I had a prescription called in for an allergic reaction when I went to pick it up they said I needed preauthorization from my doctor. I called the insurance and they said they never received the prescription and that the meds I needed does not need preauthorized and they again said they don't have a record of any rejections on my account. I called cvs back...

Prescription fulfilled Toujeo insulin pens. After two injections both pens stopped working. I need them replaced. CVS, Jog Road, FL told me the only way to replace the pens is to call Toujeo. Toujeo told me the only way to replace the pens is to bring them back to CVS,
Now I have no insulin pens.
what can CVS corporate do to help me.

Desired outcome: Pens replaced
Pharmacy in Ithaca
Om goodness, they still have me on hold, the pharmacy is dirty to begin with, filthy dirty. I have had no exposure to CoVid-19 as far as I know, and I have to catch a flight to Hawaii in 2 days. I had a test for it today, this is outrageous. I've been on hold with your complaint dept, now with the Ithaca pharmacy and the complaint dept for over 20...

I received a text 12/06/21 that my auto-filled script was being filled in a few days. I would be notified when it became available. I was due to start the regimen of medications 12/12/21. I began calling the pharmacy 12/10 as to status. No one answers the phone at the pharmacy after repeated calls. I left a message I was on my way to pick up the script...

Went in to buy hearing aid batteries for my husband. I don't have good knees and am willing to bet that not many my age do. Instead of having the tiny batteries at the top of the display where they would be easily read and accessed they were clear on the bottom. You basically need to either squat, not a possibility for many or sit on the floor to read the...

Pharmacy refusing to call help desk from my insurance company to get an override authorization code to process my prescription. Pharmacist stated she has to go and there is nothing more she can do. This is the worst experience I have to endure. I'm using a insulin pump after having a kidney transplant, and it's tough when I can't keep the insulin regime consistent. I'm looking to this resolved for future. However, I'm asking for this to be dealt with now or I will be forced find another home for my prescriptions. The prescription in question is the Dexcom G6 Sensor, tried filling 12/10/21 @732pm
Desired outcome: Prescription filled
Pharmacist crew up.
We have been a loyal customer of CVS in Kearney, Mo since the store opened 15-20 years ago. Recently my wife had a complete reverse shoulder replacement and was given several prescriptions for a controlled substance. I understand that there is a limit of the number of pills she can have in a certain amount of time. I told the Pharmacist to cancel two of the prescriptions and just fill the one she normally fills each month. The pharmacist filled the wrong prescription and when I picked it up she apologized and said she would contact the doctor and have him rewrite another prescription. She failed to do that. Now the doctor when we contacted him stated that the prescription had already been filled and he couldn't rite another one until January. WE have had several incidents lately of the pharmacy making mistakes. They seem to have a high turn over and no one seems to know what's up. We will no longer use CVS due to the amount of mistakes.
Desired outcome: Kearrney Mo store needs new management
Service
Went inside store. Picked up prescription. Picked out a few other items. Went to the self check out. Noticed I was being watched. Paid for my items. Then I was questioned as to what I had in my sweater pocket. My prescription and my scarf. Security then accused me of theft saying I was stealing the scarf. It was my scarf. I had it when I walked in. Then tried to detain me. It was one of the salespeople who Then said ... no this is not one of our items ... when I was " let go " I was then threatened with " you are now trespassing and will call my back up when I voiced my opinion on the matter.
Desired outcome: I would like the cameras reviewed and see these 2 security people moved to another store
Pharmacy
No one answers the phone. I've been waiting for over 50 minutes. They said they ordered my medicine Tuesday and would be ready by Thursday. They never called and my husband went in and said it was not delivered and on hold. I will run out of my medicine. CVS staff is disgraceful
Desired outcome: Get better help and deliver on what you say
CVS cold sore treatment
I purchased CVS cold sore treatment. I was looking for Abreva and the store was out. So, CVS brands are supposed to be (as advertised) as good as the name brand. The packaging is EXACLTY the same as well as the price give or take a couple of dollars. So, I purchased the CVS cold sore treatment at almost the same price as the Abreva in the same packaging and when I got it home, I found it was no more than an OVERPRICED tube of camphor. This does not help get rid of the cold sores.
I realize now that I didn't read the packaging well enough and that is on me. Packaging to mimic Abreva, making customers think it's the same with the price point the same, minus maybe $1 and cents, IS ON YOU CVS.
I have been a customer of CVS for 30 years and have forgiven things over the years as overcharging me for my prescriptions; not submitting to my insurance company - and never having COVID tests (What? Why?) but this is the last straw and I will be moving my prescriptions to Walgreens. Shame on you CVS.
While I realize you don't really care, I do and will tell my story to everyone who will listen. I'm not the only one with complaints such as this.
Desired outcome: Does it really matter? Will you change? Most likely no.
No one answering phones; prescription issues
Regarding CVS Pharmacy on 1900 Ave., San Francisco, CA: issues with prescription refills: 1) appears CVS billed old insurance not my new one which I provided months earlier, 2) my doctor called over a month ago to refill 2 prescriptions but CVS only refilled one, 3) called pharmacy 4 times-can't get through to anyone, on hold for total of an hour..
Desired outcome: Hold message should indicate wait time. Get more staff.
I am complaining about a pharmacy tech
Good afternoon, My name isMrs. Fatina Tyler and I am and have been a customer with your store for a number of years. I experienced a situation this morning at your store #4079 located @ 5603 Baltimore National Pike Balti more, Maryland 21228. Today 12/08/21 @ 9:30am I entered this location to purchase some Tylenol. I walked to the aisle and picked up a box of Tylenol and proceeded to the pharmacy register to purchase the item. The pharmacy tech had just finished assisting another customer. The tech walked away from the register and then asked if she could help me. I stated that I wanted to purchase the Tylenol that I had in my hand. Her words to me was that she was to busy and that she was not going to ring me up I had to go to the front. There were no other people in the line or in the store at this time. I stated to her that she just rang up a customer and her exact words to me were well I am to busy and I am the only tech here. Her name is Savanah. This was very unprofessional. I shop as this store and receive my medicine for me and my husband there often. Never have I had to experience unprofessionalism such as this before. I am not sure what happen with the persons that were working there before now doing the early part of the COVID-19 who had been there for years but you may need to get them back. This type of unprofessionalism plays a big part on business. My insurance is covered with your copy but after this experience I no longer want to be apart of this establishment. I had surgery on yesterday and had to come into the store to get medicine. This is so upsetting. Something needs to be done. I was also informed that she is very nasty and smart to customers as well and this was mentioned to me from a customer leaving out. I will be waiting for a response to this matter. This is not what you expect from a big name company such as yours. I am sure your company does not tolerate this type of behavior. Thanking you in advance for your help. My point of contacts are listed below. Thank you again.
Yours truly,
Fatina Tyler

prescription
I picked up two prescriptions, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE 5MG, & METFORMIN HCL 500 MG. i noticed the two pills looked identical so I looked online and confirmed I had two prescriptions that were the same!
I brought them into the store and saw the pharmicist about it. She also confirmed they had made a mistake! UNBELIEVABLE! I could have died from taking double the amount.
No apology, no manager to speak to me about it. What kind of service is this?
I would like to speak to someone in Corporate about this horrible event.
Desired outcome: conpensation, and sincere concern
Disrespectful
I went to pick up my prescription around 3 today. I went to the drive through, the girl took my info, came back 20 mins later and told me that it would be a couple minutes. I told her I'd wait because I don't live nearby. She wanted me to move because of the ridiculous line. So I circled around and waited in line another at least 20 minutes. I got frustrated and went in side. I said I never had to wait like that before and the pharmacist came over and snatched my bag and told me I wasn't getting them! I have mental issues and he's trying to not give me my stuff! I told him he couldn't do that and he said he can and I'll have to get all my doctors to call them in some where else. He dropped my bag on the counter and told me not to come back there. I did not disrespect any one but he disrespected me in front of his staff n customer's . And didn't give me my change! They stole it
Desired outcome: Fire pharmacist
Overcharging for prescriptions
Five times I have gone into CVS to pick up medicine and find much higher charges for prescription than it should be. I have health insurance and medicare. They are not deducting for insurance or medicare. Their claim is that a computer has 3 choices of price to pick from. The computer picks the charge which lately is extremely over the price I have paid for...

Today, December 7, 2021 my doctor called in a prescription to store #7894 in Vero Beach Florida for my migraines. I am in a lot of pain so they put it in as urgent. I received an automated phone call from CVS telling me my prescription would be ready by 11:05am. I then had to ask a friend to pick it up for me because I was ill, they went there at 1:10pm and was told it would be a half hour before it could be filled. This is an ongoing problem and is truly outrageous that I had to call in a favor to get this picked up for me. Why send me a message telling me it's ready when it's not? Just awful customer service with no regard for my health or well-being.
pharmacy services
I am a customer at the CVS pharmacy in Valrico, FL 33594. I requested a refill on one of my medications. My wife also had refills to pick up so she brought mine home. When she gave it to me I took it out of the bag and it was only for 30 pills. My prescription is for 90. She went back to the pharmacy with the new bottle of pills and also took my old bottle that showed I had a refill until August2022. The RX numbers on both bottles were exactly the same. They told my wife that the physician changed it and that is why I only received 30 pills. Being a licensed Florida physician I know if a new rx was sent it would have a different number My wife called me and had the person at the counter told me that is all the physician ordered. I told her I called in for a refill and the rx number on both bottles are the same meaning it is a renewal.I asked to speak with the pharmacist but was told they would not talk to me and this nonsense was taking up too much of their time. I was told to contact my physician and have him correct the problem. I called him and he called in a 90 day supply. The new rx has a different rx number on it different that my old bottle and the new one. My wife waited for the medication for 2 hours. If I treated my patients this way I would have not been able to practice medicine for the last 40 years. CVS Pharmacy
Was at 2 different CVS pharmacies in less than 1 week, and both left me feeling angry and wondering why I even went there. Customer Service is horrific.
1st pharmacy was December 2: I scheduled Covid booster shots for me and my husband using their scheduling tool, which in itself is not quick, easy, or accurate. It only showed available slots from 12 am to 7 am, so I took the 12 am appointments. I even called CVS to confirm that midnight slots were accurate, and I was told yes. More confusion here because I called the store number, followed the prompts, asked my question, only to be told later by the pharmacist that I had to call the store directly (thought I did). We stayed up late and drove 25 minutes only to find out that they stopped giving them at 7pm. The pharmacist was not sympathetic at all, and very blunt when speaking to me. She said it should have been immediately cancelled by their system; that cancellation came 1+ hours after the 12am scheduled appointment. The pharmacist never said she was sorry, but she did act like everything we did was wrong.
2nd pharmacy was December 6: According to their website, the closest location where I could drop off old medications was 15 minutes away. The bin was full and the pharmacist told me they could not hold them until pickup. Once again I could tell they did not by the way they talked to me and immediately turned around and started talking to someone else.
These experiences leave me saying goodbye to CVS and hello to Walgreens. I do not need to go to the pharmacy only to come out feeling tense, frustrated, and extremely mad because employees clearly do not care about their customers.
Desired outcome: Teach your employees how to treat customers like they are actually valued
Lack of attention to customer, poor handling of prescription and lack of concern.
Today, 12/06/21 at approximately 12:30PM I visited the CVS Drugstore located at the corner of Western Blvd and Gum Branch Rd, Jacksonville, NC to pick up two prescriptions. I received a text that I had two prescriptions ready. At the above-mentioned time, I approached the CVS Store. I went to the drive thru contiguous with the CVS Store. There were two car...

on 12/6/21 I spent an hour on your app trying to set an appointment to recieve a covid booster shot. It scheduled my wife at 1pm and me at 215pm I thought. It was not user friendly to an older patients. These were scheduled at Benton IL store. I drove to West Frankfort IL store to see about appointment and they were out of shots. Even though they are advertising to have them. I called the Benton store on the phone and got no answer for 20 minutes I then recalled and the front desk told me they cant answer phone while no pharmacist is there! I wanted to know if the last scheduling for me had went thru or not (app failure). Could not get it looked up because no one in pharmacy could do it! Just an overall exhausting 90 minutes with more to come later today. This is not a customer friendly store you are operating. Need to look at your policies if you want my business.
Desired outcome: better customer service
