Etsy review: Global pricing

All these orders have been charged a domestic price when should have been a global price, I am severely put of pocket as a result of Etsy.

Etsy allows you to set a price for U.K. price and then a Global price as we can then offer free delivery to the US. The delivery cost is incorporated into the global price, hence why it’s much higher. These items ordered in the above orders all should have been charged at a Global price, the listing is correct but Etsy system has made an error.

I have spent over 10 hours webchatting to be told a specialist team will look into it, I’ve had no response in over 10 days and the problem is still continuing
