top up failure on prepaid no [protected]
I did a top up on the abovementioned number via MBB2u.com yesterday night amounting RM 30. Unfortunately, the amount has been deducted from my account but there dont seem to be any Top Up made into that Hp No till now.
My MBB Top Up Ref No is [protected] done at 1139 on 31/7/17 to be precise.
Appreciate if you could check on this and revert.

I would like to get back this number since this number is meaningfu, to me. Please dont recycle this number.
Im so angry that digi dont have any email, statement that inform me the monthly outstanding is dute date.some more i did ask the staff at the spring kuching there when i make payment. I asked the a question. The question is since this number is under postpaid. Will it still terminate. And the staff reply me that since the number is transfer to postpaid it wont be terminate. But i cannot log in to mydigi. I cannot make the payment. When i find the digi store. They told me that this [protected] has been terminate.
I was so angry at tnat time. How come terminte without any inform. No statement, no email. IT IS NOT FAIR TO ME! PLEASE GIVE ME AN EMAIL. PLEASE REPLY ME AS SOON AS POSIBBLE

In night 31 July 2017.. at 23:27.. i has visit one store Digi at KLIA 2.. The Store has red I Phone Sticker.. I want to pay my Bills.. as Digi Infinite Coustumer.. But Costumer Service Indian Girl has a rude Mounth.. i only ask if i can pay bill or not.. but they treat me like a kid.. i hope Digi take action on this complaint.. how i can pay Digi Bill if She treat me like a kids.. as i know.. this not way to treat costumer.. please make take action.. for Digi own good.. i hope my complaint not only word.. i want to Digi Company take action..
service and not taking responsibility
I woke up this morning and found my Sim card cannot be read, no signal and can't make any call, so I went to sunway carnival mall digi authorised center in the afternoon. So I said, I want to change my sim card. The person in the center explained to me if I want to change my card, I need to pay RM10 excuse they are just authorised dealer, not dig center. So I agree and said, please make me a new sim. But then, I was told they tried my sim in another phone, is useable, should be my phone spoiled, not the sim card. Then they try to advice me to take a free phone with 2 years contract/Rm138 per month. I rejected, and get myself a new phone from other phone shop. After I paid for my phone and put my Sim card in, sim card is still not readable.
I went back to the digi store and request for an explanation, and just get a reply " we don't know how it happen, but it is readable just now"..so I paid another 10 for sim. Honestly, I have part of the responsibility on this matter, but I'm really not satisfied with the attitude they work and not really check on my phone or sim. Or is this a new way to make their sales?

My Number is [protected] and i already convert my prepaid to postpaid 3month ago. 2month im waithing the bill but not receive any bill and when i check online my bill, the amount RM0.00 so i still waithing untill 2 week ago i receive the bill for 3 month amount around rm100++ so im plan to pay end off this month (31.07.2017) but last week i notice that my number already TERMINATED?! how can be like that? you just terminated my number just like that? network issue
I have been using digi for many years now, when i started using it the network have always been good.. but slowly their services have turn out to be bad to worse.. the recently experience that i have with digi is when im on call with someone, it will automatically disconnected or even either for my side i cant heard anything from the person im calling or either i can hear them speaking but they cant hear a words of what im saying. In terms of 3g services. It will disconnect when it feel like it.. such services provided is totally not worth the money im paying for.

Ive bought rm8 unlimited 1 day yesterday to do my work . When i wake up this morning ive planned to continue my work but suddenly digi internet connection isnt moving at all / too slow cant even open a google . I stay at Bandar Tasik puteri 48000 rawang selangor. The work need to be submit to my boss urgently. Its not my first time this thing happened to me and im getting sick of it . I call dg centre and they said digi is doing some upgrading nearby area . But i didnt receive any notice about the "area in the list might have network connection issue". Because if i do know i wont buy digi internet for that day. Paid but cant use . So now i just want a refund thats it . This thing happened to me quite few times before . Still the same thing no notice about maintanence / upgrading . So i just want my refund back . Rm8 unlimited internet 1 day.
internet unbelievably slow
Since last week my data hasn't been fully functional. Even loading a simple messenger.com takes minutes, or sometimes doesn't work at all. Not only my data hasn't been working, my entire family's data have been disappointingly slow. Also, signal loss is very frequent. Most of the times, even at home I can't get signal anywhere. It's so frustrating. I think it's because of the signal coverage. It has already been a week, please, please, for the love of god, fix this. I hope your cellular service team can fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

no network and slow when there is
I am experiencing no network and when there is network, it is very slow. My area is at the Penang island, Gelugor. I have 4G network but now it is only 3G. Why is Digi's network so bad ?! I am Digi's customer and don't like to experience such bad network !
Aside from that, Digi's personnel have promised to call back to solve problems experienced and they don't. It's not only 1 person, it's more than 1 of their staff. It's just terrible service and product from Digi.
poor service and poor internet coverage
I have been lodging multiple complaints via calls, emails as well as social media (fb) since March 2017. however my problems has not been solved for each complaint that I had been made!
Problems started in March whereby i received a msg mentioned that I used up my internet data. Hence I purchased the internet top up (8GB costs RM10 lasting for a week). It had been ok for the continuous two weeks. However, subsequently I kept receiving the msg mentioned that I used up my purchased add on data every alternate days whereby I need to purchase another add on data in order to continue online. I called up customer service each time before the purchase to make sure I can get the refund as it is impossible that I used up 8gb data within a day and which in fact I didn't not even on my fb, YouTube and other entertainment. The most server that I used was only google chrome where I did not believe it can use up the total 8gb within 1-2 days! This is impossible as I was busy preparing my doctorate master exam for that particular weeks and I did not even enjoy any entertainment through online! I am very disappointed with the service. And in the end, I was forced to purchase total 7 purchase add on on that particular month and the customer service staffs told me I will receive a refund for that reason per se.
I have been calling customer service almost every alternate days however my issue was not solved. Until I walked in myself into the sunway pyramid main center and I was told that I will receive my refund on the next billing. So thank God I thought it will be solved by the following month. However it is not!
And this issue had been dragging until June whereby i called up the customer service and one of the staff told me that my refund is in the process and asked me to check it on the next billing (July). However it is not being solved. And now it is July and I still not received my refund and I called up.customer service again today and one of the staff told me that there is no refund given and not even in the process! I'm really disappointed and upset and now had turned to anger and I need a very good answer and solution for my issue! Thank you!

Hi there! I would like to express that im extremely not happy with the coverage here in permyjaya, Miri, specifically at Lorong 11, Taman Ceria. Its been a while already that i can't enjoying my internet access on evening (7pm onwards). Im so pissed off with the internet network here. I've made a complaint once at digi center but seems nothing changes for the past a month ago. Appreciate your team can do something on this issue. Tq
account under collection dept with unexplainable outstanding amount
I terminated my broadband acc on 29/4/2017 and I paid total outstanding with penalty, I also been notified by digi staff on that day I will received another bill for prorated fee from 21/4/2017 - 29/4/2017 since the amount will only comes out on May 2017. Recently I received email from Digi saying I still got overdue dated 20/4/2017 which very confusing because my bill cycle date is 21st every month and it should appear on my April bill or atleast on my termination day. I also received another bill for June stated my outstanding amount is RM -0.01. I did call Digi Cust Care a lot of time but none of the CSA can provide me with proper explanation. I really disappointed with how digi handling my account by directly refer my account under Collection Department without any notice and Charges that magically pop out. I hate to say this but this action is unacceptable because it will affect my background for future business.
why my number got 2 person use it..
digi tomorrow i going to digi center..i want an answer..i gonna to sue digi center..why my number got 2 person use it..it happend and i found out when my phone is off..i tried call my number then what a surprice its ringging ?!then the one that use my number pickup the phone then i said who is this? then he speak indonesia...since today july 16 10 pm i realize one number can have two person user.mean that can register with other person..how is this happend?pls DIGI i want to report this.how this can happend
suspension line without informing
First of all, I switch to digi from Celcom, yet being so happy of the stable connection, somehow till yesterday 15/7/17, I had used play store to purchase things with amount of only RM 126.xx, digi had immediately suspend my line without notice and requesting pay cash to release while I am oversea yet required immediately connection. OK, I tolerate with that because to protect customer being scam by play store? But on today 16/7/17, payment paid on 12pm, and requested reconnection, till now 10.30pm and severally call to digi customer service, still unable to reconnect me, what else the digi look for? With this kinda of service, no notice to suspend, unable to reconnect after payment made, just wth?
improve line at shah alam area

Please improve your network at Shah alam area(Uitm Shah Alam). This is because my network always NO SERVICE especially at my college area(Kolej Mawar). As I am student at here, it gave me so much difficulty to contact my family or friends through internet or others else whenever i'm going back to Shah Alam. As i had no other options i had to use wifi at my college to get internet connection.
about lag while playing mobile legend
I like your overall service but not all were good. I am a Mobile Legend player and I play frequently. For your information I live at PPR Seri Semarak Setapak. When it over 6 pm onwards while im playing Mobile Legend its starting tu lag. The ping will exceed from 150 to 300 ms. Please fix this problem and I believe most of the Mobile Legend player within my area will be pleased.

PER : Kelajuan Internet 4G Digi Rendah Tidak Stabil dan Coverage Tidak Meluas.

Saya ingin membuat aduan mengenai kelajuan internet Digi yang tidak stabil dimana kelajuan purata yang saya peroleh hanya mencapai dibawah 0.5-5mbps dan ke bawah walaupun signal 4G. Sedangkan hanya beberapa mteter dari luar rumah saya dapat line 4G LTE A jika diikutkan Coverage yang tertera. Kawasan saya ni hanya beberapa kilometer dari bandaraya kota Kinabalu sahaja. Iaitu di Kampung Tanjung Aru Baru.
Ianya berlaku sejak saya mula langgan dahulu lagi sejak 04 Julai 2017, tetapi jika dikawasan lain saya tengok kelajuan boleh mencecah sampai 100mbps.
Saya mohon pihak Digi dapat siasat dan baiki atau kuatkan signal 4G ke 4G LTE A Dikawasan saya secepat mungkin.

overdue bill that doesn't make sense
Hi Digi,
I would kindly ask to stop sending e-mails regarding overdue payment as I am no longer with Digi since April 2017. After contract ends on 31.03.17, I've already ported number to another telco AND settled all payments. Logically, I wouldn't get to port my number out of Digi unless I've paid the bill right? And how is it that the overdue bill as of 21.05.2017? Please check back the account.
