Bad disrespect for the community
Your people have been ignoring my six signs stating that the changers are for current customers only. They have been doing this for a very long time despite being asked not to. I need my change for my customers. Will you please tell them to stop it! They have pushed me right to the edge. MAKE THEM STOP! Stop it!

I have been told twice that this is too short so I will continue. We are talking about hundreds and hundreds of dollars here. They take my fives and my quarters so my customers do not have them to use at my business. They need to get their own delivery service or bank account.

I went to Church's Chicken today for lunch, after Waiting 15 minutes or more I finally got to place my order. Doesn't honor coupons and racist
I went to drive thru the other day at the churches chicken in bakersfield on Brundage, the manager lady was very racist and judge mental. She didn't want to honor my coupon so I called corporate when I called I seen her hurry up n clock out so she can say she wasn't there, I will sue this company for racial discrimination.

Chicken quality
On November 13, 2021 I visited store 10475 at 10145 West Freeway in Fort Worth, Texas.
This was my second visit and purchase.
The first visit was over a month ago and the food was very good.
This time, I ordered a few pieces of chicken to go.
When I got home the chicken tasted dry and stale. Also one piece that was supposed to be a breast was a breaded bone.
Too discussed to go back and I will no longer visit any Church's Chicken.
I attribute this to the employees that do not care about serving good food.
Desired outcome: Investigate this location without prior notice.
Poor customer service
I have never in all my 67 years of life had this kind of service before. I placed a order at store #5335, check number 10159. It was pouring down rain on that day and my car in the inside and myself was getting very wet. I had to repeat my order over 3 times and when I got my order it was wrong. I told the cashier about it and she looked at me like she wanted to say go the H away. I didn't get what I had order and told her she could check it. She told me we don't take food back. I told her I want you to make it right. I pointed out also that my fries had okra mixed in and the young man told me those are fries. I told them both that I know the difference between them and these are square and I showed them. He kept saying they are fries. I am never going to another Church's and I will from now on stay with KFC. I also am sharing this with everyone I know. I spent almost $21.00 for bad service and to be called a liar for food I didn't order. Never again and thank God I didn't lose it.
