changing prices after purchase
A few days ago, I purchased two tickets from Beirut to Boston in the name of Jenny and Jeannette Merhej where the advertising price on your site was 1331 and 1308 US Dollars. You debited my credit cards with 1331 and 1308 Euros and added 20% more to the price of the tickets.
This is unethical, illegal and a rip off. I expect you to immediately refund my accounts with all the extra amounts debited which is almost $700 otherwise, a court case will be filed against your company and your online site.
The reservation codes or booking confirmation are : U6FTR9 and U55lGJ.
It seems that this is not the first time you do this to clients and the complaints are loaded on your site. This time, I will take a court action against you until all the extra money debited are refunded.

I've paid to eDreams the insurance with Europe Assistance for flight cancellation and, in order to be refunded, they are asking me the " confirmation of the travel cancellation issued by the service provider (eDreams)".
I've tried several time to contact Customer Service eDreams by phone (no possibility to speak with an operator) and by mail always receiving a computer answer assuring that the concerned office will answer as soon as possible. More than one month is passed by and I have never received an answer.

discrepancy between edream confirmed price and the final debit to my bank account

when i booked my flight WIMJPM I got confirmation from Edreams that the amount from China Southern Airline is 2830euro. But when the debit arrived to my bank account the amount was 3023euro. this is a net add-in of 193euro and without my awareness.

not a reliable company to travel with
Had several flights with them. Everything was okay until now. Booked a flight, they provide insufficient information, couldn't board for their fault. Calling them have gave no result. Edreams asks to call air company, air company asks to call edreams, because they sold me tickets. On hold for hours. Expensive rate to call them. Very disappointed and will never book again.
Please, don't book with them, spend extra dollars and book directly with air company.
I've suffered $2000 dollars loss for my tickets because of them. Oh, yes, they will refund taxes, which is roughly $100.

Terrible! Unfair service Edreams. Beware, multiple charges! I would not recommend anyone.
I bought tickets week ago WAW-BCN-WAW for 4 people, price was 540 EUR and 50 EUR discount for payment of visa debit card on Edreams.es which does not exist.
E dreams took from my card 2 X 320 EUR (!) and I received messages saying that I should increase the limits on the card to pay more money. After a few days edreams was written that there was a server crash, I was only refunded 275 EUR, the bank took 45 EUR as exchange costs. The reservation was canceled, the rest of the money was not refunded and even no, , sorry'' from Edreams. Only yesterday after telephone intervention, they kindly said that they would refund the rest of the money minus the exchange costs. With the fault of edreams I lost 90 EUR, server crash was not my fault.
They illegally took a double amount of 320 Eur and they lied writing yesterday that they had to cancel the reservation for lack of money. After 10 days they did not return unlawfully taken money.
There is no option to write a message on Edreams, only expensive international phone calls. Instead of explaining and refunding money, they send me unwanted advertisements.
I will seek legal opportunities, recover my money unlawfully seized.
How such a large international service can be so unfair!
Never again will I use dishonest Edreams.

Please note that I booked a flight and I can't make manage my booking from the site to change the flight dates unless it very easy issue then I called the customer service and they are very bad because they send me 3 times for 3 call center officers and they asked all the informations everytime then the last one gave me a new number to start a new call again to change the flight unless and this call takes 15 min

flight booking not available at advertised price
I have booked various flights lately for my family, some through Cheapflights.co.uk. All have been fine except the last one I booked for my wife through eDreams. The price they advertised was not the price of the flight available. I clicked on the buy with eDreams and was not forwarded with the advertised price of £48 but it then changed to £61.93. I continued with the purchase as it was for an important appointment and it meant my wife could join me on the same flight I was already booked on (booked mine with another company via Cheapflights and paid the advertised price of £44).
Anyway I called eDreams afterwards to complain and they said they would look into it if I had a screenshot of the original price, which I did so I sent it to them.
Hearing nothing after returning from our short trip I contacted them and they said "Once the available flights corresponding to your search are displayed, the prices always include a discount of our service fees. This discount is only applied if our customers use the same payment method as the one stated below each available flight. Please note that the payment method which allows to enjoy the discount may vary according to airlines, destinations and dates."
They went on to speak about the method of payment but this is not the issue.
I tried again to make bookings and each time I clicked on the ticket price advertised I was forwarded to purchase the ticket at that price, it had nothing to do with the payment method used at this stage.
They clearly have been advertising a flight at a price and then not making it available at that price.
Other flights I have booked and ones when I tested bookings again have all gone through to proceed at the advertised price.

I am complaining about a lack of response to our refund
We purchased a Norwegian Air ticket #T6CV9I for our daughter on May 28 and had to cancel it which we did within the required 24 hours. We purchased the ticket on my wife's credit card Master Card ending in#6231. We have confirmation from Norwegian Air that they credited an eDream credit card ending in #0968 for the full amount on June 1st.
I have called, I have sent emails, I have messaged on facebook and still no response to our refund. You have been holding our refund since June 1

My doctor gave me a note, that I sent as an attachment to edreams.com, certifying that I am unable to fly due to actual existing health problem.
I bought " flight cancellation insurance " for all my flights, through edreams.com.
Edreams.com replied back because my tickets are non-refundable, that the airlines companies refused to refund.
I sent to edreams.com a complain that your insurance companies for whom I bought my" flight cancellation insurances" is responsible for refund and not the airline companies.
It seems these flight cancellation insurances are a fraud.

I booked an airline ticket for my mother on 20/07 from Simpheropol to Malta departing 25/07.
I received confirmation no [protected] on 21/07 and money of ticket eur423.17 was taken from my credit card.
I received an email same day asking me info re special needs for my mama as I had requested a wheelchair for her under special needs . I phoned them as requested in the email and provided all info. They confirmed that they will deal with it and there should be no problem.

Today Sunday 23/07 I called the airline to check re special needs for my mama. I was informed to my surprise that the ticket had been cancelled by edreams.
i immediately called their call center in Barcelona. First I was informed that my tickets were cancelled bec there were no funds on the bank accont. After I checked with my bank who confirmed that there wer funds and payment was effected to edreams.
I called them again and now they said that booking was cancelled bec of the special needs.
They just cancelled the booking without even informing us, and status of account did not even show this. If I did not check mu mum would have gone to airport ( a five hour drive) in the state she is for nothing.
Now I just received an email where they state: We are pleased to inform you that your flight cancellation request has been received.
I never cancelled the flight. They just did it without our knowledge.
Now I hope they will refund the whole amount and will book again from other place

I am writing to complain about my treatment by your company and expect remedial action including compensation.
I booked a flight - reference number [protected]. The price quoted was £718.05. I received confirmation email noting "Your reservation is confirmed."
I should say at this point that I am travelling due to an emergency, my brother is very unwell and I am very upset already and that is why I booked a quick flight.
I am disabled and require assistance. I received an email from you to say that I should contact you regarding my wheelchair assistance - nowhere within the email was there reference to the possibility of losing my flight booking or that their was a time limit on my response.
I contacted your team today at 12 pm so well within 48 hours and certainly well within my travel date of 27 July.
I was then told that my flight booking was not being honoured. This was a great shock to me. The representative also said that this was my fault which made the shock even worse. An alternative was not forthcoming which would meet my requirements.
Needless to say this is terrible customer service as there was no notice of this in any of the documentation sent. I have managed to arrange alternative flight however this has cost significantly more £784.22.
I would like edreams to compensate me the difference and also to compensate me for the distress, inconvenience and also cost of telephone calls caused.

I booked a Multi city trip through skyscanner on 26th June 2017, unfortunately I booked through out eDreams, ref. VSE8MU - VSE8NB - VSE8MW . The customer services was unhelpful and give me diffrent information . I was surprised that the tickets are unchangeable /nonrefundable and if I am going to make any changes to the booking they want to charge me more than I paid for the whole journey .
They are poor, unhelpful and not trusted .
I would like to change my flight from ( London to Istanbul via British airways to London to Crete, Greece ) but the want to charge me a fees for changes more than the new ticket fees for example the new tickets for 4 persons from London to crete via BA = 899 GBP, eDreams want to charge me 895GBP and if I would like to cancel my previous tickets I will get 100 GBP from total 680 GBP, Simply with eDreams I am trapped and the customer service was very poor and mostly rood

I was sent an email on 8th June 2017 by edreams to notify me that a flight I had booked with them had changed. I am flying from Auckland to Bali on 1st March 2018 with Qantas and Garuda Indonesia and have to stop over at Sydney on the way. My flight from Auckland to Sydney has been pushed forward an hour so instead of leaving at 07:35, i am due to leave at 08:35. This means I will be in Sydney for 1 hour and 10 minutes until my next flight to Bali.
I decided to call up all airlines (I am doing a lot of travelling from November to April) to confirm all of my flight times, baggage allowances and dietary requirements to make sure everything is in order. When I phoned Qantas and spoke to Roxanne, she advised me that I was unable, legally, to be in Sydney airport for less than 1 hour and 30 minutes therefore I will have to change my flight plan from Auckland to Bali. They told me that as the flight was booked through edreams, edreams would have to contact them directly to arrange this for me.
Nowhere in my email dated 8th June 2017 was it made clear that I would have to change my flights. I wasn't aware this was a problem until I called Qantas which is my first area of complaint. I then phoned edreams on 12th July 2017 and spoke to Deepak who tried to call edreams but was kept on hold for a while (granted, it took me 11 minutes to get through to them). Deepak told me that he would try and phone Qantas and give me a call back. Hours went by with no returned phone call so I phoned again. I then spoke to Lucia who tried again to contact Qantas (I think, I cannot recall if she did this for me or not) and told me the call back would be arranged for 24-48 hours, which had Deepak told me I would not have phoned back. That is the second area of my complaint as the contact number for edreams is 0800 and is costly for me to ring from my mobile (I have no other option to call from).
It is now 18th July, 3 working days after my call with Lucia, and I haven't had a call back. I have spent over £600 on these flights and your customer service hasn't told me a very important piece of information regarding Sydney's airport rules OR called me back when promised twice I would have been. This is the third area of my complaint.
I phone yet again today, another cost of mine, and spoke to Lucia again who tried to call Qantas and couldn't get through. She said she would call me back within 48 hours but I don't carry much faith in your company anymore.
To summarise I am complaining about the following:
- Edreams did not let me know of the issue at Sydney Airport so had I not phoned to check my flights with Qantas I would not have known this until I was at the airport myself
- I have had to call edreams three times, two of which I see as avoidable, at an expense to me costing me extra on top of my phone bill (I can confirm how much extra once my bill is available)
- I have been promised call backs twice which hasn't happened
Please may someone call me back to discuss my flights once you have options from Qantas. I am extremely unhappy that I have had to chase you and repeat myself so much. I wish to be reimbursed for my 2 phone calls for approximately the cost of £15.00, not to mention the stress I have experienced of trying to get this sorted.

baggage refund
We have endeavoured to obtain reimbursement for Eur70 charged by Ryanair for two hold bags at Alicante Airport due to mistakes by eDreams. All documentation has been forwarded to eDreams but we have not received any confirmation that the debt will be paid.
This company evidently has no consideration whatsoever for "customer support" and should we not get satisfaction shortly we shall be taking legal action.

lawyer´s office is contacting me to pay a non-existent invoice by edreams
I have received a letter from a Lawyer´s office in France (Sofrare, Abri Groupe), apparently on behalf of a company in Italy (Advancing Trade Spa) asking me to kindly pay an invoice they say I owe to eDreams (for EUR 14, 75). I have not hired eDreams for anything nor I have ever received an invoice from them, so I guess this is a scam with the hope that, being such a small amount, I will pay. Any previous experiences like this? I live in Belgium and I will contact the local authorities to let them know of this scam.
