I am between two of your stores Highway 58 and oh do I they delivered down the street from me but won't deliver to me love you pizza but sometimes it's just an inconvenience for me to go pick it up I was wondering is there a store closer to me that delivers like tonight running late getting home I want to order pizza when nobody delivers so I had to settle for Papa John's this is ridiculous what is a man got to do to get Dominos to deliver I'll call both of your stores they told me my address wasn't even in there computer . I'm sorry but you can come pick it up

Apparently dominos feels different than the rest of america!
Today saturday may 6th I walked in to my local dominos lancaster ca. 93535 north east corner of ave j and challenger way to order a pizza, I placed the order and reached into my wallet and took out a $100 and attempted to pay for my order at this time the cashier told me he would have to get a manager when another prepubescent peon turned and in as rude a manner as possible informed me that dominos doesn't accept large bills. I then asked to speak to the manager at this time another child casually approaches the counter and she says that dominos doesn't accept large bills because they are too easy to counterfeit!?!? Also policy says they are not permitted to keep that much cash on hand?!?! Then pointed to an open safe as if that would explain everything?
1]. Refusal of any american currency is illegal and a bad policy period dominos does not have the right to refuse cash.
2]. The juvenile attitude of the staff at this location is reminiscent of a ucberkley crybaby rally.
3]. The managers explaination [1] that large bills are too easy to counterfeit. And [2] policy says they cant keep that much in the drawers. And then point to an open safe? Really?... This child needs to be at the very least retrained and should be made to leave her cell phone in her purse because obviously she did not pay any attention during her managerial training.
Or does dominos not train their management staff?
As a hard working american who gets paid with american currency I expect to be able to spend said currency especially at a national chain whoso counter sales must total in the tens of millions yearly not to mention the delivery side fund raisers and promotions etc... Do not refuse my cash I worked hard for it. And if this manager was trained to tell customers that they are very likely countefeitters then dominos really needs to rethink its business practices, what ever happened to the customer is always right!?
How to resolve this? Well on this particular saturday night I worked from 6:30 am until almost 8:00 pm, I had literally 2 frozen burritos, some milk and assorted condiments in the fridge so I decided to get a pizza. As I explained dominos refusal to accept my money combined with a 13 hour work day and not wanting to shop and cook [isint that the purpose of a place like dominos?] I am going to bed with 2 frozen burritos for sustainance.
I would like dominos to pay for tonights attempted meal which was
1.7.99 carry out 3 topping pizza w/italian sausage, salami and jalapenos with garlic parmasean white sauce.
2. An order of classic bread sticks and
3. 2 garlic butter dipping sauce
Total; $19.00 and change
Also I would like to see these uneducated entitled crybaby snowflake youths you have operating this location on a busy saturday night trained to understand that that man at the counter is the reason they get a paycheck in the first place and no matter what should be treated with some level of respect.
As for the retraining of these snotnosed kids I would like to sit in through their training and I want them all to know I am the reason for their retraining [not likely to happen]
As for the meal? I would like a gift card or voucher in the amount of the order nothing more. If dominos wont take my money dominos must want me to eat for free...

I ordered a 7.99 pizza last night with pepperoni, sausage and half pineapple from the Dominos Pizza store in Marlton Shopping Center in Upper Marlboro, MD.
I did not look in the box at the store. I live right next door to the Dominos store! Opened the box at home and the pizza was badly burned, hard crust, no sauce, no cheese but a foamy type of substance...I was starving so I ate a couple of pieces and it was terrible...like it was old frozen pizza...strange. Will not go there again...its a shame...The staff is horrible and the service is horrible.

On 4/4/2017 I called the Rocky Mount, NC dominoes to complain about being overcharged $5 for an order I had placed the prior day. Wasn't gonna complain about the pizza being overcooked and inedible until then. After a 16 minute phone wait and talking to 4 different people, "Monique" comes to the phone with an I could care less attitude. She asks for my address and is quick to tell me that they had not delivered any pizza to me that day. I told her had she of been listening, she would of known that I had already stated 3 times that it was not today but yesterday. She tells me not to talk to her like that and begins loud talking me. She then puts me on hold without notice after she has spoken her peace. Monique definitely needs more training in customer service. John, a manger then comes to the phone and is quick to find the mistake that had been made. Someone elses tip had been put on my credit card ( I tipped the driver in cash on arrival). My complaint is not the terrible pizza nor the overcharge, but the manner in which one of your managers (Monique) chose to handle it.

2 weeks ago i complained about the baguette i got an you gave me a gift voucher for 2 pizzas a drink an garlic bread i tried to book on line but i couldnt find out if my order was confirmed so i rang the pymble store an talked to the manger he told me he new nothing about the freeby voucher, an wouldnt tke my order but after a lot of heavy talking he gave in an filled my order, this time i exchanged the garlic bread for another baguette which was very nice this time, so i think somebody should talk to the manager an explain the rulers about vouchers or gift cert.thanking you loyal customer.
horrible delivery!!
I have ordered a pizza from Domino's and they said that I'll get my pizza within an hour. Delivery guy was 6 hours late and he wasn't able to explain what took him so long. I did not let him in and refused to pay.
While I was waiting and just wasted my precious time trying to contact the delivery boy I already ordered another pizza. Second pizza was ordered from Pizzahut and they arrived faster than Domino's.
I love Domino's pizza, but their delivery service is beyond ridiculous. Delivery boy said that he was very sorry and things like that but I said that I was no longer interested in their pizza. And the worst part was that no one even called from Domino's! It would be nice if they would at least call me and warn about such a late delivery, but they never cared. Hopeless company.

I heard from co-workers about a new Domino's franchise that had opened in down town Honolulu, HI. I am extremely upset by the service provided and plan on yelping about my bad experience. I asked about coupons that were being provided to customers walking in and Fred K (Manager) said that he had no clue about that promotion. We asked another employee (James) if coupons were available, his said no. We ended up ordering, a large pizza and hot wings. Five minutes later, James is passing out coupons at the front entrance and being selective on who he is giving them to. How discriminated I felt, I addressed it with Fred K and he played me off, stating that James is not a Domino's employee, when James is wearing a Domino's employee shirt. I had no issue, when told no coupons were available, but when you lie in front of the customer, who just purchased, that looks bad on Domino's and they just choose anyone to open a franchise, NO STANDARDS!

I called the place 2 hours after ordered (we had a snow day so I know delivery will take longer than usual) to ask them about my order and I was told that it was voided and they don't know why, , , I never received any phone call or email telling me this order was voided.

On the week of x-mas/New Years I also made and order on line and 2 times they told me that it was on its way. It was 3 hours pass and I called again and they told me they don't have enough delivery guys so I cancelled cause if they have back up orders then mines will be cold, , never the less they end up delivering order anyway and I told the delivery guy it was cancelled. Don't know what is going on with the Dominoes on Ralph Ave. in Brooklyn but I cant deal with that location anymore.
my pizza order was overlooked.
I went to Domino's Pizza on 5618 Hallandale Bch Blvd. West Park, FL #[protected] on 1/20/17 at 3:21pm. I ordered a large pizza. The lady cashier informed that the pizza will be ready in 10-15 minutes. However, I waited and waited so long for that one order. I seen 2 people walk place their order and received it less than 10 minutes and they had a bigger order. I walked up to the counter and the manager was on the phone. So, the guy that was making the pizzas came to the front and said, "Sorry, here is your pizza. I forgot about your order. I even called Domino's the corporate office. I spoke to the customer service rep whom stated that particular domino's is the main location. She continued by stating that someone will call me regarding my experience, but this never happened. I will not ever go back to this location. Because of bad customer service. Not worth my time or my money. Thank you, but no thank you.
Mistakes happen. Out of hundreds of orders it is likely at least one will be forgotten, and it just happened to be yours. Call the store back on your own, but this was a really minor error.
bad sauce, no cheese and old dough
I order from the domino's in dumfries va. on water way drive. i get my pizza there all the time and the pizza is always hot and delicious with a nice fresh tastes but last night was really bad. the sauce was terrible, there was no cheese i mean no cheese and the crust was old. my pizza arrived in 15 minutes considering they are not even 5 minutes from my house, but i would have waited 30 to 45 minutes for a better pizza.
Contact the store. It was probably a one-time mistake.

I ordered a pizza, salad and drinks from store #6429 in oklahoma city for delivery. The order was completed at 6:02. I watched the tracker for about 30 minutes it finally said, " out for delivery". At 6:57 I receive a call from "supposedly the manager" wanting to know if I got my order. I said no, that it normally didn't take this long. He said and I quote" uh well, uh I dont know how did your order" I said ok what does that mean and he said "well uh I don't know" I said does it mean it wasn't prepared. He said "uh well uh I don't think so. " I said well I have already paid for it what was he going to do and he said" uh well I guess I can cancel it. I said hell yes cancel it and he said "uh well you don't need to get rude.. I said cancel it it better not show up on my card or it will a major problem for dominos. When you are in a hotel without transportation, it would be nice to place an order and have it delivered and not wait an hour before you follow up. Last time dominos will see a dollar of mine or my company.

I ordered pizza from domino's store #5518 on raeford road around 9pm 12-16-16. The woman taking my order made it very difficult to order. As she kept saying she can't fit my order needs. We never get a good communication and I get charged $28 bucks for two mediums when my order normally is $22 bucks and I usually get a two liter and wings. I feel upcharged and the bar b que chicken pizza was nasty. The beef and green bell pizza was great.

I ordered pizza on line, waited for it to be ready, and went to pick it up. When got there is was ready but the first employee after asking my name got busy putting stickers on pizza boxes. After several minutes he asked his co-worker to help me. Second worker completed what he was making and started and completed another item before addressing me. He found my order and handed it to me less than 10 seconds and after I had waited 4 to 5 minutes. It will be a while before I order anther pizza from Domino's.

I went to one of Dominos restaurants and ordered a pizza there. I am allergic to onions and I asked them not to put onions in my pizza and they said ok. I ordered that way a lot of times and they always were nice and did as I asked. But this time everything went wrong. I got my pizza and noticed there were onions. Immediately went back to the counter and asked for another pizza and Dominos employee was very rude to me and said they will not make me anything unless I pay! The worst service ever! Left my pizza there and left the place. I'm not sure if I'll come back.

My residence is (as per google) 150 meters (2 minutes walking distance) away from your dominos outlet at narendrapur.
For the first time I placed an online order with the said outlet on 21.05.2016 at 9:58:17 p. m. for six pizzas, bill amount of rs. 727 (photo of bill enclosed). I tracked my order online, found the pizzas dispatched at 10:16 p. m. I received a call from [protected] at 10:28pm informing me that since the delivery person has to walk from the main gate of the complex to my flat at 2nd floor (a distance of 50 meters), as my residential complex forbids delivery persons from dominos to drive their motor-cycles inside the complex for rash driving, he will deliver my pizzas only after attending two deliveries at sherwood estate which is my neighbouring residential complex. the whole conversation was recorded and attached as attachment with this mail.
The pizzas were delivered to me at 11 p. m. (that is, one hour after placing the order and 45 minutes after despatched from store) and not before the delivery person giving me a lecture of 3 minutes, the gist of which is given below:
That a huge amount was demanded from the store by the executive members of the welfare association of the residential complex called sugam park and a delivery person was illegally detained by them once upon a time. since I am a first time customer, the delivery person has delivered the pizzas at my door steps and from the next time I have to collect myself personally from the main gate as they cannot use the lifts of the complex even.
Now my questions to you are:
1. is there lift in each and every building that your delivery persons deliver?
Sugam park residents forbid use of lift by service providers i. e. maids, paper-boy, milkman, housekeepers, movers and packers, etc. one of your delivery persons was found to be using the lift of a5 block last august and was asked to call his supervisor for a talk because it was not the first time offence (before this incident a delivery person was caught using lift and his supervisor left a note with the executive committee that ‘this will not happen again’). that delivery boy went to police and with the help of three persons who are against the present committee and who was incidentally present there, lodged a complaint which was later dismissed by the police as false.
The dominos manager contacted the sugam park residents welfare association (sprwa) in december, 2014 with the aim of putting up a temporary stall in the lawn on 31st december covering the new years eve bash and was asked to pay a meagre subscription amount for the use of the lawn because ‘there is no free beer available in this world’. the manager refused by ‘dominos do not pay to put up stalls’ but circulated among the persons who are in opposition to the current committee of sprwa that a huge amount was demanded.
2. is the dominos pizza store at narendrapur such an establishment who is more interested in involving itself in petty local politics than making money? I am surprised.
3. what was the delivery person doing for 45 minutes after calling me? the distance between sherwood estate and dominos pizza outlet is 200 meters (two minutes walking – please google it). does it take 45 minutes to deliver at two addresses at sherwood estate if he is allowed to ride his motor-cycle inside the complex and use the lifts?
4. the pizzas that were delivered to me after one hour of placing order were cold and limp and tasted like stale bread. I paid rs. 727 for them though it was notified in website that delivery after 30 minutes were free (the delivery person stated that it is not applicable to orders of more than 4 pizzas). that means if I place a large order I am sure to get cold and stale pizzas and dominos cannot help in any way.
5. should I feel overwhelmed by the fact that I am getting a chance to eat dominos pizza? the attitude shown by the delivery person says so. well, I am not overwhelmed at all. what I am going to do is – I am not going to place an order with dominos pizza ever – just like most of my fellow residents are doing now. if that increases you sale, then keep showing you attitude or else change your staffs with attitudes.
People do not care to write to you because no one wants to waste their time now-a-days. but to me, this whole thing appeared to be so pretty stupid that I wasted half of my sunday today just to record the huge amount of stupidity.

I had arranged for a lunch time meeting and ordered Domino's pizza. Order number : 5016160, Date : 19/11/2015. Made a order for combo deal - 2 pizza's (very veggie and classy chic ) to be delivered at 11:45 A.M. Made the order at 10:53 and was confirmed to deliver at 11:45, Received a call from the branch @ 12 that I would get my Pizza in 5 minutes, I kept on dialing the branch and the customer hotline the same response till 12:45, no proper response. I was said that my food will arrive in 3 mins 5 mins and once our break time & our meeting was over only one pizza was delivered of the two ordered and the customer hotline informed me that the order wasn't captured even though I received a confirmation mail from their system. The response from the delivery person was also not good. We all were hungry the whole day and I kept receiving calls from the hotline even though I said him to call me back after 5. Lost the trust in Domino's Pizza deliver and their customer service.
very poor service
Very poor service received from Bangalore Krishna nagar Domino's Pizza. I visited Domino's along with my offshore client because we were in a hurry. Expecting good service we entered. However all the good service and 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed was down the drain.
Firstly the had no coke, sprite, Fanta etc etc etc. Can you believe swallowing the crust with no soda?
For Desserts there was no Butterscotch mousse cake which my client wanted as he did not prefer Choco Lava. It was empty as well.
I wanted to make a payment through an AMEX Card and guess what, they did not accept AMEX as well. Most of the other Domino's outlets have AMEX machines.
I offered some codes to get 20% off and the person said that the best he could do was 10%... higher discount of 1+1 or 20% offer was only online. When I tried online through my Note3 it showed only the Pizzas and not the sides & extras. I spoke to the manager, guess his name was Atish (didn't look like a manager but he called himself one). He tried as well and accepted that the website may be broken.
Due to time constrains, we ended up eating the pizzas with 0% satisfaction. Very poor infrastructure and service. I am quite a frequent person otherwise and they can pull up my history. But this surely is the last time and would recommend the same to everyone.

We ordered two pizzas on line last night the [protected] about 9:30pm we got two large pizzas with garlic bread and coke, we ate pizzas and garlic bread then went to bed about 10:30, my house mate woke up about 3:30am spewing a lot with the runs followed runs meaning some sort of diarrhoea lasted for at least 1hr, then I woke up at 5:30am doing the same spewing and some sort of diarrhoea lasting about an hour, I rang dominos lavington about 11:00am telling them about what happened and they were rude and didn't want to help saying they could not find my order because I ordered it on line, I would like something done about this to prevent it happining to anyone else, thank you for your time Hopefully something happens with this .
