I'm very frustrated with flighthub customer service. I'm feeling helpless...
I have a flight tomorrow from Baghdad to Istanbul and a second flight on Nov 6th from Istanbul to Houston.
My kids are down with a severe stomach infection, could be even COVID. I requested flighthub on medical grounds to change my dates by 2 to 3 days so my kids can recover. I can provide medical proof.. they were getting IV drip here in Baghdad, and I don't want other passengers safety to be compromised.
I explained if you cannot change dates at least let me SKIP Baghdad to Istanbul and I'll book that seperately. But keep my second connection from Istanbul to Houston, but everything was rejected. They kept saying we have to go by rules and change fee is $1400 PER PERSON with fare difference. This is theft. I can see price online as well. No humanity, no consideration, no value for other customer safety.
This is my first and last experience. If you want my vommitting kids on flight, I will do that but I will go as far as I can to educate folks so that no one gets this INHUMANE treatment. I have used Expedia, Priceline but no one has ever been this inconsiderate.
I am sure you are in a position to help if you wish to conduct business with integrity and empathy. Even if you get me a partial refund so I can book at my own expense, OR have flighthub assist me on medical grounds (it's not fair to have a puking child on flight) as there could be a greater liability OR let me skip the first leg and still join the second leg of my flight. The last one is least preferred as my children need time to recover but I'm putting everything out there. Again, I hope you are capable of assisting. Thank you, and sorry for a long message.

I Marijean T. Soriano would like to file a complaint to FLIGHT HUB Company (flighthub.com) for selling ticket online that is not acceptable at the YEG Airport counter upon check in last Sept. 01, 2022.
We purchase our ticket online last August 27, 2022, due to emergency reason. Unfortunately, when my family showed up at the airport counter, the airline check-in counter attendant told us that our ticket was not valid for the following reasons.
1) Connecting flight at Narita Airport was not on the same calendar date even if it was less than 24hrs.
2) We were “Scammed” by the Flight Hub because on that same day Air Canada told us that they encountered 6 more booking that has the same problem and same case as us, (connecting flight was not valid to manila).
I called the Flight Hub Customer Care that day and the person that we talked to was very rude and not helpful. He keeps insisting that our ticket was valid, and the Air Canada (reservation staff) told the Flight Hub customer care that the ticket they are selling is not applicable, they must rebook it with a correct and valid reservations. The Flight Hub representative told us to fill up the voluntary cancellation for booking through online because we are “no show” and the Flight Hub told us that we need to pay for the “no show” fee and cancellation fee which we did not comply because we were present at the airport on the day of our flight (4hrs ahead prior to flight). Flight Hub want us to pay for the penalties which was cause by their own mistake, there was no restriction posted either on their online portal that’s why we thought that the ticket we bought was valid.

I would like to file a “Complete full Refund of our tickets due to the “Fraud selling ticket online”. The company Flight Hub is not giving the full restrictions of the ticket. This was a horrible experience for my family because of the inconveniences we must go through (specially we have toddler and kids).
This type of Travel Agency should not be operating business because they are not truthful and honest about invalid tickets, yet they still sell it. “Opportunist” asking too much penalty charges even it was completely their fault, and rude customer service.
We are hoping for your corrective action and kind consideration for this matter, so no one will ever experience this kind of situation anymore, and we also hope that you could help us to get our refund as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

Zero accountability .. my flight got changed by the airline company. Flight hub sent a change notice with a link to new flight. The link took me back to the old booking but the ticket had a grey background. I called them. the rep verified that it’s only 30 min change and sent the new ticket. It was 12 hours extra for the trip not 30 min. I called again. they simply kept saying that it is “a bad luck”. The best they can do is an extra 6 hours after 5 days. They sent a request to the airline. Few useless calls later, I called to follow up. The rep kept cutting me off, wouldn’t listen and simply said that flight hub wasted enough time trying to help and there is nothing to be done. The money is now with the airline. If I need more help, I should contact the airline. 5 mins with the airline rep, he explained that it was flight hub mistake to accept the change as I could have got refunded, he offered a same flight day, attached all required notes for flight hub to follow. He also advised that calling allows changes to happen immediately and it’s better than the requests flight hub keep sending. However, flight hub doesn’t even have a complaint department nor have a person for every twenty to follow up on what they mess up.
Desired outcome: A training for representative to be able to respectfully talk to customers and for managers to actually call customers as promised.

According to the condition of the ticket. I am allowed to change the flight date anytime I want. However, when I tried to do it the website did not let me do so. as a result, I have to book a new ticket which cost me more money.

Airline tickets - being charged for baggage when it was down as included on my receipt
Bought Airline tickets from Flighthub.ca. When I booked I believed I was buying Economy tickets and that they included one checked in case up to 23 kilos. This was confirmed on my receipt at time of purchase. When I came to travel they wanted $75 each way to check in a case. I was told Lufthansa had me down as Economy LIGHT. I did not knowingly book Economy Light as that was never mentioned at time of booking and is at odds with what my receipt said which was Economy and one free checked in piece of main luggage up to 23 kilos included along with hand luggage up to 8 kilos. Tried messaging Flighhub and they just keep saying I bought Eco Light but my receipt says economy as mentioned. This is fraud, misleading customers. I'd like a refund for the $150 they charged me for my case at the airports on outward and inbound journeys.

I made reservations through Flight Hub for a trip from Kamloops, BC to Las Vegas (layover in Calgary return flights) leaving Oct 05th, returning Oct. 13th. I received an email that our return flight Oct. 13th from Calgary Flight WS3115 leaving at 2:15pm back to Kamloops changed due to flight route cancellation. We now had a layover of 11h 10m at the Calgary airport.
I called Flight Hub to see if our return flight from Las Vegas (to Calgary) could change to a later return time, (Flight WS1399 leaving at 8:20am) as there were 1:30pm and 5:30pm flights. The representative told me I needed to contact West Jet for any changes. That rep did not offer any other information. Two phone calls to West Jet resulted in my being informed that any changes would be an additional charge.
In speaking this morning to a West Jet representative, I was informed that with third party bookings, it is up to Flight Hub to contact West Jet directly, and ask for ‘special teams’ who would have been able to make these changes for a later time leaving Las Vegas International Airport. Or even to have put us in the Calgary West Jet lounge for the duration. The West Jet rep told me that the onus is on Flight Hub to make sure of any and all changes in contacting West Jet ‘special teams’, the client cannot make any changes through contacting West Jet representatives.
11 hours at an airport is very tiring, was not necessary, and unacceptable in this situation; as Flight Hub could have made arrangement to have us leave a later time from Las Vegas.

I have future credits with them and tried to use and for a flight showing online 200 flight hub is asking for 1000cad as penalty to book it. how on earth they are in business and cheating? even I called the airline wesjet and they clearly told me there is no restrictions at all for any changes and cancelation etc. under my ticket booking but west jet just wanted my 8 hours without any assistance, I want from them to solve the case and return my all money which is 650cad or make the credits open to use for any booking...without any restrictions. I will sure sue them and I know lawyers who assist without any charges and once settled they will get paid out of that.

Ticket Itinerary Charge and Change Fraud
Flighthub customer service is completely incompetent and a kind of fraud. I had booked flight with flighthub. Firstly there were180$/ticket more charged to my card extra what the fllighthub website told me, i called flighthub and i was told sometime airline charges extra and they will refund, its been a month that never happened. Now, I wanted to change my itenary. I called the agent, she first said that the flight change was available, and there will be some penalty for change which I agreed to and asked to go ahead. she went away for 30 minutes and came back and told me that the intended flight was not available anymore. I went on flighthub website after she told me it was not available anymore and got booked the same flight. Than I had no option but to cancel the flight that I had previously booked. She returned with a cost of approximately 400+200=600 per ticket and I had two tickets to change/cancel. Thus she ripped me off approximately 1200$ for the trip. Had she been able to change the itinerary I would have paid 400$.
I do not recommend anyone to book flights on this website ever again. These are rip off. Be aware of these people they don't tell you the whole truth, there is no way you can get your money back, nowhere you can complaint. No one will listen to you. The ticket prices are a fake deception. Go to your local travel agent, at least you have some one who you can hold accountable if anything goes wrong. These are big thugs and liars.
Simply trying to use my flight credit
I have an ongoing issue of trying to apply my flight credit for future travel. We had to cancel our trip to CDG France Dec. 2021 due to Omicron. My in-laws are in France and my mother-in-law has cancer so we needed to try our best. Our FH reservation or booking no. is [protected] with a credit of $4,963.25.
I have over 30 different emails suggesting how to proceed with our credit - many are contradictory. We never were imposed a deadline and then when trying to book Flighthub claimed the carrier would not respect our "extended deadline request". When I asked that they send me the email indicating the rebooking deadline, they could not find such an email and granted the rebooking deadline by Oct. 15, 2022. Well that date is coming up in about a week, and I have been trying to rebook my travel with Iver, Andrew, Sid...I have called the English line and the French line only to receive conflicting information such as we need to rebook the exact same flight and destination with a layover in Munich. This was never communicated to me before. Every European destination seems to cost an additional $2,500 to our credit. Of course I have found cheaper prices but those prices are for "new bookings" so I've been told. We are a family of 5 with three kids 11 and under...not easy for us to afford this trip. Every search I have done even with FlightHub online has resulted in limitations in booking (online they can only book 4 at a time!). I am constantly amazed at the price gouging, inconsistent customer service and run around this company gets away with. The last agent said it's impossible other agents would allow me to consider other destinations, but my phone recordings prove this was never an issue. So finally I agreed to the dates Nov. 3 to Nov 11, 2022 Mtl-Munic-CDG and return CDG-Mtl direct. I was awaiting confirmation from FH as they were verifying the flight and price with Lufthansa the principle carrier. Late last night FlightHub sent me an email "needing my immediate attention" and it contains an email with my 2021 flight info asking me to rebook...! Such a waste of time! I can't believe this company is located in Montreal - it's absurd! So does all of this mean I am out of pocket $5000 due to the negligence and miscommunication of FlightHub?
Desired outcome: At this point, I would simply love a full refund and have this run around be over. I am tired of wasting my time. PLEASE refund.

The cost of the ticket was withdrawn instantly from my bank card and they keep withdrawing other purposes without informing the traveller.
The customer service is terrible, they do not give right information, there is a lot of background noise and you are unable to hear what he is saying. The agent argues with me about the 24hr time when the ticket can be cancelled, he says that 24hrs means within the day.
Its so difficult to contact customer service, it says due to HurricaneFIONA everything is getting long to be answered and you are holding onto the line indefinitely more than thirty long minutes.
I cancelled the ticket on Saturday October 1st, 2022 and i got a clear answer only on Sunday October2, 2022 as to when my fare will be refunded. They say it would take 2 to 10 business days for the amount to come into my bank account which is ridiculous.
I will wait for another two days and then place the complaint on social media.
Let the world know how inefficient FLIGHTHUB is.

All I want to do is register my 81 year old mother as needing special assistance in a long haul flight and I have spent a total of 6 hours in failed attempts to contact customer service. The company doesn’t seem to understand the link between customer service and sales.Still haven’t resolved this simple issue and sales supervisor, despite being sympathetic, couldn’t help me at all. I bought my air line ticket in good faith with the intention of visiting my family .
My father has been undergoing treatment for prostate cancer .
I have also been undergoing treatment for cancer and have been awaiting a final appointment for reconstruction surgery.
This has now been scheduled for October 26th , meaning i will not be medically fit to fly on November 1st.
Upon calling customer services ive been informed that under no circumstances can i be refunded for my tickets or recieve credit or even change my dates, which i find extremely harsh as this is a medical issue . I would like to change my dates and pay any administration charges please !
I understand there are rules and regulations , however i also read in the small print that refunds and exchanges WOULD be considered on a case by case basis . I am begging that you consider this case so that i can see my family when i am fit to fly .

I just booked a ticket on this website and initially they charged me the amount of the ticket, but then in the evening I received another unknown charge for $84 which is a fraud. I tried calling their number to get this investigated but no one is picking up the phone. These guys are absolute fraudsters, Do not use their services. I request the Flight team to immediately contact me and remove the extra $84 fraudulent charge right now. I used their service in the past where they tried to scam me as well.
Bad service
I called and complained the day my trip to Sicily was was rebooked due to bad weather in NY because the trip assigned for the next day was from Buffalo NY to Atlanta and from Atlanta to France with a one hour layover which is completely impossible to make the next flight. After arguing over two long hours one the phone nothing was done so the next day my 11 yr old son and I departed for a complete disaster of a trip. The trip from Atlanta to France departed 45 minutes late so when we arrived we had exactly 15 minutes to make our next flight which again was impossible because we were sitting in the very last row and when we got off we already were late and need to catch air rail to the other end of the airport and then customs that took over another hour of time. When we when to the Delta desk they sent us to Air France then we played a game of back and forth until someone helped us out . That wasn’t the end because then Air France assigned us to Air Italia and had our names all wrong on the ticks so we had to waste another hour fixing that . It took us over two days and four flights to get to Palermo and a missing suitcase for two days . I am extremely disappointed and untapped that my sons first trip to my mother land was ruined and only 6 days after cutting three days off the top.

Horrible customer service
I travelled on July 4th, 2022 with my 2 minor kids. We had a flight with Westjet airline from Edmonton to Calgary , Calgary to London (Heathrow airport) and after that a flight with TAROM airline from London to Bucharest.
When I did the check in I saw that I had just the first 2 flights checked in and I wanted to know why. It is impossible to speak with an agent form FlightHUb, the only way is to chose booking as option , explain your request and than being transferred nowhere by the only agent that you can speak with.
To make the story short, the airplane arrived late in London, we had to check out the baggage. When I did the check in online the terminal did not show on the email and I used the information that I had from when I booked the flight (Terminal 4).I had to run with the kids, pushing the 4 luggage and carrying the 3 backpacks that we had. We took the train rushed to the terminal and there they told us that TAROM is always flying from Terminal 2 for the last few years. WE run again , took the train and went to terminal 2 but we arrived 10 min after the check in deadline. Nobody was really there to help and we lost the flight to Romania(Bucharest).I called FlightHub to speak with a customer service agent and it happened the same thing, not able to speak with anybody. We were exhausted, drained and super disappointed. It took me a while to put myself together, go to a hotel with the kids and search for another flight. We end up spending another $2400 for the hotel ,taxi and flight tickets.
I will never use this agency again , it was such a bad experience for me ,the kids and my family back home.

I found a flight for $989, so I proceded to pay.
When I received FlighyHub's receipt, it shows that they charged me $1,289.
(flight fee + service Fee + etc.) but it did not show that amount online while I was paying for it.
I felt that they conned me.

This is regarding the booking reference number [protected] FOR flighthub. This is to inform you that I am really disappointed with whatever happened in 4 days and the service I got from your team. I recently booked this air ticket for myself and my mother for Oct 03rd 2022. I requested Flighthub to get me some information about the transit visa required in order to take this flight but was informed that I need to contact the airlines or the embassy to find out about it. The same day I contacted the airlines and I was informed that I might need to contact the embassy to find out about the transit visa requirement. To be in the 24 hour free cancellation guideline, I went to the embassy the same day and was informed that I don't need any transit visa to flyout but cannot travel on this ticket as this is not a valid route. To cancel the tickets the same day, I tried to call Flighthub but waited on the call for more than 3 hours to get a hold of someone and was not able to contact anyone in that 24 hour period. I even tried to cancel my bookings online but got an error message on your website saying it's a technical glitch and I need to call Flighthub.
Issue why we can't travel: People who have Indian passports with Canadian visas are not allowed to travel with 2 layovers, one being in the UK and the other one in Europe.
Neither me nor the airlines had this information and now I am getting charged a cancellation fee of $400 CAD from the airlines and $ 200/ passenger handling fee from Flighthub. I still want to travel on the same dates and with the same airline but due to this issue I won't be allowed to board this flight.
Now the only option we have is to cancel this flight and book a new one. The fare I am receiving to fly is more than double what I had paid before. I am requesting you and the appropriate authorities to please look into this matter as per your earliest convenience as I still have to travel on the same day (or before) due to some medical reasons of the other traveler traveling with me. This is a very unusual scenario and I shouldn't be charged for any cancellation or handling fee as I am not purposely cancelling these tickets nor have any intentions to do so.
I have never booked my air tickets with any other service provider in the past and had always recommended FlightHub to all of my friends and family. Keeping all this in mind, I want to request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and resolve this issue as this is a very time sensitive matter.

Credit refund
The worst customer service, I called 4 times to be assisted with my previous travel credit. Every single time they mentioned that my case was escalated to supervisor and I will be contacted within 48 hours which did not happen. The case was delayed for 3 weeks and did not receive any updates by phone or email. I just called them again and the same scenario was repeated. On the contrary, I used CheapOair and the experience is way better and their customer experience is more satisfying and effecient.

In calling FlightHub over a week ago, the representative said he would try very hard to get our flights changed to leave Las Vegas on the 1:05pm Flight or the 5:05pm flight, so as not to have such a long layover in Calgary, AB. And he would request that no additional charges be made for these changes.
I did not hear back from him via phone call, or email.
In calling this morning and talking with another representative, I have been told that to make any changes to our return flight would result in a $75 pp charge, as well as additional charges to the tickets.
Desired outcome: It would be appreciated to have changes made to our return flight to leave Las Vegas, Nevada, either on the 1:30pm or the 5:05pm flight. WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
