Missing ang isang order na 1 Canton Platter at pagserve ng Dinning Crew sabi kompleto na daw okay na po kaya umalis na kami kasi hinabaol namin ang oras dahil sa curfew. Tumatawag kami sa number na [protected] hindi man lang sumagot at nagtxt na din kami wala padin feedback

I complaint the manager of plaza leon tondo na si nick zanduera jr. About what happen this day. Nag order ako gamit happy plus ko then declined transaction inulit uli ng cashier then second transaction na accept but ung load ko s happy plus is 417 naging 57 which is 186 pesos lng ung babayaran ko kaya sabi bat gnun then tinawag ng cashier ung manager kinancel nya ung last transaction ko baka sakali daw mabalik lahat nung bal. So my dad went to chowking today to ask for a leaflet because he wants to order for lunch for the fam. My dad is not digitally savvy, and you staff rudely said that if he wants the menu, he should look it up on food panda. I think you need to train your staff to be kinder to elderly people. That's all 😊
The service
The incident happened few hours ago when I ordered chao fan with steamed siomai ala carte, chao fan rice ala carte and 3pcs of siopao, when I asked the Manager named Mai-which I wasnt able to get the last name, for my order as I have waited for 13mins or so. Which seemed like she isnt in the good mood to provide good customer service and the Ambiance is Ungraceful.

Good day. May I ask po if nag change ba ang chowking ng noodles for beef mami? To be honest it's like lucky me beef mami na nilagyan lang ng beef sa taas... Beef mami is one of my favortite noodle soup sa chowking kaya i'm really dissapointed knina 10/26/2020 @ 1130am. As you can see the videos it wasn't look like beef mami☹️the manager told me na nag bago n daw ng noodles ang chowking prang instant noodles n lang dw siya. Is it true ba? Over cooked chicken and too small and also counter crew is no proper manner
Store was so dirty they didn't bash out the tables and we waited almost 40 minutes for our orders and they serve us over cooked chicken

I would like to speak to the Manager assigned in Pacita Complex Branch. I am a certified " mystery shopper" been observing and reporting customer service of different high end shops and restaurants. What I experienced in Chowking Pacita branch is something I can never just let go! We've been a regular customers of this branch and that day we're supposed to buy foods from Chowking for my mother's 70th birthday celebration. That unprofessional staff made my blood pressure shoot up!

I order a pork chow fan with pork siomai toppings before I open the food I smell something like burned or smoke, after I open my food I saw burned rice and my food is so dry like leaving the food open for few hours I think the food prep is not following the procedure for cooking. I need answer asap I also work in food industry thats why I know that this food is not made in correct procedure
Clark maingate still not open at 7:15. Posted on their door branch store will be open at 7am.
We have waited until 7am, almost 2 hours since its posted on their brach door store will be open at 7am. It's already 7:15 until now store is not yet open. They are posting false information since they are not still open at 7am reason why we decided to eat elsewhere.

Good day,
I would like to inform your store that my order was not the exact one that had been given to me which I have found out by checking the item when I arrive at home.
Instead of 2 pieces of chicken that I had ordered, it was just only one piece.
I didn't mind to check when I got it for I am confident for the service of the branch where I am often to drop-by for a TakeHome transaction before heading towards home.
This would be a heads up for the manning on duty of the store to properly check it before handing-out to the customer.

Slow service
I want to report the chowking branch in NHA, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. I waited for 30 mins for my order. I patiently sat down and waited for my order till I realized that the 5 customers who ordered after me already been served and left. So I decided to approach the counter, only to know that their crew forgot my order. Worst case is no one wants to talk to me. Please teach them properly

Umorder ako chicken lauriat at chicken eggrice, tatlong beses kong inulit ulit sa cashier na wing part, bago ko umalis ng chowking tinanong ko ulit kung anong part ng chicken, sabi nya wing dw! Pag dating ko ng bahay breast ang nakalagay, e hindi kami kumakain ng breast, sa sobrang galit ko tinapon ko nlng, note dalawang beses na nangyari sakin to sa parehong store! Ayusin nyo naman mga empleyado nyo!

Dpat umpisa order pa lng nmin nag sabi na cla not available at frozen thigh para aware kmi at hnd na kmi nag antay sa request nmin... Tapos antay ulit kmi another 10 mins pra sa thigh.. Nanjan na yun chicken bloody nmn... Kinuha yun chicken nilublob lng sa mantika kaya nangyari mamantika lng yun manok... Nalipasan na ng gutom... Nawalan pa ng gana.. Dhil sa panget ng service...

I went to chowking via drive thru to order milktea and 1 pc chicken. I'm about to finish my milktea but I bite something unusual so I check it and it was a flies 😢😢😢 I don't know what to do so I texted my friend and my sister. I want to go to the hospital for check up since flies is dirty and I bite it and it was on my milktea for more than an hour. It is a really serious case! How dirty our food?😡

Its not a complain but I think you can be better. As shown in the pic there is a box for sanitize and unsanutized pen and spray and temp gun but no one is over seeing it as a customer used the pen and still returned it to the sanitize pen box. I ddid not use the pen so I ask my wife to bring out the our personal pen. I tried to get the attention of the supervisor on duty but to no avail as he said it is not neccessary as before you enter the mall they have been checking all thr customer coming it but when I walk in the entrance of the mall they did not check my temp. I just nod my head. With the pandemic that we are facing you can never be careful enough for the welfare of the customer, the crew and the restaurant. I am a supervisor of foof and beverage department abroad and I have an idea what should be done to help keep a safe working area. I hope you get a chance to make a better procedure for everybodys health safety. Thank you for your time
Slow fast and cold products served
We ordered at 10:09 am at Chowking Triumph, Taguig. They said that the product will be served up to 15 to 18 mins and the product was served 10:54 . 35 minutes serving time was to slow and products wasnt cooked evenly. The canton in lauriat is still cold. I was disappointed by this experience. Kindly make a change for a better experience in their store.
