I took a 24 months contract deal with cell c in August 2018,i could not pay contract just after covid hit us in 2020 as i was no longer employed.now its over 3 years down the line
Things are back to normal i have a job but my life is a mess as i can not buy anything on credit because of a cell phone contract that i have no solution of repaying.
I have contacted cell c multiple time so that i can get the details of the company that my account was handed over to so that i can make payment arrangements as i cannot pay instore anymore.cell c customer service always tell me that my account is with Monalisa legal,when i call Monalisa they tell me that cell c has with drawn the account in 23 december 2021,they always advise me to call cell c again and get the clear detail of where my account is handed over to.when i call cell c customer care they tell me to go back to monalisa hamondpole legal, circle repeat🥲.everytime i send a mail all i get os an automated mail response with a reference ticket number but no one calls.
At this point in time i am very frusttated as the only way to get out of debts ia paying off but for me there is no solution as this service provider does not have a soplution of where i should pay what so ever i owe them.
All i need is for cell c to provide me with the details of where o can pay off their money or scrap me off their list as they dont want me to pay any more.some of the ticket id are as follow: [Ticket ID: 359392]
