Nice n easy hair dye
Paid 6.99 for this hair dye and after mixing the solution discovered there were no gloves included.would like a refund.

Clairol Nice & easy permanent hair colour.
I've been using this product for years and always found it great, but the last few times the colour has gone very quickly. Have you changed the product? By the second wash the colour has gone. I follow the instructions, and it used to be fine, but now it's a waste of time and money. Have you got any advice?
Hair color especially the touch-up boxes
Your packaging should be more secure than just a sticker lock at the top and bottom. The thieves open the bottom of the package and steal the tubes of die leaving everything else so a customer is unaware until they open the package that it has been tampered.

I am unhappy with the fact that I cannot buy your 'nice, n easy colour enhancer non _permanent (no peroxide. No ammonia) from over the counter at my local shops boots, superdrug etc. I know this product has been finished several years. I see you still sell the same make product but with the developer (peroxide) but nothing on the shelves for people who what semi colour.
Desired outcome: A positive answer, for same product to be reintroduced back on the shelves please
Clarion root touch up
I have used this product twice and am not at all happy with it.
It didn't get rid of the greys. I left it on for the required time.
After the first try, I contacted customer service online asking if there was another way around it eg: leaving it on for longer, and received no response.
The fact that you can't shampoo your hair for 2 days after was a disappointment. This meant I had to shampoo my hair, wait for it to dry, then apply the touch up. A lot of mucking around when you can buy products that can be applied to dry hair without rinsing.
Not happy with this product.

I dyed my roots with the Root touch Up I purchased from Target on Sept 22, 2021. I been using this product for about 6 months now but today I lost an extreme about of hair. I had to make a hair appt and I'm going to need my hair cut short to cover this loss

On this date I dyed my hair using the Nice'n easy BLACK hair dye. After showering I noticed that my grey hairs - instead of turning black and giving my healthy, voluminous hair had now turned a copper colour and was falling out as I ran my fingers through my hair. As a customer who has been using Clairol Nice'n Easy for more than ten years I was very disappointed with this result. I purchased this SEALED box dye believing that I was buying the same thing I had been buying for years and to now be faced with the embarrassment of going to work with this appearance has devastated me. I would like to know how this packaging error occurred and how it made it to the shelves of Woolworths in Plumpton to be sold to unknowing customers. I demand a replacement product with the Clairol Nice'n Easy box dye in 2 Black.

Root touch up
I dyed my roots on my scalp with the medium brown root touch up that I purchased at Target on Sept 22, 2021. I been using this product for about 6 months now. This time a huge amount of my hair fell out. I took photos to send to my mother then I decided to report it to you when I realized how much hair I lost when I went to put it up. I now need to get my hair cut short

I Used this on my level 5/6 hair it's turns my hair to a level 1/2 nearly black/ dark brown
Nothing like the colour at all extremely unhappy as I'm not having to spend more to put it right, I've washed it a few times in the hope that it will lighten to the colour its supposed to be but nothing seems to be working, I'm not worried I'm going to have to bleach my hair to get rid of the DARK colour.

I recently went to use the above product, and inside the sealed box were 2 conditioners, and there wasn't any hair color. The box contained 1, 3, 3. There wasn't any 2. UPC code on the box [protected]. It was purchased at Shop Rite on Olden Ave, in Ewing New Jersey. You also can't get through on your 800 number. Thank you for your assistance.

Product material
I have been a customer for many years and trusted in the clairol nice & easy creme colour dye, until recently I purchased 5rb, the material of the gloves was shocking!
This isn't fit for purpose.
I have never had this problem before, the glove as literally fallen apart without fitting this onto my hand.
I haven't big hands even!
It's either the change in the material or the sizes as decreased!
I'm so unsatisfacted.
I had to pop out to the nearest chemist to purchase a pair.

Just want to say how disappointed I am with using Clairol nice'n easy today. Purchased product 9.5A, bar code [protected] from Coles Redbank Ipswich Qld 8/7/2021. I am very familiar with this product as I used it for years when I was younger, have even toured the Clairol factory in NZ years ago. The colour I used today is nothing like what I expected, and am now thinking I will change to another brand and hair colour. Sorry to say goodbye to an old friend.

Clairol root touch-up by nice'n easy
1. When I bought the above from Savers. I assumed it would cover all my roots. I've only got a bob style. It just about managed the front and sides. NOT the back.
2. The price of the above is the same PRICE as your dye for your full hair £5.99.
3. You don't get the tube of conditioner, as you do with the full head one.

The fact I bought a medium brown dye. It turned my hair black, which I now cannot remove I've tried multiple things. I've box dyed my hair for years and I've never ended up in a mess like this. I am absolutely distraught. I've used this brand for years. Now going to cost me about £80 to get it fixed properly. I have never had this issue, and I really cannot afford for this to be corrected. I would normally always recommend yourselves but never again.

Nice and Easy colour
I need to inform you of a fault with your Nice & Easy Age Defy hair colour.
The twist off top doesn't make a big enough hole so you have to squeeze too hard at times to get it to come out then all of a sudden it will squirt right out everywhere. I know it is a fault because I have long hair so had to use 2 boxes and they were both too small a hole.
I have been colouring my hair every 5 weeks for years now using various makes so I am very good at it by now. This has never happened to me before.
Luckily with the 2nd bottle i was prepared so took the scissors to it but I couldn't start hunting for scissors with the first one with gloves on and hair dye everywhere.
Subsequently some of it shot way off the towel i use for cover up on my lap and it shot way past that and landed on my favourite bed spread. Trying to wipe it off just made it worse and it's ruined.
I'm really not happy and you seriously need to look into the packaging of this product or you're going to have a lot of unhappy customers. L'Oréal have a similar colour for a similar price and I will be reverting back to them unless I hear you have rectified the problem.
I bought the products from Amazon as a pack of 3 and there was no mention that it was a ‘seconds' product.

Nice and easy no ammonia demi-permanent hair colour
I have been using nice and easy colour for many years now.
For the first time ever I've received a very severe reaction to your product effecting my face, neck and breathing resulting to be on a course of steroid tablets for 5 days, taking 8 tablets a day.
I feel disappointed and have such low self esteem at this present moment due to not recognising myself and my children crying looking at me.
I am so livid and angry with this and I never want myself or anyone to experience this scary situation.

Hi have loved your product for years, but today, I was about to apply my colour, when I noticed the colour was much darker than usual, I use nice and easy 8CB, natural medium champagne blonde, it was obviously an incorrect bottle of colour (bottle # 1 It seems to be labeled correctly but is obviously wrong !
