Family Dollar store # 4196 fraud

I went to Family Dollar on 12/19 and spent under 10$. A week later my card was declined, when I looked at my statement I see Family Dollar has charged my card for an additional amount of almost $200. I went to the store with my statement and was told that there was nothing they could do. I was given a phone number for corporate to call. I've been on hold now for over an hour and no other number for Family Dollar let's you get to a customer service representative. I expect to get this issue resolved with all the assistance Family Dollar can provide, not be told to handle it myself by your employees and then be given generic phone numbers where I'm not even able to report the problem, let alone get some assistance. What kind of company policy is this? Since I have been unable to get assistance from the store, or reach corporate I will now report the problem to law enforcement.

Family Dollar them telling me I had to leave

I went into the store at around 7:45 christmas eve night. I had just walked in and a employee was walking towards me and she said something, I wasn't sure what she had said I couldn't quiet make it out, it sure wasn't merry christmas. Then I heard her telling the other employee something and I heard the word backpack & dog, so that's when I figured out what she was saying as she walked past me. But if she had been as loud & clear as she was when telling the other employee than I would've known what she had said to began with. Then here she comes telling me no backpacks & no dog's! Which she didn't have to be so rude & she didn't have to cause me the embarrassment she caused when telling the other employee. I don't believe family dollar has such policies no backpacks or no dog's which he happens to be a service dog. He's been a bit under the weather lately so he wasn't in uniform, which as long as he's confined in something & not out & about then he doesn't have to be in uniform. But instead of standing there & arguing about it I left & went to the dollar general down the road where they've never had a problem with either issue. Then went to family dollar in east ridge and they didn't have a problem with either.

Family Dollar credit card/ bad customer service

I went to the family dollar store in Indian Orchard Massachusetts to use my credit card for purchase and the manager said they didn't take discover cards. Okay so I went home came back with my master card and they not taking my card. They manager was very rude and nasty towards me as a customer. As matter of fact they just refused to take my credit cards and the manager only hire race of Latin people. I never see a Caucasian and African American work at that store. So I'm complaining for refusal to accept my credit card and of discrimination.

Family Dollar former employee

I worked for the salt lake city, ut store # 7399. My manager was kris. During my time here I suffered a non work related issue and was unable to work all of my shifts. So kris had told me that she would work with me, and would just take me off of the schedule. So she did. Then she scheduled me again and I worked about a week. Which is roughly 34 hours. I let her know I couldn't work yesterday because my doctor said to wait until the next day for him to check my back again. I told her. She didn't respond. Then I wake up to see i've been removed from their group chat, and that my check was somehow only 4 hours? Wrong. She will not call me or text me back. Never told me she was firing me. And now has cut my hours on my check. She's extremely rude to customers, as well as the rest of the employees are. She swears at them, belittles them, and says rude things quietly about customers while they're standing right there. The store is a mess. When someone asks to use a restroom, they say there is no public restroom, when there actually is, they just don't want to go open the door with the key. This store needs new management and a general manager that doesn't act like she's 5 years old. Very unorganized and very unprofessional.

Family Dollar cashier/ customer service

Family dollar wheelerburg ohio..9031 ohio river rd.. [protected].. Gave the cashier my bag to hold while I purchase items in store.. Came up to pay for perches... The cashier had given my items to someone else.. Spoke with to.. Manager at this store (vicky)... Said she just got there and new nothing of this was told to call corp... Called 12/19/18 left complaint message.. Called next day spoke with manager angie told her what had happen.. Ask her if they could give gift card 30.00 amt purchase for my items that cashier gave to someone.. Told me to call corp... I have please help my number is [protected]... Family Dollar scott tissue

I bought a 8 pack of Scott Tissue from Family Dollar in Staten Island in New Brighton. When I got home I went to take one out of the pack and I noticed it was damp and had mold. Mold doesnt just pop up over night so that means family dollar has a leak wherever they keep their stock and its building up mold smfh. I would go back and tell them but they will most likely not listen even though I can provide my receipt.

Family Dollar security and odor.

Family Dollar. 15011 Euclid Ave. East Cleveland. OH 44112. This store needs Updated Security Cameras. Store was robbed and pictures were grainy, dark and Not clear enough for a possible ID. Also, this store is engulfed with the awful odor of urine from rats and has been for almost a year. Employees have to endure this for the length of their employment. It's a shame. Please investigate this matter, asap. This store is located in a poor area of the city. I care. Please help.

Family Dollar I am complaining about the behavior of the employees and condition of the store

I wen to this store on Broadway and linden street in Brooklyn on 12/13/2018 at 11:12am. The store had boxes and large carts all over. As a customer we had to maneuver around and move things out of the way to shop. I was told to leave my cart at the end of the isle and work my way to the merchandise I wanted. I thought that this should be done in the evening or night when customers were not around. I asked for the manager and no one would admit to being the manager and had their ID's turned so that you could not read them. I voiced my concern about the conditions and one employee became very angry for me suggestion that he work nights, which I did not. They continued to be deceptive and not give me the information and I said I would call the office. This employee said go ahead. He was angry hostile and threatening, I even thought I heard him call me a [censored]. I became angry at that time. I asked for the customer service number and was refused that as well. The employees refused to assist me in my quest to find out who is in charge and conspired with each other to ensure that I would not get any information to voice my complaint. I have not been able to reach anyone in charge of this store or their rogue employees. What a disgrace. Is this the way customers are treated. What if I was injured maneuvering around the obstructions. I do have pictures of the store and the most belligerent employee on my phone.

Family Dollar store manager stacy

She has been extremely rude and disrespectful has accused me of theft with absolutely no proof of this. Refuses to show me the video footage. Has publicly embarrassed me and my family. We spend thousands of dollars each month in this store. I have contacted the bbb and informed my lawyer. I will not tolerate such disrespect iam a very respected individual in our community and have worked for the local school district for many years. She absolutely 100% needs to go, I do have proof of the illegal activities she and 2 of her employees have been partaken in for over a year now. If nothing is done about this, I will not back down from her or this company if they continue to allow her to do this to innocent paying customers a lawsuit will be knocking on corporates door.

Family Dollar defamation

I have been going in family dollar for a long period of time, always were a good customer... So one day I went in the store and the mangers aproaches me and say to me, " do I have some explaining to do?.. I was very shock at what was going on and I was told that someone came in the store and said I had stolen pull ups, I never stole anything and it fustrates me that I didnt do the incident, I was so embarrassed by other customers being in the store, as I spoken to the manager, she never did say I was banned, so next day when in.. The assistant manager approached me again and said that I was banned, the manager never told me I was banned, again I was so hurt and almost in tears in a crowd of customers standing and in being falsely accuse of stealing, was no police involved, and when u are being accused, u have to evidence that a person did it, I never in my life experienced this... The assistant manager telling a different story from the manager story... I'm hurt that I can't shop where I been shopping at for months and yet they havent checked the camera to see who really did it, but im being accuse of stealing and embarrassed and I was put on blast in front of other customers...

Family Dollar manager saucida

This Family Dollar 11355 on bingle and hempstead is poorly managed the Manager of the store does not want to take charge and help her employees stock the merchandise that is on the floor when I believe that should be done at night when their is less traffic . Also I asked her to confirm a pricing on a merchandise and she told me that she had to be in front handling the cash register so I had to go back and do it myself also all the Isles were poorly organized . Prices are too high for some of the merchandise that I found less expensive at Wal-Mart .I have pictures of how that store looked like at 3;30 in the afternoon on a Sunday.This store could be managed better if they had a better manager that knew how to manage a store. Obviously this lady has never had a gun pointed in her face by a person wearing the same type of hoodie while being robbed. Police cannot identify a person when wearing hoodies due to the fact that their face is easily covered by the hood. The manager of that store did the right thing by asking the man to pull down the hood. She was looking out for the safety of not only the employees in the store, but the customers as well. People need to take the time to look at things from the other side instead of making foolish public comments such as this one. Many retail companies/stores ask people of any color or nationality to remove the hood while in their store.. It's a SAFETY thing lady...Be glad that manager does her job to protect you while your shopping. Be thankful, not ungrateful.. And I'll shop there anytime.

Family Dollar employee felt harassed by store manager

i worked at the Belington family dollar store 3788 since august. I previously worked there 16 years ago the manager insisted on saying negative comments to me everytime I worked. and constantly putting me down because of my boyfriend she did this in front of customers everytime. ive lived in this town all my life and never has anyone in any business ever treated me this way. she also talked about me and other employees to customers and family members. breach in confidentiality. for the short time I worked there we had several customer complaints on her. she cusses customers using the F*** word all the time. I feel like she needs to be told about respect. I LOVE SHOPPING AT BELINGTON FAMILY DOLLAR. after the last time I worked I didn't go backfor work because I was so upset about how she treated me. Family Dollar alpine road columbia south carolina new manager complaint

My name is Kelley helms. I checked out of your alpine road store Tuesday, December 4, 2018 being treated very poorly by your new store manager. I overheard her call me a "white [censored]" her words ! i had done nothing except attempt to shop at the store which was cluttered so much that i became frustrated when i was shopping with my 7 year old grandson and tripped over falling inventory. The store should not be open in this condition period. I have ran a business for the last30 years with my husband and this is not the proper way to conduct yourself.
The manager showed off a nasty mood towards me when she was called up to the front of the store to take an item off of my check out as the electronic coupons were not working. I expressed my frustration to her that every time i come into that one store i have problems not any time else. I also tried to tell her what a mess the store was but she started accusing me of cursing and carrying on throughout the time was in the store and basically treated extremely racist. You see. I am white she and all the employees are black and i was called that very racist comment by your manager that i ignored but that both my grandson and i heard her say as i was trying to find an isle to leave the store through because they were so blocked( after i tripped over a falling unpacked merchandise box)...Look this was horrible please just call I will explain

Family Dollar store manager

Huntington Indiana store really needs their store manager to get it together. I have a family member that works there that closed the store 3x in a week by her self because the store manager was unable to come to work due to personal issues. Customers have relayed to employees she is on drugs and has been seen taking stuff out of the back of the store and when they would go back and look the seal would be removed from the door. Also one time the store had to be closed temporarily because she couldn't come in due to being at a doctor appointment on a Sunday? There is always one employee working and customers are complaining standing in line for 15-20 min just to check out which is not the employees that work there faults, where is the store manager not at work always dealing with personal issues. My family member Has to listen to customer complaints about long wait times in line and also about the rudeness of the store manager even once hearing about a customer telling her she had a potty mouth. Was Also told that she never clocks in and out and then puts her time in on the computer for hours she was not there at work isn't that theft. Customers always ask my family member if she even works there anymore. Something needs done about her she is definitely NOT store manager material

Family Dollar employee acting very rude to me and making fun of my handicap

Hello my name is randy once again i was at the store on mclean in elgin il about 1 to 2 months back and once again i went to check out and the woman checking me out had a can of lysol and she was holding her nose and spraying then she came around and showed me to the door and continued to spray lysol then sprayed it where i was at and making fun of me to the customers i was humiliated again i did take a shower at 7:30 that morning so she wasnot making of my hygiene but she was making fun of my handicapped leg since then my wife wanted to get a praying hands clock but i would not let her go in there because if the woman would of made fun of her she would of gone off and a fight would of happened but i can remain calm if your employees cant conduct themselves properly maybe you should consider closing that store
