I redeemed 32, 000 points for 2 gift cards. Each one for 50$ US. I received them in the mail and tried to use them and there was NO value on the cards. I called and was on the phone for 1 hour and 25 minutes. They were not willing to fix anything immediately or to give my points back. I have to wait 3-5 days to see what they will do. As a customer, I do NOT feel rewarded at all and will use up my points and no longer use this brand of hotels.

Today will be my third day here and I woke up this morning with a sink that is full of black and stuff that come up through the pipes the pipe under the sink is leaking refrigerator is also leaking full of water and I tried to call in the middle of the night to get emergency help and no response by my phone because the phone in the room is cut by the wire and I called from my cell phone and no answer I would like either a refund or I would like to pay for another night but not the whole amount and I need to know right away otherwise I will go to the consumer affairs because this is the second time that something like this has happened first time because it was bed bugs and all you guys gave me was 3000 points and I was supposed to be satisfied with it and I did not again this is not fair $97 a night and I have no frigerator no sync and I have missed one day of work

I reserved a room at the Quality Inn in Woodland Ca. The sheets were filthy on both beds and the bathroom was not cleaned. I took pictures. According to the CDC, dead skin cells, germs, oils, body fluids, and toxins with rapidly multiplying deadly bacteria can egregiously affect one's skin, health and well being.This can lead to death.

That said, I requested a full refund of all expenses that I incurred at the Quality Inn in Woodland Ca. The request was denied.

My sister and I stayed from 3/22-3/24. The hotel was full so we were assigned room # 301. The sign on the desk indicated that the hotel was a 100% Non-Smoking hotel, which was a total fabrication. We called to the front desk and complained and was told someone would be up to spray. That never happened either.

I went down the next morning and demanded a room change and they switched us to room #418, which was completely smoke free. While there, the assistant asked if that was 301 I was complaining about, and just kept nodding her head as they already knew about. The room is going to require a total repaint and furniture to get the smell out. One night and our clothes smelled like we smoke! My sister has asthma and I'm just glad it didn't set it off.

I don't believe a $20 credit is worth the nastiness and false advertisement that is displayed in the room.

I booked the Cedar Court Hotel, Denby Dale Road, Calder Grove, Wakefield WF4 3QZ
through booking .com on line on 7th March and paid online on 7th March 2019
When I arrived at the hotel, 7th March 2019 I was asked to pay despite stating that I had paid online through you.
The hotel have blamed you and I am sure you will blame them with me the customer sat in the middle.
This is not the first time this has happened to me with Booking .com.

I would appreciate your thoughts please soonest.

I have a choice privilege account that I have not used for some time. I decided to check rates for several nights/weeks I need in the Denton, TX area but when I try to log in, my account is locked. I tried calling twice but get stuck on long hold waiting for help. I tried emailing but their link bounces back every time! My account membership is RXS59681. I can spend my money elsewhere but if you are interested in my business, provide some help, please.

My friend was insulted by a manager at the hotel because she had her own cup to drink orange juice in at breakfast. He came up from behind her and got in her face and started yelling at her. Everyone stopped and was looking at her. She told him she was sorry and that he could have the cup. He controls yell at her then he went over to the desk. When he came back he said we could have the cup. I told no to take it. We didn't mean to start anything. There was no sign about outside cups we wanted to drink out of our own but that was fine. I just wanted him to leave so people would stop looking at us. I also complained to desk manager which got no where. I am so disappointed that this is what started my Thanksgiving Day! I have pictures and plan to make them public. I have stayed here at three times never again!'

11/17/18 booked rooms, several rooms had roaches in the bed and bathroom. I had booked for 11/17/18 and was going to book again for 11/18/18 but had hotel cancel the 18th due to the bugs roaches in the room. One of the rooms did not have the bed made. I was trying to book 2 nights to get the xtra bonus points. I however had to choose a different hotel in Hattisburg Mississippi that is outside the choice chain. This is not acceptable. I am very unhappy with choice hotel.

I stayed at your 2520 Sterling Rd., Hollywood, FL quality inn and suites airport/cruise port south hotel on Saturday, November 10 .
This has been the worst experience I have ever had and hotel as I checked in at 6 o'clock and the room was not ready to give me keys and I walked into the room and there was construction workers there I want background with the front desk and asked for another room they said they had no other I want that two hours later and you are finally finishing up. I did not know that they did a bunch of drywall repairs and caulking and painting in my entire night was a disaster as I coughed the entire night because of drywall dust everywhere. And when I say everywhere I mean everywhere all over the sheets all over the bed all over the bathroom it was terrible.
A customer should not have to inhale drywall dust all night long I have pictures to prove it that place was a [censored] hole and it was wet paint and white caulking everywhere the construction worker to let me in the room said he couldn't believe it I was going to stay there that night .
I stay with choice hotels over 100 nights here in this place was on acceptable. So I contacted the office and spoke to "Dara"the assistant manager, and she said that they were going to give me 30% off this is unacceptable plus I had an additional $25 charge on my credit card so I paid almost $200 to sleep in the [censored] hole.
I have many other choices as far as hotels are concerned if you do not fix this you will lose me as a customer forever. This is unacceptable !

Stay date: Arrived October 5, 2018 for one night on confirmation # [protected] and arrived October 5, 2018, for one night stay and parking for 7 nights for confirmation #[protected].
On 8/28/18, I booked a room through Park/Sleep and Fly for Comfort Inn & Suites BWI airport Reservation ID 1867963 Conf #[protected]. ($119.97). Same date I booked another room at Comfort Inn Conf #[protected] ($83.71 room only). On 9/4/18 I called to confirm both rooms and was told they didn't have them yet. I called 9/7/18 and was told no information available and to email them. I sent an email to confirm 2 rooms were booked under my name - no response. On 9/12/18 I sent follow up email, again no response. On 9/24/18 I called again and they said they had one room but no park/sleep fly. I emailed park/sleep/fly and they said it was reserved with a follow up email from them. They again sent the request to Choice Hotels and I was assumed by Park/Sleep/Fly we had rooms. I again called the next week to Comfort Inn and was told we did have two (2) rooms. What a nightmare dealing with them. I use park/sleep/fly at least 3 times a year at BWI and have no had an issue. Upon arriving, the lobby was kind of musty smelling and not very clean. We checked in and went to our rooms. The bathroom had a lot to be desired! Tub caulking was black and looked moldy? Loose toilet seat. Had to put towels on the floor as it was sticky and didn't want to walk on it. Pieces of the door and walls were falling off. I went to bathroom in the middle of the night and upon closing the door, the corner of the door fell off! Was an uncomfortable night (but we had no choice but to stay as it was late and other hotels I checked had no vacancy.) Morning checkout at 6:00 AM, there was no luggage racks to be found, no person at desk for quite some time. I went around calling out but no response. Finally someone arrived. Breakfast wasn't open before we left for the airport, but frankly, I would have been afraid to eat anything at this hotel anyway. I can say the transport to the airport was okay as was the return pick up but other than that, this hotel was horrible. I would request that we be refunded our payment on both rooms as this was not what we signed up for - I've stayed at Choice Hotels before and never have had an issue like with this Comfort Inn. I will never stay here again and now question Comfort Inn - I would appreciate a response from you as soon as possible. My email address is [protected]@hotmail.com

Claim to price match other web sites but refused my discovery that Expedia was cheaper. Sent link to Expedia and they claim the lower price was not available.

We stayed at a quality inn in woodstock, Il. We had money missing from are room and we talked to the morning person and the night person about it and got one story. But when we talked to the manager who I know took it he told us another different story. He denies be able to get into are room. He also told is which I know their is a device u can use to tell who used a key card to enter our room. Well he did nothing about it. We went to the police and filed a report. When asked he denies having access to the rooms which I know is a lie and then he denies that their is a device to read the door locks.

I just started working at a hotel and know the manager has access to all rooms and yes their is a device to read the door locks. Why would he denie it and say he has no access if he didn't go in room?
