My complaint is the same as many of the others. My shop was suspended without any notice. Someone named Moss had emailed me a month ago and said I had an items that was not allowed. He told me which items and my account was reopened.
Now here we are two weeks later and they suspended it again, but this time no explanation.
Now have you ever tried to get in touch with anyone at your Customer Support line. Forget it! I have sent at least 25 emails and not one has been answered with a good explanation. One person said I had to type up an other that said I would not sell anyone prohibited items. I did that.
I have emailed and emailed. Nothing. This is sad when some of us use this medium to make extra money. I am in fact one of those people. I am a widow and need this extra cash.
I can only say shame on you for letting people fall into a big black hole and never helping them. But what do you care you have lots of other sellers that are making you money. Why bother with an old granny like me.
