Refund of the cancelled ticket

I like to express my disappointment for not receiving refund of cancelled ticket for month than 8 week before.
As an effort I called Flighthub customer service phone line several time spending hours and hours but everytime I was told that they are invseting gating into the issue and get back to me.

I initially bought a return ticket Dec 17, 2021 for Canada -Mexico Jan 23 2022 -Feb 2, 2022. Due to Covid impacting my work place I had to reschedule. I went online set up the new flights for March, 2022. I received an email asking me not to call in as lines were backed up due to Covid.
I waited for my new flights to be verified. I started to realise they were not going to change my flight so I attempted to call and waited hours on the line only fr no answer.
Jan 23, 2022 roles around and no reply about my flight changes so I go in online and cancel the flight and write it off as lesson learned NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Then today Feb 9, 2022 they send me an email reading that they're reviewing my request and would like my input and to please call them.
I have been on hold for 127 minutes!

Flight ticket not yet refunded - deadline was 2 months ago.
Flighthub told me that I was eligible to get a refund for my flight planned in August 2020, it was in August 2021. They told me that I had to wait 12 to 18 weeks from there. It has been 6 months now. I want and need my refund as soon as possible and it seems impossible to currently talk to somebody on the phone. If I can't reach anybody (and they set up the call that way, you only talk to a robot, no humans available, no option to reach a human customer service), how am I supposed to fix the situation?

December 3, 2021 I was denied to fly by United airline from Toronto ( YYZ)to connect to Newark (EWR) for 1 hour and final destination to Johannesburg (JNB) .When I bought my tickets through flighthub I did reach out to customer service letting them know that I am a permanet resident of Canada not a Citizen and I am using South Afrcan passport .I asked if I will require a transit visa to US and to underunderstand the traveling measures. I called several times and spoke to different agents who didn't have much information concerning that. Then I called the United airline and they did not have information on their system as well at that moment I have already applied for transit visa to be on the safe side. Even with the transit visa I could not get interview .I was told to consult the Consulate which I did by telephone and i was told I don't need transit visa if I will not go out through customs. I had to pay extra $2400 to be on next flight going via Amsterdam to Johannesburg. I was frustrated and disappointed.

On January 9, 2022, we booked TAP Portugal flights through Flighthub from SFO to FNC on Feb 3, 2022, and from FNC to SFO on Feb 14, 2022 (booking reservation number: [protected]).
We received an email from TAP Portugal yesterday (Jan. 21, 2022) indicating that our return flight had been canceled and that we were rebooked on a flight from FNC to SFO on Feb 12, 2022. This significantly alters our travel plans and would cut our trip short as well as require us to cancel/change airbnb reservations, rental car reservations, etc. This schedule change is especially confusing because there are multiple TAP flights from FNC to SFO with open seats on Feb 14, they are just not direct flights like the one we had originally booked. We would still much prefer to have an extra stop on the way home and arrive a few hours after we had planned rather than to cut our trip short by two whole days.
We spoke to TAP Portugal customer service representatives on the phone and they informed us that we cannot change or cancel our flight directly through them because we booked through a third party agency (Flighthub).
The Flighthub website is not functioning properly and will not allow us to change the date of our return flight. It also does not offer the option to cancel our flight with a refund, even though our original flight was already canceled by the airline. When I tried to cancel without a refund, the site informed me that I would receive a cancellation "quote" via email within two weeks. We tried to speak to a customer service representative at Flighthub to sort this all out, but ended up spending over 4 hours on hold without speaking to a human being.
I am deeply disappointed in the entire experience with Flighthub and will certainly never book anything through their company again.
Desired outcome: We would like to change our return flight from FNC to SFO to another flight on Feb 14 (free of charge), or to cancel our booking through Flighthub with a full refund so we can rebook our flights directly through the airline.

said it will be credit on my account, when i call to rebook, they say there is no credit and sorry about that and good luck... hung up the phone

I booked a ticket with flight hub and it was a non-refundable ticket. but the airline canceled the flight so as per the fare rules of the airline the ticket is fully refundable. But the flight hub just refunded $205.51 whereas I paid $563.41 for the flight. When I asked the invoice for the refund they sent me the invoice which said $444 should be refunded. The Flight hub is saying it's a mistake from their end. But the airlines are saying that you are entitled for a full refund and I should take legal action against them. I was scammed by the airline company. The invoice is saying something else and what they are refunding me is totally unacceptable. I will attach the
supportive documents, please help me. Even the original ticket and the refund invoice states totally different amounts

I have been trying to contact Flighthub.ca for the last 2 weeks. I keep getting the recording that everyone is busy, hold on. But if you say you are booking you get a person that finds out that you want to use a credit on seats, etc. they send you to the recording. Yesterday I waited over 3 1/2 hours and finally gave up without talking to someone.

Our first connecting flight from Victoria to Seattle was delayed, therefore we are unable to get to the next flight on-time. The ailines cancelled flights at their end. Therefore, they told us that they can not issue a refund because the booking was made through Flighthub. We tried to reach out to Flighthub with no success... we were on hold for 4 hours, 2 hours, and another 3 hours. No RESPONSE AT ALL. There is no option available on line as well.

I bought a ticket for my elderly sister for her birthday to fly to Barbados. I also bought what I thought was trip insurance but have found it's almost impossible to collect. The surge of Omicron virus has made my sisters trip impossible due to health conditions but when I requested a refund the website( can't even speak to a human) stated the company declined my request stating that COVID was not a reasonable excuse for a refund. This was not stated when I purchased the insurance. This company has fraudulent practices and should be avoided at any cost. Reserved and paid for seats through flighthub
Had booked flights and had reserved premium seats and paid for seats through flight hub to only find out a week before when looking online at WestJet that my seats were still available for purchase. When contacted WestJet they had notified me that they had not received any confirmation from flight hub for seat selection for myself and my family. When I called flight hub which I sat on hold for five hours to only be told that I needed to contact WestJet to rectify the situation and that I could not be refunded. This is a service that flight hub has provided plus I have paid an additional amount for the service to be done to only find out that it has not been done and that I am the one to actually contact another airline for something that they should've done a month and a half ago. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Now I am waiting to hear if I am going to be able to get the seats that I have already reserved and paid for which I know for our return flight is actually already booked now. At this point I'm not sure if I'm more upset that if I had of actually gone to the airport with my family for a vacation to only find out that the seats that we paid for aren't the seats that we were going to get or the fact that the customer services is very poor, to be told that I have to contact Westjet after Westjet clearly did not get any notification of seat request and payment is Acceptable.

Roundtrip booking from Toronto, Canada to Sofia, Bulgaria and back on Dec 5, 2021 and Jan 9, 2022 respectively.
We decided to fly to Sofia, Bulgaria sooner and bought one way flights for Oct 29, 2021 (FlightHub Booking Number: [protected]) intending to use the Jan 9, 2022 flight from the booking above for our return.
At the airport we were told that our booking for the flight on Jan 9, 2022 had been canceled and were denied boarding. We were taken by surprise as we had never received any indication/notification of such cancellation.
Subsequently we purchased new flights to fly back to Canada on the next day, which costed us another $2, 398.00 CAD.
We demand that we receive (1) a partial refund on the [protected] booking in the amount of $1, 622.22 CAD representing half of the fare paid, (2) additional $2, 398.00 CAD to cover incurred expenses as a result of the improper cancellation and (3) $3, 000.00 CAD in compensation for the inconvenience. The total monetary compensation sought is $7, 011.22, not including any legal fees and expenses.
We attempted to contact FlightHub directly in every way possible and spent hours waiting on hold on the phone without anyone even picking up our call (at [protected]). This happened on two occasions: on January 11, 2022 and January 12, 2022.

I requested a refund, but obtained a travel credit only ($740.12 each) with expiration dates Jan. 20, 2022 (statement of this emailed to me, I have this email)
subsequently I managed to change the credit to a refund, however only the my booking *462 was fully refunded in two instalments on April 29, 2021
only the $302.16 portion of the [protected] booking was refunded to my Visa on May 17, 2021, the remaining $438.96 still owing
Today is Jan 10, 2022, if the remainder of $438.96 is still standing as a travel credit, I will lose it in 10 days
it does not appear as a travel credit on my account today
I have not been able to successfully contact Flighthub about his, despite trying for several hours. None of the self help routes led me anywhere either.

Hi buy a flight on FlightHub web site. I need to do a change and I cant't directly on the website. When u called, after 2 hours nobody answer you (picture to prove).
When I buy my tickets, I have one modification included.
And, when u go on the website, u have no email to send your request and no form - Only one to cancel. It's just impossible to speak to a human or send email. Worst customer service ever. I need to change my flight. So I want a change or a voucher to buy a new one..

I bought a ticket, and the flight was canceled. No one to talk to or call. Computer-generated nonsense. United could not help. Brussels says they did not even recognize Re #, Confirmation # CMMKV6, E-ticket number. Insurance was useless because no one was responsible. I am looking for someone to initiate a class action lawsuit against Flighthub, Brussels Airlines, and United Airlines. Re: Flight cancellation after purchase. Lack of good faith, Emotional torment. Resolution with my Lawyer. Rectify the wrong. Give the client a direct email rather than endless choices to no resolution. Give clients a direct phone number and not a loop of confusion when help is needed.

I booked a trip to Maui on 11/8/21 and on 11/9/21 I received a confirmation stating "You Are All Set".
On 12/17/21 I received numerous e-mail from FlightHub stating "Immediate Attenetion is Require". I called them back that day and sat on hold for over 5 hours and the line wansn't ever answered. I then submitted a service request (ID#275147) and no one ever got back to me.
On 12/20/21 I received more e-mailf rom FlightHub again stating I needed to contact them, again I called and sat on hold for over an hour and again not one picked up the call. I then submitted another service request (ID#283607) stating this is the second request and again no one called me back.
On 12/22/21 I received more e-mail fromFlightHub stating this is their 3rd attempt to contact me and if they don't hear from me they will be closing my request. I am now waiting on hold and have been for over an hour. Lets see what happens.
Desired outcome: I would like a live person to call so I can get this resolved and get confirmation on my flight to and from Maui.
