I ordered 4 things off of fashionnova on the July 7th:
1. Sara set-Pink/Multi-s
2. Matilda jeans-dark blue-1
3. Paint saint joggers-dark blue/gold-s
4. Clover tie die pants-teal/green-s

My items weren't gonna get shipped until 4 days due to system upgrades. Cool! didn't mind that because i knew that even doe my shipment was gonna be delayed a few days, it wouldn't take too long to come because i live in Canada, Canada is not too far from America. So i waited, and waited and waited, and its been 3 weeks now and still haven't received my items. I checked my status everyday on the links they (fashionnova) had given me, which was "ppxtrack.com" & and this link right here --- "http://track.fashionnova.com/R000003039774" Each day i checked my status, it would continue to say my items were in Concord, Ontario RR donnelley ( which is not too far from my actual address) So i then called Fashionnova themselves a million times, no answer. So i then contacted them threw [protected]@fashionnova.com, and surprisingly they messaged back! they had sent me a link to the UPs website with a different tracking number and also had basically told me that my items were delivered on the 18th of july, that UPs left my items on my porch.
1. why did'nt thy give me the UPs tracking link from the beginning (i have been only looking at the links they have provided and they both said my items were still in Concord, Ontario)
2. Ups left my items on my porch unattended when no one was home, so f they claimed that they came and delivered my items, obviously someone had stolen them
3. After hearing this news, i obviously started panicking and cried because i CANNOT afford to throw $130 down the drain. Someone is walking around in MY clothe that I worked so hard for at a factory job.
4. I had called, messaged them on Facebook, and on Hotmail. Still no reply. I have waited patiently and so long for them to come and turns out, this is what had happened. I have no idea what to do, i called UPs and they had told they cannot do anything either other then to contact fashionnova themselves and also recommended me to do the same. BUT FASHIONNOVA DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS.
5. Also keep in mind that UPS didnt leave NO notice to notify me that they had came
please, for heaven sakes. I CANNOT AFFORD THIS. I AM NOT SCAMMING YOU. I DO NOT WANT A REFUND. I JUST WANT MY ITEMS. i am freaking out and i am terrified that someone is walking around in MY things for free while i get nothing. please get back to me.

I've ordered items from fashion nova before with no issue. suddenly they've switched to some shady shipping company called RR Donnelly for Canadian Customers. I received a notice from UPS that I assume is contracted by RR Donnelly once the package crosses the border stating:
We previously sent you a delivery alert for the package(s) shown below. This package(s) will not be delivered as originally scheduled. We will provide you with updated delivery information as soon as we can and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
RR DONNELLEY LOGISTICS
When I called UPS they told me to contact RR Donnelley b/c they had printed a label for UPS but had not provided a package. When I called RR Donnelley's office in Ontario I spoke with a guy who mumbled aggressively into the phone. He provided me some BS number in California that stated the office wasn't open...apparently, the genius receptionist forgot to turn the phone on during business hours.
My parcel is lost, and suprise, surprise - no answer from Fashion Nova whatsoever. I blew over $200 on their merchandise and never received it. Of course they hold no accountability for their shady shipper. DO NOT BUY.
THEIR DOING THE SAME TO ME RIGHT NOW THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY SHADY I DON'T KNOW WHY FASHION NOVA DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, RR DONELLEY ARE FRAUDS BIG TIME AND BECAUSE OF THEM FASHION NOVA HAS LOST A CUSTOMER SHIP WITH CANADA POST I DON'T CARE BUT NOT WITH THESE CRIMINALS.
I didn't receive my order over 3month I am really disappointed
Fashion nova using laser ship is a sure fire way to lose customers . Please contract with a reliable delivery service before you lose millions over shipping issues .
