In Kentucky stores are supposed to practice safe measures in regard to Covid19. At 5 pm on July 4 the parking lot was full and multiple members of multiple family were in line all the way to freezers. No one wearing mask, no one cleaning carts, no one standing 6 ft apart because too many people allowed in store and not enough employees to handle holiday weekend shoppers. I have remained healthy for past but feel very uneasy after visiting Mc Daniels KY store. I will advise all locals to stay away from DG stores. Please fix so we can shop safely.
First of all, I have been a front line worker for the last 30 years and i want you to know that I never leave an online complaint about a store that I shop from, I just stop going there. However this isn't about me, this is about the safety of my family and the families of a small community. I'm not going to leave you a letter here, but i just thought you should know that in my community your store is known for not following any of the safety guidelines put forth by the CDC. I personally have been in both your stores in Naylor Missouri and poplar bluff Missouri and have never seen an employee wearing a face mask or practicing social distancing. My main concern is the store located at rt 61 box 1645 Naylor Missouri, The manager there openly admits that she doesn't wear a mask and does not require her employees to do so either. The only sign of any responsibility is the face shield behind the counter and the four Xs made out of dirty masking tape on the floor. My elderly diabetic parents shop there and I went in that store with my face mask and the employees smirked and looked at me like I was an alien because I was being responsible and doing my part to help protect my community. Again, I don't make bad reviews about stores where I shop, but I have no choice when a store threatens the lives of my family. Please address this before it is too late, and thank you for your time and patience.
