eDreams Refund not received on a flight canceled within 24hour window

All airline tickets have a policy that can be canceled within 24 hours. However, only the return flight will be refunded. No refund for outbound flight.

I offered to cancel a few minutes after the reservation was confirmed.

The reason for canceling is a valid reason

After I bought the ticket, I saw the news

The content is that London's Heathrow Airport will randomly cancel flights for 1,500 people every day until September 11th.

I can't travel with peace of mind. So I immediately canceled myself

I later found out that this E-Dream has a very bad reputation and seems to be a scam.

If it is within 24 hours, there is a provision to refund for any reason, so I would like to ask you to process it as soon as possible.

I paid ¥324110 and got only ¥146991 for the return ticket

Desired outcome: Only one way has been refunded So round trip refund

eDreams Money charged but flight not booked

I was charged C$392.29 for Westjet Flight # WS3149 leaving on Aug 15th and was provided a fake PNR, when I called Westjet Airline they confirmed that there is no booking in that flight with my name. Called Edreams and agent responded that you are booked on a charter flight and will be given details 4 hours prior to flight. I never booked a charter and was quoted for a schedule flight. I know there are no charter flights from YYC for my destination.

eDreams I would like to complaing about a payment of £ 54.99 made on the 5 of Augost. I have a flight from Bilbao Spain on the 20 of Augodt.

My name is Mr. Blas Garcia Tito. I have a flight from Bilbao to London on the 20 of July. The flight was fully paid, But on the 5 of August you took £ 54.99 from my account from a bank in Bilbao Spain. I do not recognize why you ask me for that amount and i would like this money back

eDreams Inefficient rebooking of flight made me lose a lot of money

Last Monday 25 July I had a family emergency and decided to postpone my flight in order to be with them. I contacted EDreams and asked for a quote. A few hours later they sent me an email with the quote, but no other information on how to proceed with the change or ask for an alternative solution. I replied to the email and it did not bounce back, so I assumed it was well delivered. I also tried to call again, but the automated voice said that if a request for change was made within the last 48h I would need to wait for EDreams to contact me... The problem is that they didn't. After 48h I contacted them again, and once again I was told they would get back to me but they didn't. At this point, it was the day before the flight and when I contacted EDreams again they told me it was too late and the company would not agree to a last minute change. It honestly felt utterly ridiculous after all the time I had tried to change my flight and the time I lost because of them. But I had no other choice that simply miss my flight and with it a lot of $$$$ (I had to rebuy a very expensive last minute ticket). Disgraceful and inefficient service.

eDreams improper direct debit

I had to replace a cancelled flight from NYC to Paris CDG or Lyon St-Exupery on Tuesday July 19th for travelling on the 20th.

I found a flight on your website with Aerlingus NYC - Dublin - Lyon.

I started the reservation, input my corporate credit card 513614xx xxxx 3111.

The problem is that I got no answer, no mail, no message indicating something went wrong.

I checked my spams and it was empty. So I assumed it was not taken into account.

Since I really needed to flight back, I asked my company the next morning to book it for me through our travel agency.

So I was really surprised to find out that Edreams had debited 1002.88€, which corresponds to that flight (on 07/19/22).

I don't know what the computer problem was, but we surely can't be responsible for it.

So of course, my company SPRINTEX wants a refund for these 1002.88€.

..27/7 I booked a roundtrip from phnom penh to bangkok air ref. 5tfrfr 16/8-22 13.20... Got a 11 digit confirmation code.. Should be 10 digit... On the website my flight is not even reg... No confirmation email.. Tried for 6 days nothing

eDreams Plane ticket change policy

Scammers. I bought a flight with a policy that allowed me to change my flight or request a refund within 24 hours of my flight date. I requested to change my flight 2 days in advance of my flight to make sure it would be accepted. They said that they were processing my request for 4 days and on the day of my flight I called them and they told me that it wasn't accepted. I was given instruction when I wanted to change my flight that I would be able to do so in app no problem. But when I called the company on the day of my requested change, they told me that I had to contact the airline if I wanted to change my flight. I was not given any instruction about this. I think the only reason they said this was to get out of paying me back my refund. I would definitely not recommend this company. Stay away. I doubt I will get a refund back even after filing complaints. Scammers

i try to book flight ticket through there site and after pay the money i receive an email the it is under process ,1 hr later i receive another email that booking has not been confirmed , i try several times to make refund from there site but failed

eDreams İnvoice

I cannot receive an invoice for my reservation numbered PL627513240. How do states accept these transactions without being invoiced and taxed? Is this company audited? millions of euros are not paid properly. they say that they cannot give an invoice even if they say that the payment is taken through edreams in the reservation. this is just a scam.

eDreams edreams software bug stopped me from getting my boarding pass and I missed my flight

1 hour and 56 minutes before my flight, I clicked on the button in the app to get my boarding pass and it said there was an error and I needed to check my details and when I clicked that button it went to a blank white screen rather than telling me what was wrong.

I was unable to get my boarding pass and therefore unable to get through security and therefore missed my flight.

eDreams refused to rebook me and refused to refund me.

THIS LINK WAS ALSO BROKEN!

They claimed that I had not paid the 8 Euros for online check-in and therefore it was not their responsibility. Well, I had made the online selection to buy the 8 Euro automatic online check-in service. Apparently that ALSO is a bug!

Please either give me a refund, or give me a job as a software test engineer to fix your buggy software. Thank you.

eDreams Customer service incompetency leading to cancelling my flight altogether

I bought a return ticket from Edreams website about 3 months ago. I received a notification on 20 July saying one of the connecting flight for the return ticket is cancelled. I had been advised I get an update within 48 hours. I didn't get an update, therefore I contacted Edreams to see what I can do. They said there is no update and should wait for 48 hours. As I heard nothing after two days, I contacted them again on 24th July. They advised the same thing saying they haven't had any update yet as the airline hasn't provided them with any update. I contacted the airline (Lufthansa) my self and they advised there is a ticket available, but Edreams travel agents should contacted them for rebooking the ticket. They said they cannot re issue the ticket as I purchased the ticket via Edreams. I contacted Edreams again on 26th and I was told there is no update. They said they have contacted the airline, but they haven't responded. I advised I have been asked to wait for 48 hours every time I call and my issue hasn't been resolved yet. The travel agent told me I am not ready to wait and if I wait I get an update. She said my ticket is in 3 weeks and I shouldn't be worried. I explained that I am worried as if the alternative they offer me is not working, I will have to cancel my ticket and pay much more due to ticket process going up. She said the last resolution is for me to wait for 48 hours for an update. 2 days passed and I still haven't had an update. I contacted them again and unbelievably, they said they don't have an update and I should wait for another 48 hours. I explained this is the fifth time I am contacting you guys and you just repeated yourself without helping me. They couldn't help me though. This is so unbelievable and absolutely unacceptable. I had to contact Lufthansa myself again and I was told due to late response on behalf of Edreams travel agents, they had to cancel the flight. I explained the situartion and they advised they can help me. They said they will reissue the ticket and I don't have to deal with Edreams again. I was over the moon hearing this as I had enough dealing with the incompetent agents. I am complaining about this now, as I believe you should train your agents so they know how to treat their customers. They have zero understanding about their customers problems and no customer service skill. When they say they help the customer within 48 hours and they don't, this breaks the customer trust. If you check the review online, everyone is unhappy with the customer service. If you truly want to help your customers and earn their trust, you are going in completely opposite way. I have been telling to everyone I can and I know to nit use your website. If you care about your customers, do something about the way you treat them now. Thanks, Sara

eDreams Two years- still no refund for cancelled filght

I booked a flight in 2020 from Montegobay/Jamaica via Brussels to Zurich. My flight from Mobay to Brussels was cancelled, I missed obviously connection flight from Brussels to Zurich and requested a refund.

That refund is still apparently pending, even though that the flight companies are flying.

Whenever I tried to get in contact, it was impossible. The app only has a bot that is not helpful at all.

I tried to call and had once an edreams employee who just told me that apparently edreams requested the refund and apparently is waiting. I do not believe that. Two years is way to long.

I want finally my money back!

eDreams Flight cancellation

DO NOT BOOK FROM EDREAMS! Its the most unrealiable company that exist! Its a SCHEME! DO NTO TRUST THEM!

Its been 6 hours since the Lufhtansa airlines informed me that my connection flight was cancelled! I have trying to contact Edremas since and my problem wasnt solved! The Only 2 agentes I was able to contact, couldnt help me, beacause in their system I didnt have a cancellation ( even though you can check by number that my flight is cancelled). So one is throwing the problem to the Other one, until They tell me They cant do anything! I need to be on my destiny tomorrow, and Edreams doesnt care, because They dont care about their costumers and about their needs, just about the Money that They will steal from you! Flight tickets now tom y destiny are over 2.000 euros! How is going to pay for that?

Buy with them if you wanna see your Money going Away, or if you wanna be robbed! Because that just happened to me!

eDreams Flight cancellation

No notification with flights being cancelled, the airline rescheduled to an alternative flight but the time is unavailable for me. While the booking detail on eDreams is not changed, please double check JQ765 on 17/Aug/2022 and JQ766 on 18/Aug/2022. And I need to reschedule the one on 18th/Aug to the next day, as no flights would be available after 17:00.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and have my flight rescheduled to a proper time. If to the next day, Accommodation and meal reimbursed as well.

eDreams refund

I booked my tickets to India last year in Sep 2021. Due to some issues my flight got cancelled and they promised they will give my refund in 3 months. It has been almost one year and I still did not get my refund.

I reached out to the customer service multiple times and they did not help me. I am hoping this site will help me to get my refund

eDreams Flight not confirmed by edreams I needed to pay for another one at the airport

I refer to my booking reference with edreams - [protected]. I booked a flight from Denpasar to KL and then to Phuket. When I got to the airport at Denpasr they told me my flight to KL was not confirmed by edreams only the flight from KL to Phuket. I needed to pay for another. The airline told me this was edreams error as they had not confirmed it.

This was very stressful and financial debilitating for me.

I would like this resolved immediately and a refund for the Denpasar to KL flights mad. See attached documentation of two flights and greyed out one not confirmed by edreams yet they said my booking was confirmed.

eDreams Cancelled Flight

I booked a flight for our family of four with eDreams to Egypt. Our return flight, Cairo to Manchester was affected as part of my flight (Heathrow to Manchester) was cancelled by the airline. eDreams recommended we find an alternative solution from Heathrow and we would receive a refund for part of the flight.

They have then contacted the airline and cancelled the whole flight even from Cairo and we have no return flight back. They are not helping us with finding an alternative flight, pricing us over the odds when it is their error for the cancellation and refusing to refund our package.

eDreams hotel

Booked hotel in Puerto Rico, was a dump, nothing like the online photos provided, no wifi, filthy dirty, rude employees. We also couldn't check-in for awhile because gate was locked and nobody was at the desk to buss us in. We had to stand with luggage on sidewalk outside. Lighting was very poor, outside stairs dimly lite with broken tile,and unlevel landing, not safe. I fell carrying luggage up outside stairs to room had 6x6 inch bruise on my hip and a cut on my leg. I wouldn't have been able to keep climbing those outside stairs to go places. We didn't feel safe there and didn't want to stay in such a dirty place. Stayed one night and checked into a different hotel.

Desired outcome: Would like refund for days not stayed. Please remove them from future booking.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: eDreams

The issue that I have experienced was: I booked a flight from Budapest to

New York (JFK) (airline booking reference: QIU56O) on February 19 2022 via

eDreams. Flight details: March 30, 2022, Budapest - Zurich (Swiss

International Airlines LX2251), Zurich - JFK (Swiss International Airlines

LX14. April 5, 2022, JFK - Frankfurt (Lufthansa LH401), Frankfurt -

Budapest (Lufthansa LH1334).

I paid for additional products: Cancel for any reason guarantee, policy

number [protected].

I requested a cancellation for the above booking via eDreams on March 9,

2022. I received an email from eDreams about processing my cancellation. I

tract the status of the cancellation using eDreams app and it says "request

pending airline authorisation". The status has been unchanged for more than

4 months. Reaching out eDreams via customer service email I get no further

information about the status of my cancellation.

eDreams My return flight has been cancelled – no help coming from eDreams

On arrival in Johannesburg (8 July 2022) for family’s summer vacation eDreams notified me that our booked return flight (15 August 2022) has been cancelled. Following the link they sent, follow-up information would have been forthcoming within 24 hours. This never happened.

I phoned eDreams on 12 July. The outcome was the promise that an alternative flight would be offered to me by e-mail within 2 to 3 days. eDreams did not hold this promise.

I sent a complaint with this information (case number CASE-[protected]). Apart from the automatic reception notice, eDreams never responded to this message.

I called again on 19 July. Only a completely unacceptably impracticable solution was offered. When I phoned back to negotiate further, the outcome was again that an alternative flight would be offered to be by e-mail within 2 days. eDreams did not hold this promise.

Desired outcome: I would like eDreams - to make contact with me to solve the issue of our return flight- offer me a reasonable compensation for the loss of holiday time due to their neglect of my case.
