CVS has been advertising that they give free flu shots and free Covid tests. How are they free if my insurance was charged? Then, they give a 3 to 4 day waiting period, then it moves to 5 to 6 days and now it is six to 8 day waiting period. I had to cancel a visit with my daughter and who is going to pay my bills. I have no time for deceit.

CVS Over payment for flu shot

On September 26, I received a Flu shot at the CVS Pharmacy located at 700 Boston Road, Billerica MA. I was told there would be a $30 co-payment which I charged to my credit card. Subsequently I checked with my insurance carrier UnitedHealthcare and was advised that my coverage did not require a co-payment. United spoke to someone at the Pharmacy and was told that they would be in contact with me directly to resolve the over payment. More than a month elapsed with no call or coorespondence from CVS. I reached out to United again and they were advised that CVS had in fact paid me in cash to settle the complaint.
In fact I have not heard anything from CVS. I have not received cash, a check, a reversal of my credit card payment or any other form of compensation. Nor in fact have I had any contact with anyone from that store. Header information of the transaction follows

I bought a double pack of CVS brand of dental floss, thinking it would be comparable to Glide. I've never had a problem with CVS brand items before. But, this dental floss is the worst! It is not smooth and it catches between my teeth and splits. The number on the bottom of the case is 295194 which might be the lot #.

My prescriptions keep falling through the cracks, randomly stop being delivered, get wrong refills dates on them and nobody at the store where I live ever has an explanation. Something very wrong is going on with CVS, its management, or computer systems. I've been in line behind others who are having the same problems. This is an ongoing problem.

My husband had gone in to fill a prescription for his monthly medication. They needed a prior auth so they gave a 3 day supply until that went through. CVS Pharmacy at store # 5687

My family and I have been treated rudely 3 different times in the pharmacy. Ariana, in particular, needs some training in customer service. We've been sent away until the prescriptions were supposedly ready. However, when we return, we learn that they aren't in fact ready. We have been huffed at, eyes rolled at, told there was no such person, and in general, made to feel like we are idiots. I have transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will hopefully be treated like a human.

I have called store #3673, 2497 S. Woodland Blvd, Deland, FL numerous times over the last two weeks to get a prescription filled or to ask a question about my husband prescriptions. They have yet to answer the phone. I've been on hold up to 30 mins. at a time. No matter when I call, morning, night, weekday, they have not picked up. I have to drive to the pharmacy for an answer. This is NOT customer service.
