Ordered a bottle of wine as I have done many times in the past without an issue. Today the driver is unable to scan my ID due to a technical difficulty with their app. He called customer service on speaker phone and they told him to take the wine back to the store. I called customer service and they said it would be several hours before a decision would be make if I could he refunded. I called again to ask again about it, I was put on hold for a few minutes, the guy quickly said I should hear something in 12 hours and hung up on me! I then get an email denying my request for a refund! How can they deny a refund for a product I never reviewed and they did acknowledge that the product was brought back to store. Horrible, horrible business practices. Will NEVER use them again and will not recommend to anyone. I now will have to dispute with my bank to get my money back. There is zero concern for their customers and staff are very rude. I have included a photo of a black screen of nothing because this is what I received. Not to mention standing outside with the dasher for 20 minutes while my dinner got cold. I hope they somehow go out of business
