Dollar Tree review: Manager harassing 508 store

Good evening, I'm so tired of being harassed and belittle by our manager at store 5008, 4340 s laburnum avenue, when Willie the store manager first arrived at our store he bring nothing but negative energy. Let's first start by hun taking me off the schedule then telling the store manager traci I called off which in fact every time I called to check my schedule he told me I was never on the schedule. Ms traci spoke with him about that and in fact told me to give him a chance he's a really nice guy but as I was stating to her I never had an manager problem soon as he came to that location he had it out for me, down talking me in front of customers but when u say something back he cries wolf. He abuses his power all the time talking to staff like we don't suppose to have customer service and we talking to much to them we moving to slow, this not a daycare grown people he talking about, in front of customers. He has so many written complaints only from females and dollar tree still allow him to ruthless talk to his employees any kind of way. I been working there for like three years and never had this much problem with an manager anything he asked I did, one time I got wrote up because I wouldn't do what he said as he belittled me I front of customers totally made me embarrassed look bad. Now coming to this letter today at New Year's Eve it was only me on the register taking customers stocking sodas like he asked all I asked was because previously he yelled and said don't open cases of sodas if the fridge already full so I simply asked what did he want me to do with the rest of the unopened case of cocoas he yelled belittle me in front of customers saying this not a daycare I shouldn't have asked him questions this not my first time doing sodas I yelled back and said you don't have to talk to me like that after doing double shifts file him 11-930 the whole week he never asked me I just did it he told me to clock out and I'm then turn around and called the police like I was being disrespectful after he talked to me like crap in front of customers. He go around telling everyone business. Told me he don't care if I called traci mama just being so disrespectful. I feel like I have no one on my side and that's why he gets away with talking down on females. This is not how a positive workspace should be. If u look at my customer account I made up to 5 thousand and 800 dollars one day by myself. I take my job serious I can't tolerate the belittle in front of customers and just talking trash like I'm not working. This is a ongoing affair with him and when the district manager suppose to help the situation if only seems like she covers for him. I live five months away he banned me from my childhood store and that's not right I need answer, a lawyer help today enough is enough. This is not his first affair a lot of employees says she gotten a lot of write up for how he talks and treat his employees and that not manager like at all
