I have paid the amount that was initially outstanding and I had sent through the proof of payment on the 1st July, No one bothered to update my account instead you guys hand me over to a collections company messing up my records.
I asked for someone to contact me several times to change the debit order details as the person who was paying for this contract is no longer working, but again I get ignored and my account is handed over,
You want people to pay, we pay then you decide not to do your job and then place a person in a worse off situation. My arrears is still sitting as R1000 some change, and my amount paid does not reflect and its 26 days later.
This will be taken to the Ombudsman as this is pathetic. You cannot tell me you did not receive the payment as the reference is noted.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Cellc you have the worst service I have ever seen. I canceled my contract and the was an outstanding amount which was due on the 31 January 2022 which I did pay before the 31 January to my surprise I received another statement from mbd saying I have been handed over for non payment how possible is that because the due date was on the 31 January. I called all the departments you have at cellc and I'm just being taken from pillar to post. While the amount from mbd keeps on increasing. What kind of mickey mouse are you running there. Can you please fix this problem because your just messing up with my credit

I am a victim here…my Cell C was handed over with a duplicate…I paid one on the 1st January 2023 and I refused to settle the other one since I didn’t have this other duplicate account of the same amount I was handed over with …The lawyer they handed me over don’t seem to win in resolving my account….they insist that I settle the account…

I am shocked and Appalled at the disgraceful service, or Lack of, that I have received from Cellc!
My business and I have been struggling for over 4 months to get you to change debit order details from my personal account to having the business pay for my line! We have signed change of ownership sent banking details filled in your forms sant Id documents and have been promised that the debit order is loaded and will go off with the outstanding arrears amount...this is a 24 hour medical emergency line... 4 months later it is STILL offline and no debit order has been taken off but we receive SMSs saying you will report the matter to the bureau! I have had it with this pathetic service and i am done with being sent from one department to the next with no one helping me at all...This is a joke I'm currently on hold for half an hour trying to get answers and this is the Final straw.
