I went in on the 25th of Aygust 2023 to take out a contract at the Phoenix Plaza Cell c. This laptop was taken for studies. I have exams and assements the assitant had a nerve to say use the internet cafe the what was the poin t of going to cell c for a contractWhen i completed my documents I gand taken my device and walked out of the store. The sales Assistant asked me if I want to check the laptop in store. At the time due I thought I had choice not thinking it may have been compulsory that I did open it. On the 1st of Septemeber 2023 at around 8am my laptop screen was black when i put it on to use. I called Cell c spoke to a consultant she advised to bring it in store on the same day. I asked her what will be the procedure she said they will check and call back. Unfortunately they didnt call back. I made another call spole to another assistant she said the same. I took the laptop in by around 12 o clock or so. She assited said she will check what can be done. Go to their back room come out aiming around to print documents. Not speaking to me. I asked if her manager can assist. The explained its out of 7 days. What is that. Does 7 days include the day of purchase ? Phoenix Cellc plaza managet comes from the back, no greeting or anything of thatbsort, asks where do you want them to collect this your house or here? Firstly you didnt explain to me there isnt anything else you can do to sort this out. I wasn't given any contract documents . Either. The lady assiting said that it will go on the monday which was the the 4th of September 2023. I phoned today the 14th September the laptop is still sitting int the shop to no resppnse when will.it be going. The debit will go fast from.acc for something i didnt use yet. My data router is with them too . Please assist their service delivery is pathethic
Desired outcome: I wont want to pay for the one month of the contract and i want a replacement immediately. .
