Hello, my reason for contacting public relations, is due to two orders that were paid for and that I did not not receive any food for. This was at the location of 5290 Arlington Ave, Riverside,Ca 92504
The first one was a mobile order # [protected]
Placed 08/27/23 For the amount of $40.56
When I got to the restaurant on foot a man by the name of Frank told me there was no order. I proceeded to show Frank screenshots of my order placed on the mobile app as well as the transaction debited from my bank account. Frank then stated “unless the order pops up on my screen then I will not make the order” . He the accused me of falsifying the screenshots that confirm the order was placed and paid for. He proceeded to tell me to contact corporate about refund. The Second order was roughly 15-25 mins later that I placed online at the same 5290 Arlington Ave, Riverside, Ca 92504 location. Order #[protected] for the amount of $33.95 on 08/28/23. Upon rearriving to the restaurant on foot, I dealt with a female by the name of Liz. Liz claimed there was no order placed but didn’t even refresh the system to check and then proceed to tell me threw the locked window that I have to have a car to receive service. I proceeded to try and show her proof of my order the same way as before. That’s when she picked up the phone and called Riverside Police Department on me. I find this a very uanessacry action against a paying and returning customer. I literally live next door and have been to this location many times and spent probably roughly a thousand dollars or more here over a 3 year period and never received such offending service as I received this time. No paying customer should ever have to deal with such uncalled for behavior. In my professional opinion, I believe corrective measures should be taken against those involved with my interactions tonight. I want to be refunded for both my orders back to my payment method used to place them. I would also like to be followed up with regarding the action that is taken after investigating of my complaint. I will attach the same screenshots I showed the workers and my contact info.
