Ordered Led Zeppelin calendar for my grandson for Christmas. Was supposed to arrive Dec. 18. Never did. I received notice that my calendar was delivered. This notice included a photo of a door that was supposed to show delivery to my house. This door was NOT my house door. Nothing like it.
I found out from UPS that I had been scammed. JChicSpace.com had given me a BOGUS Tracking Number, which I learned is common practice of these scammers. Customer NEVER receives their merchandise, even though they paid for it.
JChicSpace.com then sent me all kinds of messaged telling apologizing and telling me the error was being corrected and that my calendar would arrive Dec. 27. IT NEVER CAME.
JChicSpace.com, a seller on ETSY is a TOTAL SCAM.
ETSY does nothing about it.
ETSY, itself, is a SCAM. They are NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
A VERY BAD COMPANY.
I WANT ETSY and JCHICSPACE.COM to give me a COMPLET REFUND of $42.40, which I paid in good faith for a Led Zeppelin 2024 calendar I NEVER RECEIED.
I will NEVER USE ETSY AGAIN.
They NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.
Claimed loss: $42.40
Desired outcome: 1) REFUND MY $42.40. 2) ETSY MUST BE SHUT DOWN. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE CHEATING PEOPLE.
