepancies, on my account and she promised to call back to date. I'm still waiting on her to call me back and she assured me to have the matter resolved.
Theodora from the collections department also made arrangements without me acknowledging it. She kept interjecting while I was trying to relay my story. I don't know if she was trying to push target however that was so unprofessional of her.
I'm now expected to pay R10000.00 should I wish to cancel or pay arrears which is R1500.00, which I cannot even afford. Please listen to the recordings, I will like this matter to be resolved because I don't have that kind of money to be deducted every month.
Desired outcome: My account to be rectify and my profile not to be affected on the bureau

No help and bad level of service
Good Day I have this contract with cell c for over 6 years now were i never had a issue with payment I am very disgusted with the level of service I have
Recently I have had issues with my employed not paying me due to covid we were working but not getting paid I have kept cell c updated every month I sent documents to them from my employer stating there is no salary to pay us I have been making arangemts and keeping them up to date about my issue that once I get paid I would pay the arrears and bring the account up to date December was the last arrangembat I made were I told the consultent I started a new job and I'm able to pay she advised I pay via easy pay as I was not sure whan my sallery date was I was assured everything was OK I did not hey no sms no phone call no email from them that my account has been handed over were I was assured that if I call in and make arangemts and keep them updated it won't happen I was also not told that my contract was canceled I made a payment in Jan on the account ad agreed u Than called in to find out if they have revived payment I was given a email adress to send proof of payment I did so again that consutent did not tell me the account was handed over or canceled I understand I did not pay the account for few months but u kept them updated sending all the email and letters why I count pay
Desired outcome: I would like the matter to be attanded to and my line and contract active again

Anynet minutes charged for incoming call
I received a call from a cell c number. 10 minutes later I'm notified my anynet minutes is finished. The call cuts.
Considering that it isn't possible as I received a call. Another Cell C number called me. If I called It would've charged cell c minutes. Why am I paying for the glitch Cell C? Did anyone else experience this.I can not be the only one
Desired outcome: I expect my anynet minutes credited back to my number. Also want to know why it happened. Twice isn't just a mistake. Why aren't you protecting your customers from such nonsense.Not once but twice!!
Contract - allocating payment
My January 2022 was not paid so I made an EFT payment to Cell C to an account that I have ALWAYS been using when I need to make an EFT payment to cell c. January 2022 was the first time that I have EVER heard that Cell C's bank account has changed for when you make an EFT payment. Now my line is deactivated but I have sent the proof of payment where I've made the payment for ALL outstanding premiums to the old bank account which Cell C initially gave me. I've been struggling for 3 weeks to get my line right but the help from the Cell C side has been very unsatisfactory.
Desired outcome: I need my contract canceled with immediate effect.
My contract was due to end in January 2022, so I made a call after the last debit order, to my surprise I was told my contract was extended and that they called me on the 27th of January 2022, which is a lie as I had only one call on that day from my mother in law. I opened a fraud case sent documents but still no case number or response from them. I'm no longer using their service since December 2021 and will never use their service again, because they're dishonest and I will not pay them for February as my contract was extended without my authorization.

I have cancelled my contract on the 2021/10/28 and was advised that I NEED TO GIVE 30DAYS NOTICE ,of which I did and then called Cell C and they advised that the contract has been cancelled , I have received a notification from my banks saying that I owe Cell C for two months .This is unexpectable I have cancelled because I am currently on temp disability and that is the main reason I cancelled. This now is a having an impact on my credit status.

Cell c network it is a problem last year I couldn't get hold of my mon due to no network at ntshingeni location cofimvaba for all cell c customers. I called cell c contact center reporting the matter but it was not considered, because according to the lady who was helping me at alberton city cell c store the message was not save and my mom has lost her number [protected] she has been using it for years

Paid up letter
Hi,
I tried to call your customer care Department for a Paid up letter.
This was an 10 year old account, I couldnt recall which address I used at the time... this was 10 years ago afterall...
agents refuse to help me and just put down the phone on me... it takes on average 18-30 minutes for me to reach the right agent...
I sent an email to [protected]@cellc.co.za and promised turn around of 48 hours... we on hour 54 and not even an acknowledgement...
I paid this over 2 weeks ago can Cell C just give me my Damn Paid up letter... I dont want to pass your stupid secuirty questions because I will not be using your service again...
Some Assistance would be nice or I will just work with the NCR and the ombudsman.

Cellc fraud
I contact cellc in june to find out whats my settlement amount for my contract they gave it to me and I paid the amount I phone in to advise they need to cancel the contracts that I have with them I send them pop to cancek everything they did not debit me for after that.
Aftet few months they debited a r350 I contact them they advise that I owe them that and my contract was never canceled I have been battling with them to phone me they have been ignoring my emails I have been chatting to them on social media but the service is ao bad keep on telling me I am liable to pay that amount which I dont agree on. According to me the service should have been canceled but still they dont do any thing to assist me I would never ever recommend anyone to use cellc they are a joke!
Poor service and misinformation regarding upgrade
On 19/01/2022 my son and I went into the Festival Malll Cell C shop and upgraded his phone to the Samsung A32. It was the last one in stock so I could not do an upgrade myself. In any event I wanted the A32/Galaxy Tab combo which was also not in stock. I was told that stock should be in by Friday 21/01. Friday came and I was told Monday. Needless to say I was promised the Tab and A32 by the end of the following week (28/02), but nothing happened. I was now concerned that the deal would expire on the following Monday.
On 31/02/2022 Florence abrubtly forwarded a message to me purportedly from head office. In a nutshell it says that deals will not be extended. (See attached)
Just to eb clear: The ad said "limited stock", but I was not told that there was NO STOCK, only that the store was WAITING for stock.
Desired outcome: I believe the Tab was not available due to incompetence, not stock shortage. I would therefore like Cell C to honour that deal.
Cellc
April 2021 I took a a contract with cellc telephonically. The contract was R299. Month end April I was suppose to pay pro-rata for the remaining 15 day but cell c deducted R510. I called then and they said is for the pro-rata and the premium for may of which I did not agree on that.
June they deducted R347 instead of R299, they continued to deduct that amount until December when I wanted to cancel my contract because I did not agree on that amount. In July they deducted R900 claiming that I missed my premium for 2 months.
Surprisingly in August they did not deduct and September they wanted only R100. I called complaining that they took my kids money I had to go to loan shark in order to support my kids and still they did not reverse my money.
I canceled the debit order and stated paying cash. In December my Sim card was blocked 4 days after I emailed prove of payment. I tried to cancel my contract with them but failed.

Insurance/repairs centre delay poor service
I booked my phone in at Cell c-somerset mall on the 11th of January after it got accidentally damage on 10th January. Received an sms on the 13th saying it was received at the repair centre and is queing for assessment. After a week of no feedback I followed up constantly via email and phone. Just to be told I should follow up on this day and that day because bo quotation has beeb generated even after following up on the days I was told same thing to a point I could not get hold of them I get hunged up on. My concern is that I won't have the phone back within 30 days as stated since by the end of this week will mark 3 weeks since my phone has been received at the repair centre. And no one makes any effort to find out what's the hold up or get the ball rolling. As I have said numerous of times I am not prepared to wait more than 30 days to have the phone back in my possession UNLESS a loan phone is offered. Especially if the company knows this might take longer than 30 days. Its been almost 3weeks no quotation, after that is generated I have to pay an excess before any repairs or replacement process starts again the phone will be queuing even if I pay the excess fee same day, send proof it is not like they will start repairing or replacing it immediately. Again I am not prepared to wait more than 30 days due to cell c's delayed poor sevice and this for a phone I need to pay for every month. I hope someone will get to the bottom of this. Phone contrac
I took out two phones on contrac by cell c on 01/02/2016 had the phones for 3 months then i payed out full cancellations fees when i canceld my contrac with them and yesterday when i wanred to bey my daughter a phone on contrac for her birthday, cell c told me i still have a running account and that i dont pay then i try to tell them i canceld it in 2016 they told me no and started to get rude when i asked them how is it possible if i know i cancelled my contrac so so angry with cell c and they just make my life bad ...what a disapointment really please can you fix the problem and get my name cleared, its not my fault you cant do your job right so now i have to pay from 2016 till todate no guys thats wrong if you cant do your job just quit and hope you guys are going to resolf this problem becuase now i cant get credit no thats bad and after yester day the bad service from the sales person and rude sho no i prefer vodacom

Defrauded contract
My account has been hacked and fraud committed. I have sent my emails and spoken to many consultant including one at Matlosana branch who said there is nothing she can do. To this day after numerous calls made to get this matter resolved no one has gotten in touch with me despite your auto response saying someone will hit in touch with me in 48 hours.noboas called me to give me feedback My accounts have been inactive from mid decker with fraud committed from September. With limited uped without my consent or call done to the call centre. An amount of 4480 was debited and reversed in December and again now the same amount has been debited. How am I getting charged for services that were fraudulently used.

Incorrect Bill/Rude customer agents
There is a billing issue on the account which Cell C have advised more than once on recorded calls was a problem on their end. They are now wanting to double debit my account for something I am not responsible for. The manager I spoke to was not only arrogant but blatantly rude his name is Colin. This is totally unacceptable

Good day I have cancelled my contract in September 2021 and cell c send me a statement showing a credit balance, hoping that I would receive the credit into my account the next month. In November realized that my refund was never paid to my account I called and the lady advised that they would send the request, ref number
[protected]. I called again in December and N Mkhasibe advised that I need to send a proof of payment, this was sent on the 7 December, she advised that it would take 7 working days for the refund. I followed up on the 8 December and 16 December and again 19 January with no reply .
This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I can only imagine how many complaits there must be with such terrible service.. Urgently assist with my refund.
