The shipment that I was paying before 2 mounths from now didn't arrived at all.

Not only did seller change deadline for shipping three times: 19.09.18, 29.09.18 then 08.10.18; I complained abt these several times but specifically indicated the dress I wanted. Shipment was set to arrive on Monday 15th Oct, it was delivered Tuesday 16th via fedex...When I saw dress was broken and upset, I was ripped off, however, attempted to agree with seller attempted everything but sellers ultimate proposal is to refund me a $100.00 for a dress I paid 214.67, with excuse that he is intern and will loose job, how is it my fault they use an apprendice for job, thus whole procedure is long and uncalled for...Im so disappointed, I need my money to get another dress, I was to have pre wedding pictures on sunday 21, but this has to change...I ordered from other sellers who were okey, but ture lover just made you loose a valuable customer. He also submited value claim of $40, now if he registers that dress cost 40, why should i have to pay more if i nva ordered, why should i pay shipping when he had an intern screw up order. A few weeks ago I purchased trainers from DHGATE but when the item was delivered the size was correct but the upper of the trainers were big and flimsy and my feet would slip from trainers it was impossible to wear so due to already having previous orders of trainers from DHGATE I asked for the item to be returned they would not allow this I then asked for a refund I then got abusive email from the seller so after contacting customer service they was just as bad the outcome was they did not listen or response to my concerns all they did say was it was the correct size that was delivered I then asked the person dealing with my complaint to pass on to a manager to review and look at my complaint this was never done

I purchased boots from this seller 'kvolll' on the 13.08.18 for a total of $52.84 after not receiveing them and still not been able to track them, i messaged ' kvoll' several times to no reply. When they finally replyed it was very short and unhelpfull. This is now OVER 2 MONTHS !. I have still not been able to track them or get any kind of refund, compensation or even an apology for this appalling customer service!. I have sent 6 messages to besthunter regarding this item they have replied twice asking for my order number. The problem is that the telescopic rifle scope mounts are to small for this size of scope 6*24*50. I have informed them of this. I have even sent them 3 pictures showing the scope does not fit. 1) That the mounts for the scope are to small in height. 2) The yardage adjustable front sight bell that you adjust the distance to the target is touching the barrel so you cannot adjust the yardage to the target unless you remove the scope every time you try to take a shot, it also shows the mounts are not tall enough to fasten onto gun barrel mounting rail. 3) This rifle scope is therefore not fit for purpose. I would appreciate it if you would get in touch with this Trader to Resolve the issues I have with Besthunter if you cannot resolve the problem I would appreciate a refund. I ordered a pair of sunglass from the seller brand_glasses on July 30, 2018 $13.21. I have spent hundreds of dollars with DHgate over the past year. I have a couple small issues, but this seller will not answer me anymore and when they do it is just random crap that does not solve the issue. Like telling 3 times that is at the post office. It is not at the post office. I have contacted them and visited the office several times and they have assured me that it never arrived. The last tracking update was at the beginning af August. I would like another pair or my money back. Additionally I would like a free item to compensate me for the stress, time wasted and the fact that the item was meant for the summer which has now passed.

I bought a Xiaomi Robot vacuum cleaner from seller Eternal88. The sale went as they all do and the item was supposedly posted. Several weeks later I received a message saying that my item had been delivered and the transaction was completed, without me actually verifying that I'd received the item, which I had not. I made contact and was told that the item had been sent, but had been sent to the wrong address. I then requested a refund of my money which was approved by DHgate. I have now been waiting for approximately 4 months with no refund to be seen. I have since learnt that Eternal88 no longer has a store with DHgate, but the replies I get to my messages to customer service continue to suggest that they're monitoring that ex-sellers account and will forward me my refund as soon as there is enough money in their account. I have informed them that the seller no longer exists and that therefore there will never be enough money in his account to refund me. They are either stupid, or they jus refuse to recognise the fact that I am now, and will always be $400 out of pocket because some dodgy [censored] on their website. My frustration with their pathetic assistance has been borne out in the emails I have sent them now they will not even reply to my emails. They are a disgraceful excuse for integrity. They should be ashamed of their bad business ethics.

I bought an item from dhgate and was charged twice. I have not been able to get any information from dhgate and their customer service is completely non existent. They only show one transaction on thier end and the one item is supposed to be shipped and I have received confirmation for that one, which is fine. However, the other item doesn't exist supposedly and has no record of being shipped (if the transaction came out on the same day I should have 2 orders shipped, right?). But no.
I have continuously attempted to resolve this. They are the worst. Beware. Low prices but youll end up paying twice so how low are the prices really?!
I will never shop with them again!

I paid $50 in FEB 2018 for products which I never received till date JULY 2018. Consistent follow up with seller was useless. Registered a complaint through chat and email but nothing worked. Funny customer service, they want us to contact the seller for refund. How can DHGate release payment when the customer order is not delivered? When they have the authority to release our payment I surprised they want us to contact seller for resolution. Then why do you have a customer service in place? The buyers can directly deal with the sellers. DHGate is not able to resolve this $50 issue and Im not sure how they will manage bigger disputes. Seems like not only the seller cheat here but also DHGate itself is a scam. I had posted the review in the product page but no resolution. Multiple follow up with the customer care but a useless message telling to contact the seller and no other solutions. Very very very disappointed. I will never suggest this site for anyone and if anyone is using this site I will straight forward inform them not to rely. I will keep posting this review everywhere possible until I get a solution for the dispute.

wrong hair and length received
This is for PO# [protected], bought on 6/23/18 from seller EASYHAIRPRODUCTS. I wanted to buy some hair for braiding. I did my research and noticed that easyhairproducts had a high/good ratings. I contacted the seller BEFORE purchase and asked if the hair was for braiding/twist (as I didn't want a weave). They confirmed it was. So I purchased 3 lengths: 12, 14 and 16 inches.
I got the hair and noticed that it had a weft (usually this is for weaving), and 4 inches of waste/straight hair. That means to use the hair for braiding as intended you would have to cut off the 4 inches of hair dramatically reducing the length of the hair.
Also, the supposedly 16 inches bundle was actually 13 inches! I contacted the seller and told them I would like to return the hair; the hair had waste hair included in the length and the wrong length was sent. They went back and forth that I used the hair. I sent pictures through the chat that I only looked at the hair. It's the same as received. After over 20 emails, the seller finally agreed to give me a $20 discount if I promise not to write a review/feedback. I disagreed because $20 wasn't enough for me to allow them to rip off another customer. We exchanged 33 emails before I opened a dispute with DH GATE.
To get information on how to do this I did an online chat and the representative told DH GATE would not release the money to the seller until the dispute was resolved and "I'm happy."
I opened the dispute on July 10, 2018 and an analyst by the name of Lucy emailed me on 07.11.18. She requested "evidence" and I sent you pictures showing the length of the hair, the weft and the waste hair. she emailed me back, thanking me for the "strong evidence" and agreed that the waste hair shouldn't be included in the actual length of the seller must have a disclaimer on the site. She told me not to worry I will help you. Days past without a word. I kept emailing her until 07.22.18 she sent me an email that the seller sent her pictures of the hair they sold me. There were no attachments. I responded and asked how could the seller have pictures of the hair that I have in my possession. I know they do not take pictures of every bundle of hair they sold and they was no picture attached to her email.
I emailed her her on July 30th and 31st, no response. I did an online chat and was informed that the money was released to the seller! I was in shock. The dispute was still open. I was told DH GATE would not releasde the money until it's resoleved. I looked at the account and it says dispute closed.
The representative "Sid" ask me to show him screenshots of emails with Lucy. He noted that she said there was strong evidence so he wasn't sure why she released the money and closed the dispute (and didn't inform me). He was going to send her a message to reopen the case.
Well Lucy contacted me the day after the online chat, on 08.02.18, stating now that she has the evidence she'll contact the seller! Can you believe it? All those emails I sent her, all those pictures, and she agreed with me, then she ignored my emails for weeks, then released the money to the seller and closed the case.
DH GATE is a allowing some of these Chinese sellers to rip off Americans. But I won;t stop until I get back my money.
I should note that the seller wanted me to send back the hair after the dispute was opened and I disagreed. They wanted me to send the hair back, then they could lie that it came back damaged and so they would get both the hair and the money! (this was what I wanted to do before the dispute and they refused to pay the shipping after sending me the wrong hair and incorrect length).
Someone should make DH GATE accountable. Buyers are using their site and relying on them to screen their sellers or intervene honestly when a crooked seller slip through and rip off someone. "Lucy and Easyhairproducts are Chinese and probably had side conversations and decided to stiff me.
I need my money back/refund! DH Gate please do the right thing.
DH GATE.com is a crook and very dishonest. I have over 50 emails but yet you were unable to contact me. Buyers stay away from these crooks! They are working with Chinese sellers to rob your money. You should be ashamed of yourselves DH GATE!. I wait anxiously for the law to catch up with you and shut you down permanently! Thieves!

They went and cancelled my order without notice. Put a hold on my account to verify my card after using that same card for multiple purchaes already. Asked me to confirm my i.d. via pictures of my credit card. Also asked for pictires of my cvv code which i declined. Then was prompted to send those pictures to safety centre which i did. Now they are claiming they never received my information after answering me two days later in the exact same email thread that the photos were sent in. Im smelling fraud.
Consider it a blessing.

Hmmm. I have been trying to order merchandise from DHGate for several months now and each order has been declined. When I inquired as to the reason for the declinations, they replied that my account has been "restricted" and are now asking for a copy of my bank statement showing previous activity (there isn't any because they have never accepted one order that I sent them) plus all of the information that they are now asking you for. In my 82
years on this planet, I cannot ever recall any merchant asking me for such detailed information for the "privilege" of handing them my hard-earned money.

Dear sir,
We had purchased the mention product AKS DECTECTOR for PO#[protected].
Before sending this product we had informed the concern to check the item and ship it
as it is long route from the place of receiving. As soon as we received the courier we found
the CD was blank in which we did not find the system of working.
Next we had sent mails about the problem of the item, Light indicator on the penal box was not working
and we had checked on the fields, ground, and wild forest, it moves to direction but not rotating
on the material, as we compared on youtube.com. Many times we mailed along with video
there is no proper reply for it. This item is useless for what we wish, it is sort that we have wasted

6 in 1 ultrasonic cavitation vacuum radio frequency machine for spa
Though I would try getting a piece of equipment for my spa from DHgate. BIG MISTAKE! got the machine in on Thursday afternoon and packed my new toy to discover there are no instructions or manual. Find instructional video on YouTube and followed it step by step. Turned it on and the computer face of the machine would now boot up. Just a blank screen. Research everything I could find to make the computer face to boot up and nothing. Can not get any help at DHgate. Started a Dispute and now they say they can only help me if I close the dispute. Has anyone disputed DHgate and did you get your money back? I think I am screwed. Over $500.00 Ouch!
