Since you have no email for customer service, I just decided to send you a few observations about your website. First thing, is that if you are interested in your customers' thoughts you might give us an easy way to contact you. My #1 complaint is that besides the fact that it does not retain my login account on my personal computer like other companies. And even when I have my account in front of me , each and every time I must change My Store from Seattle and my delivery zip. I guess that I am not important enough to remember😞

Fraud at your gas station
On April 15, 2024 we purchased gas from your Commerce, California store using my debit card, as I do not have any cash at that moment. On April 17, 2024 thereafter, three unauthorized charges to my debit care were made, the amounts were deducted from my bank account. Luckily, the third charge was still being "Processing" and was stopped.
All the three charges on my debit charge were UBER *EATS. I had no other charges to my debit card after April 15, 2024 nor any transactions a month before. Thus, I immediately deduce that my debit card was compromised at your gas station in Commerce, California. At this time, I had called my bank and an investigation will be conducted.
I would appreciate that you conduct your own investigation in this regard. Customer protection is a priority too. Thank you very much.

ATT cell phone
I was lied to that my area has a ATT 5G tower and I will get a good cellular service. I have had the most horrible service I've ever experienced on use of cell phone since I changed to ATT and ATT Costco service. I ported 6 lines from T-Mobile because of the lies on reduced monthly bills and good cell phone tower services in my area. My phone did not for one day receive good signals likewise the rest of my family members, either in my house, my community or even within the major city of Dallas.
Myself and my family members have called them on a different and multiple occasions for technical troubleshooting. The ATT staff finally asked me today if I buy the mobile device from online market place as the phones will never get good signal service the CIDD number I provided her could not be verified, which means they are all fake iPhone 15 ProMax, unbelievable! How on earth will Costco allow scammers and fraudsters selling fake phones devices and lying to people at their store?. To cap it all, Costco ATT representative asked me to return all the phones since they do not work, but will not get my 6 traded phones devices back or get any credit back on them. What a shame on both Costco and Costco ATT! I will not stop here but proceed to report to both local and nation television houses, hold placard in front of Costco to create awareness and warnings so people will know what they are getting into beforehand. Also, all social media platforms will get this report.

Kirkland bath tissue
I have been a member for many years. Kirkland signature bath tissue is something I have always been happy with. The last time I bought it was in November 2023. It’s not the same. It’s so rough that it makes me sore down there. I had to buy something from another store because I can’t use that anymore. I did considered other possibilities for the soreness but the bath tissue is it. I noticed you have a new soft tissue but it is not cost effective for me

Poor customer service. Please get someone to resolve this issue for me.
I stopped by the Costco Tukwila location on 12/1/2023 when I was in that area to redeem the rewards. When I went to the customer service desk, the agent asked me if I wanted to redeem it on the annual membership. I told him no because Costco had already charged me the annual membership fee. He probably didn't hear what I said. He swiped my card and charged $120 anyway. I immediately asked him to give me a refund on that charge. He and his coworker insisted that the charge is still pending, and there is nothing they can do about it until it goes through. They assured me that the charge would be removed itself once the pending period ends.
They were wrong. After a few days, the pending charge settled in my account. Basically, I got a double charge on my credit card for the membership fee. I requested a dispute, but Costco Citi Card says they have not heard back from them for the past month. I called the Costco Tukwila location just now to resolve the issue. The staff asked me to come in with the receipt. I can't find the receipt at this moment, and it is a 30-minute drive from my house. It is very inconvenient for me to go back in person, and this is not my fault. She said there is nothing she can do about it then. I just that location again to speak with the manager. Someone said he would redirect me to the manager, but no one answered. This is a very poor customer service experience.

Appliance Delivery/Install
My wife and I bought a dishwasher online on 11/25, picked today as the delivery, install & haul away date. ever since it's been ordered, even as of right now, it still shows today as the delivery date. I called them up this morning to find out what was going on as I have not received a confirmed time of delivery. I was told that the date was "rejected" in their system as a delivery date because they were booked full for today.
this was the first time buying an appliance from Costco and probably the last. now i know it's a third party and all that does the delivery/install/haul away, so I know it's not their fault, but at least the delivery company should have let me know right away that this was rejected due to a full schedule when we first ordered it. if it was a full schedule, then why was the date not blocked out when I picked today as the delivery date? I took off work so that this delivery/install could happen today.
Desired outcome: I'd like to have compensation for part of the purchase because I had to take off work to be here for the delivery.

Samsung bottom mount fridge
I purchased a Samsung large Fridge on March 25, 2014 for $1779.99 on line Costco, Model # RFG297HDRS, S/N : 176843BF100408F, I thought that fridge will last a long time but, it stopped working on Sept. 15, 2023 ( it lasted for little over 9 years) which I find disappointing, tried to fix it but I was told by Fridge Tech that it will cost $3000 to $4000 to fix, I called Samsung and Costco to see if the fridge is covered under warranty, of course they said " no ".
I ended up purchasing another Fridge from Costco and they came and picked up my broken Samsung fridge.
I will never buy a Samsung product again because it seems their products quality is very poor

Poor service from cashier
To Whom It May Concern, Costco has not resolved anything with us. I have never been treated so poorly and have decided to tell my story online on all social media platforms and other places. All I was doing was simply trying to check out and here is what happened. Worst experience I have ever had at the Costco in Palm Desert, CA. I was treated with such disrespect. Julie was the worst cashier I have ever met. It was after 1 pm on 11/7/23. She had the energy of being rather snobbish to begin with. She had a problem with me and my partner each paying for half of our order each. I have to wonder if it was because we are a same sex couple? We are in the same household and each have a Costco card. So not sure why she had a problem with us paying. She literally said each individual had to pay for exact items. She was 100% in the wrong here. If she is getting some kind of bad information from corporate, then they have a bigger problem than just this bad cashier. I will not be back. I demanded that my membership be cancelled, and I will be contacting not just corporate but also the board of directors. Next Julie called over what was supposed to be a manager, her name is Claudia, and she did nothing but escalate the situation until I was even more upset that we simply just couldn't pay for our food and leave. Instead, she got snotty and cancelled our order. Another reason I will not be back. I will not be treated so poorly when I am spending hundreds of dollars and often. So next I went over to try and get a real manager and I got Brad and to be quite honest, he didn't care about how poorly we were treated either. He did nothing that I know of. I know I did nothing wrong as they sold me the membership with two cards to be used in my household and yet they won't let us use them? Again, horrible & poor service all the way around and so glad I walked out with all my cash and my membership cancelled. I hope others will consider closing down their memberships too and make a stand if you are mistreated too. Update: Costco had someone call me and they offered me nothing. Said they were going to talk to the employees, but I would bet that will do absolutely no good as they need to have corporate change their ways and how they are telling their employees to crack down on card sharing. They are not trained in customer service and how to treat the public, that is so obvious to me! Maybe they only want the wealthy as clients? I have read that in complaints before about them. I will tell everyone for the rest of my life not to give Costco their business as they just do not care how their customers feel. Shame on your Costco! Quality of their citrus
I have been a long time consumer of costco w exec membership. I frequent costco at least twice per week. My complaint is with their grapefruit and oranges\
I realize that seasonal purchasing changes and while the grapefruit marked from israel was excellent consistant while it was carried.. Then south african fruit started to replace same and I found quality overall very poor even presentation not same with huge difference in quality of actual fruit... I have complained at store level but feel complaint thrown in garbage as saw no change nor was it ever addressed to me. Even today with oranges and fully understandable how business works... They ae sub par advertised in store as seedless but not at all seedless... Of course when florida oranges become available and are navel they are so much better.. I have stopped buying oranges at costco all to gether and grapefruit are a hit/miss at best. Not sure what you choose to do if anything but I am a serious consumer who thrives on citrus as part of my very healthy eating diet for many many years

I made the decision to make the change from Verizon to AT&T in March after listening to a sales pitch at Costo. My phones were all eligible for an upgrade and the timing made sense to me. I was assured, and got it on a hand written piece of paper in writing, that after the first month, my bill would be $120.
It has NOT been $120. It has been $450, $190, $214, $190, $190 and $168 twice. I have called 4 times and spent no less than 30 minutes or more on the phone each time. Frustrating in itself. I have been assured repeatedly that the problem would be fixed, I would get all kinds of credits and it would get back to $120 per month after getting all the credits. Lies, Lies, Lies. I am at my wits end wondering how to fix this problem. My next step i think will be to go into Costco and make a scene.
Desired outcome: I would like credits for all the months that i was over charged, so that i possible get a couple months free until the credits are all used, not divided over 36 months. I would like my bill then, going forward to be $120/month.

RXO delivery is awful!
Purchased a TCL TV from Costco on 9/24/23. We were advised at the POS that it would be delivered withing 1-2 weeks by RXO Delivery, Costco's "delivery partner". Almost immediately we began getting inaccurate texts stating that the company had called and arranged a delivery date, something that RXO had not done. Finally, after nearly a dozen text/email messages about the subject, we got one on 10/5 saying it was coming on 10/6/23 (twe had to wait at home all day to sign for it!). All we had to do was click on the link to confirm.
Clicked on said link and could not confirm, just a message that kept telling us to call RXO directly which we finally did. Was told at that point that the actual delivery date would be October 30th 2023. The reason it would take over a month? "... because you live too far away"!
It was very difficult to understand the young lady on the phone as she had a very, very heavy accent. We did discern that the TV was allegedly already in their Spokane warehouse, something which turned out not to be true. They had never picked it up from Costco. Why we were told this I don't know.
Yes, we live in a rural area, no doubt about it. When we bought the set there were no caveat's about living in the country and it possibly taking a month or more to get our product. It took nearly two weeks to find out it would take more than a month, or possibly another month, to get it.
Our issue is somewhat with Costco for not giving accurate info about delivery at the POS. The biggest issue is with RXO Delivery, a company that has a terrible reputation! Costco used to deliver items like a TV within a few days, no problem. We had purchased from them before and everything went smoothly.
Why Costco ever thought it was a good idea to sign with RXO Delivery is a mystery. Surely they vetted this organization and saw the endless stream of negative comments/references about RXO? Who did this?
RXO took zero responsibility, would not make/return promised calls about the issue, etc. There was no one to talk too but the young lady on the phone who we really could not understand. We finally cancelled the order and went to another retailer for our desired product.
Costco needs to re-evaluate their relationship with RXO. It's that simple...
Costco AT&T Wireless
I feel so disappointed and angry. When I was approached by the AT&T representative, they made it sound like an excellent deal. Claimed we could still pay the same $85 for two lines we were paying with our carrier. Spoke about all of these discounts, which was supposed to save us money. Now..3 months later, the bill continues to go up..always seem as if they will address the issue and fix it, never do and had to wait 3 months of paying to switch to my daughter’s name to get the RN discount…not..never mentioned to switch the accounts there is a charge of $139.96 paid Oct 10, 2023 which I believed was our October bill, however, they sent an additional bill for $191 stating this is the new bill for October for switching the account. I feel like they are dubious and practice usury. Purposely mislead the public to trap you into a 5 year contract. I regret I even stopped to listen to their representatives.
Desired outcome: I want help getting them to remove this additional charge of $191.84 for October and the RN discount applied to our account. Please respond.

I was measured for new glasses at Costco in September 2023. I picked the new glasses up on 10/3/2023. The next day, on 10/4/2023, I brought them back to the store because the left lens was not correct. I could not read any small print out of the left lens. So the technician, whose name is Laura, said that she would adjust them. I explained that the reading magnifier on the left lens was set too low. After trying to adjust them three times, I said, "You can adjust them all day, I am telling you that I can't read with my left eye. Will you remeasure and send these glasses back for a correction?" She kept refusing saying that she would be able to adjust them. After going back and forth for 20 minutes I said, "I want a refund. I am so frustrated; I can't take it anymore." And her exact response to me was, "So am I."
My wife and I have ordered glasses from the Costco Optical Department in the past, but I will never do it again. I am enclosing the refund receipt for the glasses. I am also sending this letter of complaint to the store manager at Costco in Orland Park, Illinois.
Once again, her name was Laura and I was told that she is the manager. Her service and attention to my needs were way below standard.

Racist cashier
My name is Ernest Mezei. My address is 6 Paddington Court, Pomona NY 10970. My Phone number is [protected]. I am an Executive Member #[protected]. I was at the Nanuet NY warehouse on Oct 02 2023 at 03:00 pm. I was in line with many people behind me. I have to say that I am jewish and dressed like it. The cashier was OP# 617 ZIAD Y and appeared Mid Eastern. He gave me a look as I placed my items on the counter. I am sure that you would have a video of this. He started ripping open a box that contained Samsonite luggage set 2623011. He was assuming I stole something and placed it in that box. His lady assistant looked at me and was also annoyed at how he was treating me. Obviously Racist. I was extremely embarrassed as all people behind me were watching this whole show. He ripped part of the box and did not apologize or try to fix the ripped box. He just gave a dirty look and gave me my receipt. I have been a Costco customer for decades and never experienced such treatment and never ever filed a complaint before. This is unacceptable. I am still shaking.
