digi postpaid 28 ringgit
Data signal is very weak in butterworth area especially in Jalan raja Uda and in University Sains Malaysia. I already open data from 9pm to 12.30am. But at 12.28am i only able to see the message in messager that show me 9.45pm for that message. When loading the facebook or surf the information in google, it takes a lot of time to loading or even come out network error although i ald open data.
phone call and internet coverage is extremely poor
Indoor signal in Goodyear Court 7, Subang Jaya is extremely poor.. With so call 4G coverage it's only showing E or H.. Receiving or making phone calls even worse as you can't listen to the other party conversation.. It is worse than staying in a circulated place! Please do improve your service and advice what and how you could make a better telco provider and gaining trust from the customers.

To digi centre: Please take note! Anyone can help me to check either my area got digi line or not. Please update to me, thanks. Before that I have complain many times already but no take action also, when use ours line I feel very hot totally can't online, very very bad how come so lousy, very disappointed. Can update and make it for me as fast as possible. Thanks for yours co- operated.

Saya tak pernah mohon 'value added service 36773' tapi ia selalu berlaku kepada saya.
Saya terpaksa membayar ke atas servis tersebut walaupun saya terus saja membatalkan servis tersebut melalui sistem sms.
Saya juga berharap agar pihak Digi boleh menapis atau menghalang servis sebegini agar tidak membebankan pengguna seterusnya dapat mengekalkan kepercayaan kami terhadap pihak Digi

I have prepaid digi and wanted to switch 150 unlimited postpaid plan. I couldnt do that since system only accepts NRIC number which foregner doesnt have and I cant input my passport number since system rejected it. Per advice of digi helpline I went to digi center and wanted to subscribe postpaid plan, but again couldnt since my cityid parameter was incorrect. Previous digi agend did mistake. Because of that I need to go to offici digi center not dealership and spend my time and money for taxi to change the mistake done by digi agent.

I had registered Digi for about a month. When I registered I gave the staff name kah Hoong 4 number of the company number I want to register international roaming service and me & my manager the one is authorized the activation. But he didn't register these all thing for us. Now my boss in China [protected] and his phone is no service. I called to service center the staff can not activate the roaming for the no. [protected] because I'm not the authorized person. Our phone is doing business it's important for us, but the staff so bad service, whatever I requested when I registered he promised but he didn't do for us and trouble us now! U super disappointed with Digi services! I just want to stop all our company line in Digi n change back to maxim, please send a person in charge to solve our problem. horrible experience with digi service call
On the morning of 24th May, I received a call from [protected], she did not even introduced herself but she directly told me that she called because of the outstanding bill. I then told her that I will ask my brother about the payment and will get back to her ASAP. She continued to say "Hari tu dah cakap nak bayar, takkan RM45 pun tak reti nak bayar!" I was speechless. How can they talk to a customer in such a rude way? When she hung up, I called my brother and he told me that he already made the payment the day before.
Therefore, I am extremely disappointed in the service. Is this how DiGi staff suppose to talk to customers?!

Untuk makluman, perkhidmatan coverage digi di kawasan ini sangat teruk dan ada ketikanya tiada capaian langsung kepada internet. Keadaan ini membuatkan saya tidak dapat menjalankan kerja-kerja mendesak yang memerlukan internet.
Pohon pihak digi ambil berat terhadap permasalahan ini. Saya juga sudah berhubung dengan pihak MCMC bagi isu ini.

Hi.. I'm the maxis postpaid user. I saw your digi plan in website, hope to join digi for my both line. Digi plan RM85 20gb per month all day, attractive for me. That day I when to Digi store at City Square Johor Bahru on 17/5/2017. I spoke to one of your staff in the shop name Desmond. He promise me can send the card to my home town that is at Negeri Sembilan before 22/5, because my maxis line start calculate on 23 every month.i need switch to digi before that.he promise me confirm can, and take my deposit without any receipt. I trust him. Photo copy my IC very I done. On Thursday I text him he say will follow up for me, end up no respond me that he already send out the card for my Mother. Friday I text again to ask, he say will check for me. But still the same no reply me..I keep waiting for his reply till Sunday.i know that weekend no delivery. Monday I text him again he say will help me follow up. End up no reply also. Till today morning I text him if my Mother still didn't receive any from you, I will no sign digi and I need the deposit refund. He say ok.if really can't make it will bank in for me and follow up for me. I very disappointed on Digi Have this type of staff not take any responsibility . Until just now I text him again I say do u bank in for me ready?he say tomorrow I will bank in for u.. I really hope can join Digi and have the offer RM85 for 20gb all day..this offer is end of the month. I not sure can I make it on time, before June. And abit not confident go to other Digi store too.. I work at Singapore, and seldom back Malaysia. That is my feedback. Hope Digi provided good service for all store and take responsibility too. I am using digi prepaid service about 4 3years and a half.I most probaly dislike its effeciency in work showing a unquality perfomance towards customers response.It seems you guys earning much nowadays it doesn't matter that you can avoid customers just away as easy asyou guys thinking.we cudtomers without your side barely you going to be a "ZERO" service provider, so manage yourself to answer our complaints idiots.First i am frust of usung your badass internet connection sayin 4G as well...it sucks like your service yeah!.i am not satisfied with your over charged psyment, for example i have bought a data plan for RM 4 to access 500.00 mb.when i turned my mobile data it doesn't uses the particular data plan and deduct money accordingly to the time rate and loosing my credit as much as RM 8.00 for your 'fastest connection' where it sucks as much as it does.when i tryin to contact the custoer service badass they most probaly do not answer the call and keep on givin reasons to make their service better with a zero solution given, what a uneducated ### are set for the work i am asking again if they don't know anything peobaly?!

I've been using digi my whole. Like since the first day I got my phone. And yes your network service are getting worse by the years rather than improving. Like it took me more than 5 minutes just to load this page to make a complain. I gave up several time last time cus it took 2 minutes to load every page. If your guys are having trouble with your cable or something, at least announce to the users. At least we know that this problem is not persistent, if it is then its a different story. Got quit annoyed actually.

I cant send out sms /receive sms any more! And I call servise number call me wait more 2day! 2day cant sms send and receive! Make me many problem now!

a bad experience of digi service call
I had received a call from this number [protected] at 11:10am regarding my previous plan's outstanding bill of account [protected].
I was a lilttle confused of what she try to explained to me so I might asked a few questions which make her feel unbearable and I heard she said "BODOH" before she hang up the call.
I don't think this is a good attitude for a service line.

I've just recently transfer from Celcom to Digi thinking that its a good idea. Boy am I wrong. Your internet service is ###. I rely on your internet line for gaming and work purpose. Your internet ping at first was good, and then for god no reason it spike up to 480ping causing massive lag in games. So I had to turn on my airplane mode to restart the line and then it get back to normal, and then guess what, BOOM it spike up again and again.
Don't even get me started on streaming movies on iflix. While watching, from 4G down to H+ and then to 3G. The phone wasn't moving from the spot but the line just went down the drain. I am so returning back to Celcom.
4g service in bayan lepas area
Hi,
I am using 4G data plan from DiGi.
My location is Bayan Lepas industrial phase.
Before that, I have been using DiGi for many years and it has good service until recently.
The internet data was smooth in the morning(8:30am to 10am), but about 10am onwards, it seems like no data is running, even a simple watsapp text would take many minutes to send out.
It has been like this for more than a week.
Please help.

my plan digi prepaid change to digi infinite 150, im start subscribe 07/5/2017 until today not active yet. Full payment is done.
Call more then 3times customer servise, 3day after i make call, first time told me is one week working time, ok! I waiting, u work slowly, never mind.
After one week i make second call, told me saturday sunday is no working?! Ok, wait more 2day!
Until yesterday, i make call angain, give me complain kes, (CAS-2056725-L8T4)call me wait more 2day for them working!
May i ask how many worked for ur digi online store? Just is change plan, is it need more than 10day working day and is still loading?!

my plan is infinite 150, im start subscribe 12/4/2017.after 4/5/2017 speed was reduced to 5-9mbps, before that can reach until 100mbps.is it me use too much data so u guys cap my speed?your plan not unlimited data ?why can simply cap your customer internet speed .give me reply on facebook/twitter and email.already send many times and no people reply!
sim card purchased at klia
I purchased a digi SIM card at Kuala Lumpur airport on 6th may and paid 30rm for a monthly data plan as advertised. Today I have received a SMS telling me to reload to continue using the service. Confused by this I contacted Digi by web chat and they said only 10RM had been loaded and a weekly data plan purchased. I queried where the other 20RM I paid had gone to and they couldn't answer and disconnected me from the chat. It appears the person at KLIA digital store has kept it for themselves! This is not good customer service and I will not be using Digi anymore, they were advertising a monthly plan for 30RM which I paid for and trusted the person to do their job right. Now I am out of pocket and have to sort out getting a new SIM. Always used Digi on my multiple trips to Malaysia but no more...I also will not recommend any of my friends to use either. Bad customer service!

Halo..im digi customer.before this i use maxis and change to digi because digi product, im from sabah and now i want to complaint about digi line.i dont know why but im sure my phone in good condition.also too many complaint from my friend who use digi.hope digi can improve our line at sabah especially at sandakan.dont waste we money.we buy internet with money not with paper..tq
service down for two weeks and have been asked to keep waiting
I have been experiencing server down issue at my working location starting from end of April and filing several reports to the team. I have been asked for 48 hours and then extended to 5 working days. And was being told that I shall receive call from second level technical team latest by 12-May-17 but as of today no call at all. Again live chat digi and that person told me there is no specific timeline and I need to wait until the technical team call me. Been waiting for two weeks and no input/root cause/solution at all. Poor service, would definitely recommend my friends/families to switch to Maxis.
