I have uploaded a document from my university which has been asked to remove it immediately by the lecturer. I have accidentally uploaded one document into course hero and now i really need to remove before there are action from the top level management of the university. I have asked course hero to remove but there are still no action has been taken yet. I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible. Please help me.

My classmates and I discovered that another user had leaked our files, so our university institution asked us to erase it. If possible, remove the files that user uploaded. Please be thoughtful as it is against our guidelines. Since our files are scattered around the internet, we are unable to identify the person. Although I requested that course hero delete it, nothing has been done as of yet. I must delete every document from my account as soon as possible.

I would like to request to delete all of my uploaded 9 files in my course hero account. That time that i uploaded the documents, i need some documents from course hero and I do not have the fund to buy it and decided to upload documents in return. My previous company who owns the policies i uploaded wanted to take down the files on your website.

I have been having a hard time finding solutions to the problems that I have encountered in college and I tried using course hero. Using their services required fees and I couldn't afford them, so I uploaded my files, school files that weren't meant to be uploaded due to copyright of the school and as well as private information about me as well as my groupmates which I didn't have the consent to post our work. I have been informed that I had 2 days to remove the documents in my account and I wouldn't be able to comply, I wouldn't be able to graduate, my professors are also affected as they may lose their jobs. I hope that you could help me with this issue as soon as possible. (Attached below is my account on Course Hero's website) Thank you.

I posted notes from my institution and was instructed by the instructor to delete them immediately. I accidentally posted documents with my full name and it invades my privacy as some people are messaging me at my private account which makes me feel uncomfortable. I unintentionally posted a few notes from my university into course hero, which I now need to erase before the university's senior administration takes action. I need to get rid of all of the papers in my account as soon as feasible or at least the ones with name.

I have requested multiple takedown requests for my files as my lecturer has asked me to take them all down as I was not aware they were not allowed to be uploaded please help me takedown all my files.

I have been a Course Hero tutor since 2016. My primary responsibility was to provide academic support to students so that they could learn effectively. I was an expert in a variety of academic fields, including computer science, database management, computer networking, philosophy, and MySQL. My tutoring work was going well until August 24th, 2022, when I received an email from the tutor support team stating that my tutor account had been permanently disabled. The account was disabled due to a violation of Course Hero's Terms of Service. I was surprised because, according to the report of the tutor support team's monthly review from January to June 2022, I had no violations. Furthermore, a warning is required before receiving a violation. This year, I have not received a single warning. I've attached the documents from the tutor support team that show the monthly review from January to June 2022. The documents attest to and validate my sincerity.

My account was permanently disabled, despite the fact that it had substantial available earnings. The account had $6,001 in earnings at the time it was closed. I have attempted to email the tutor support team in the hopes that they will allow me to withdraw the available earnings in my account, but they continue to refuse. I also sent them emails requesting that my account be reviewed, but my request was denied. My request to Course Hero is that I be allowed to withdraw the available earnings.

As I open my account it says I can no longer answer questions. I email support and the only reply was I violate something. I ask what did I violate but the only response was not direct if which was it.

There first email was that I can't answer in some area. But not all subjects

No proper explanation. Just sudden termination.

Today September 16, 2022. I was trying to solve problems today, when my account suddenly closed. So I try to re login. It should be easy since I saved my password. But it says, wrong password. So I try Google login but it says bad request. I also try to log in using my laptop but I really cannot login.

The support teams response was the system generated to wait for 2-3 days

Hi course hero. I just wanted request if you can remove all the file I uploaded because my university professor asked me to remove it because it's against the rules and it can affect her work. It was our activity and i shouldn't uploaded it because it's not our own work.So please hear this out and please remove it all as fast as you can. Please remove the documents I uploaded thank you.

I accidentally uploaded a document with my private information on it. I am requesting to have it removed, but have had trouble reaching support. I just want to upload my correct document. I feel the policy on uploads is extremely rigid. Sure you have the rights to my uploaded works, but an honest mistake should be something easy to fix. I shouldn't have to go through every chain of communication to resolve it.

My name is Alexa. I made a course hero account and accidentally uploaded documents publicly that will need to be deleted. I need help. I did not read or look at the website properly. I do apologize and need my deleted account to have all the documents I uploaded to be deleted as well. I called course hero and they told me to fill out a delete request form which I did. Please help me have all the documents uploaded from that email and account deleted. I am so sorry!

For some reason whenever I wanted to log in, it always shows "bad request". I need help with some homework and this is really bothering me. This has never happened ever before in my life until yesterday. I don't know what I should do, I tired to reset my password and log in with a new password but it doesn't allow me. I paid more than 100 dollars for this and I would want this to be resolved.

On or about March 03, 2022, I was seeking tutor servicing for a Humanities class. I came across Course Hero and the site stated free 24/7 class room services and text book solutions, but if you wanted instant access it would be $9.95 per month. I believe I had signed up for a month. After the first month I tried a second and cancelled. After around August 07, 2022 I started receiving declines notices from my bank Wells Fargo, this started on August 07, 2022 and at least every Monday and Saturday I would receive decline notices (NSF) from Wells Fargo, all of the notices were from Course Hero for a charge of $59.85. I never gave them my new debit card number, do to the “fact” I had to change accounts with Wells Fargo and be issued a new debit card and bank account.

On Saturday August 27, 2022, I had noticed a charge of $59.85, had appeared on my banking account from Course Hero. Wells Fargo wanted to charge me $31.00 to block all transactions in this amount from Course Hero, not guarantying they could change the amount and still be charged.

On August 15, 2022, I went back into the site to make sure the account was truly cancelled and cancelled again and it stated the account was to be closed by August 22, 2022, at which time once again I clicked to close the account and received a notice n the screen the account was closed and no further payments were to debited.

August 18, 2022I had brought this to the attention of a customer representative at Course Hero by the name of Anna Sun. She wanted all my personal information, including PayPal and debit card numbers in which I sent her a copy of the decline from my bank showing Course Hero.

August 22, 2022, a representative, Nikki Sanchez, from Course Hero had contacted me via email and to clarify the closure and activity on the account. She stated that there would be no further recurring subscription charges.

This returns me back to August 27, 2022, where I am now receiving unauthorized debits from Course Hero. This also brings me to the point back in or around April when I was charged a $39.85 fee for nothing and the representative I had spoken to guaranteed me a refund, after a short conversation, I stated I would seek to retain counsel if possible and take this to the State Legal authorities for prosecution for Wire Fraud, at which time the representative wanted to remind me that course was too big of a company that they have many lawyers and cannot be prosecuted for anything.

All and all this is consumer fraud and theft at its best and being able to track my banking information from me is even harder to accept.
