Hi , My name is Ajmal.I comlpleted my RTA parking test on 26-feb-2022. On the same day i called edi and asked to book my next classes.They said within a week i will receive call from Management.Its been 20 plus days ,every time they are keep on saying ,i will put a reminder you will get a call..I am really frustrated about this thing.I renewed my Learner permit also..Please help me to sort out this.

Delaying Of Initial Assessment Test Classes.
With due respect i want to say that as i got admission in EDI I have heard much more good facilities from people but when i got admitted the main problems i gonna face is delaying of classes of initial assessment test.
This is the second time the institute took me too late of giving me 10 -15 days in every assessment test and gape in between the classes which is the wastage of time of the beginning of my career in UAE and such act gives me frustration.
My Honorable request to the Head of the Institute is that please have a review on this and resolve this problem to all of that students like of me which happens a couple of time.
Desired outcome: The outcome conclusion is that passing through such difficulties the people will dis heart.

i already request for classes but they asked me to wait for 1 week than we will call you i have only 1 hour class only but the wait is same to get classes as new file opening classes.
Suggestions: You should give priority to those students who are in RTA parking or final RTA test stage.
As you know RTA test booking Date is 10 to 15 days after finishing the class.

Classes Scheduling
I completely disappointed with the organization and customer service of EDI. I have chosen this school relaying to it's good reputation. Hence since very beginning I face a lot of difficulties. Classes are very hard to schedule. Each time after failing the exam I have to wait for week in order to schedule the classes. I'm calling multiple times and the only responce that I get from the call center consultant is that someone will call be back soon. I feel that this is complete waste of time.
I’m sorry, but how can you mark this feedback as “resolved”, as it’s actually not. I have same problems again and again. It seems that customer service is simply ignoring all my request and again I have to wait weeks till I get my classes scheduled

Unreasonable Scheduling
Dear EDI,
I find your scheduling extremely unreasonable. It's very frustrating on my part since I paid for an unlimited class and the price is hefty but the scheduling takes so long to be processed. I have been waiting for two weeks already for my one hour yard training for Parking. I have reached out to call center several times and even mentioned that they have called already but it's like 10:45 in the evening which is very unreasonable. My friends have passed theirs on other school for like 3-4 months and it's been 4 months already and I keep getting these delayed scheduling issues.

While I am taking the admission your executive told me that once I clear the theory test I have to pay my 2nd installments once its done after a week my classes will starts I made payment and cleared test as well on feb 10 still my classes is not yet started your customer care call is not connecting as of now I paid 4500 aed kindly take this issue on high priority basis and do the needful if you can not provide me the classes on time kindly refund all my amt no need to waste our time because none is contacting me I don't the process of EDI school first time I have applied

Scheduling Classes
Dear EDI,
I’m extremely frustrated, disappointed and helpless since the day I registered with you. I am associated with you since June 2021 & renewed 3 learning permits.
I passed my RTA Parking test on 16 Feb 2022 & have been waiting for my solo driving & 2 hour training to be scheduled. I have talked to call center thrice to no avail.
PLEASE I beg you to schedule my remaining classes on VERY HIGH PRIORITY.
My friends who enrolled in other schools got their licence within 4 months of enrolment & here I am after 9 months with no idea what’s wrong with your scheduling.
My trust in EDI is losing every moment. I am already regretting my decision. PLEASE PLEASE schedule my 4 hour classes. I can’t keep doing this for such a long time 🙏

Dear team,
please note i have passed my theory test on 27th January 2022, now 3 weeks are completed and still i did not received any call for the practical training
initially officer told me after passing the theory i have to wait maximum 2 weeks only to start the practical training

Hi Team,
I am have placed request to get my final class prior to my RTA road test 9 days back. I have to attend the class in five days to attend my final test but still I didn’t get my slot.
I have been contacting the contact center since 9 days to confirm the day so that I can arrange my off accordingly. Unfortunately I am not getting any response from them.

Training delay
Hello Team,
I am filing this regarding my training. My class started after waiting 40 days and completed 3 day training. Since last 11 days I am waiting for my night training, contacted call center multiple times and no progress. As per them they putting reminder in system and other than nothing happening. I really disappointed on EDI, request expedite it.

Dear edi management,
I have been applied for Manual driving licence on 20 December 2021, and I clear my therory test on 29 December 2021. After this I have to wait for 2 week for my driving classes. After 2 week I call to edi customer care and tell them about the schedule of classes they told me that I should wait for almost 5 days so then u will receive the call for classes. After 5 days I call them again today 24 January 2022 and now they are telling me again for the wait of 1 week. Its about to finish one month when I clear my theory test...

RTA Test Booking misguidance
Dear All,
I have applied for the RTA Parking test,
Book a test is a long due, I have booked the test on 14th December 2021. However we haven't received any confirmation email or messages on the registered contact details. After multiple follow up on customer service, service officer confirmed on 23rd December that my RTA Parking exam scheduled on 3 Jan ‘21 @ 12.45 pm. He have confirmed, we will receive message before a day. After waiting all of it, called again call center on 3rd Jan ‘21 morning. I was shocked to know my exam scheduled at 9.45 am. Without any prior intimation or confirmation my test got scheduled unfortunately due to short time I have to miss it.

Really very bad attitude of instructor... not everyone will be perfect in beginning new people from other nationality getting adjusted for this driving type so taking only harsh words demotivating behaviour will surely disturb students... whoever is attending all are paying huge amount it's not a free class. Sincerly I'm disapointed with edi service i will never recommended to any one, better to go with others institute, if you failed they will tooks your class and exam after 1 months which is so unprofessional, i badly required the license and i did mistake to sleact edi which is my fult from the beggening, i have renewed my learning permit 4 times i think so and still I'm stock with the test one time failed wait one complte month so sad so long waiting period,

Poor training system
Worst driving school in this region. They make fake promise to start classes in 1 week but later put on hold for several weeks. I was told by EDI customer care person to purchase most costly ad odd time, in order to start classes on urgent bases within a week. I called them and they say slot not available. Unfortunately sales person trapped me and charge full amount now after getting fees they aren't starting classes. Seems like it's sone kind of fraud because other students were also standing outside and saying they charged money with promise of 1 week, but not showing up.

Motorcycle test
This institute purposefully fails students that take the motorcycle driving test in order to scam them out of money. This is stealing! They fail students then tell them if they pay more for classes they are guaranteed to pass. If 15 students are taking the test, only one or two pass. The ones who fail are approached in the parking lot and told if they pay for outside classes, they will pass. This is absurd. They are stealing and scamming hard working people. Totally unacceptable!DO NOT USE THIS INSTITUTE for your license needs.

Schedule and Retest
In terms of schedule after retaking of test it is always take time probably 3 weeks of waiting. To be honest if someone is asking me about EDI i told them search for another school . And my reason is poor customer service and scheduling is worst than other schools.
A lot of students but few staffs i am totally disappointed with their service. They told us that they will call how many time i follow up them. Worst service i regret that i choose EDI. My RTA Permit is finish again without progress of my training . I almost forgot the other road training and class because of stressful situation .

Booking Test
This is the worst school to learn how to drive. They sign up too many students at once and they don't have the space or the staff to accommodate us all. I first waited 2 months to even begin my driving lessons - this was back in July. I was then told my learning permit had expired and I had to buy a new one. I finished my lessons within 2 weeks but since then I have been on waiting list, after waiting list, after waiting list.
They have awful timings for the parking test. You can only do it Sat-Thursday, only morning and early afternoon times, and if I want Saturday I have to pay extra. I informed them I can only do Sunday after 12pm - person A: booked me Sunday at 10 am. I rang back and person B booked me on Monday at 12pm. Even though I informed him i'm only available Sunday's. I rang back and person C told me I can wait until Sunday 7th November. WHAT IS THIS? I paid 8, 000 dirham for this service back in July, it is now October and I can't even schedule my first test because of them and their crazy waiting lists.
Not to mention the hour parking practice at the school - they have around 12 cars and only 6 practice spots, so you spend most of the hour waiting in the car for a turn to practice.
