FlightHub I paid for airline tickets and have been unable to receive airline tickets.

I booked flights for my family of 4 to Ireland for summer of 2020, then COVID struck and I opted for a credit because all I wanted was to have flights when travel returned. I have since tried to redeem my credits unsuccessfully. I have attempted to book multiple flight and not received the tickets.

I have called Flighthub over 20 times, they tell me I have tickets only to say 'airline control'. I wrote to TICO and enlisted a travel agent to help me without success. It sounds as if Flighthub employees are reading off a script, they are very unhelpful and insensitive. My request is not difficult and the customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. Sometimes I call and am disconnected, other times I wait for hours on hold. I do not think my request is 'difficult' after all I paid 2827.32 and I got nothing.

I can provide more information about all the calls I have made to both Flighthub and Airtransit.

Desired outcome: All I am looking for is to use my credit for flights. The money that I paid to flight hub 2827.32 and got NOTHING for, that is stealing.

FlightHub Flight problems - customer service

Hello,

I booked a ticket with Flighthub departing on September 1st, 2022 from Montreal to Frankfurt, Frankfurt to Munich, and then Munich to Thira, which is my final destination. The reservation was made since May 2022, operated by Lufthansa.

I was checking my itinerary 2 days ago on Wednesday August 17th, 2022, and by chance, I found out that the connection flight from Frankfurt to Munich got cancelled. That means we will arrive to Frankfurt and have no mean of transportation to get to Munich for the next flight. Please note that I did not receive any communication regarding this cancellation, neither from Flighthub nor from Lufthansa. No one notified me of this flight cancellation and change in my booking.

We contacted Lufthansa on Wednesday August 17th and there were available connections. However, the agent couldn’t book it because we booked with a travel agency, which is Flighthub. The next day, Thursday August 18th, 2022, we called Flighthub, and they were able to find a flight from Montreal to Munich, Munich to Thira; however, the agent couldn’t book it due to some error from Flighthub that we couldn’t understand. She asked us to call Lufthansa directly and confirm that with them, although it is not my job as a client to contact the Airline directly. I booked with a travel agency and I expect them to take care of my reservation and ticket.

While on the phone with the agent, we called Lufthansa and they confirmed the availability of this flight mentioning that the travel agency should be able to support us and book that flight for us. Once again, the agent couldn’t book the flight due to an error from Flighthub. She found another flight with a transit in Dublin, Ireland. We were obliged to take that option, because the agent couldn’t find us any other solution with the same departure date (since all the hotels are booked in sync with the departure date).

On August 19th, 2022 and after confirmation, I was told that I will need a transit visa for Dublin due to the nationality of the passport I hold. I called the airline and the Ireland Embassy, and both of them confirmed that I will need a transit visa, although the transit is for 2 hours only and I am not leaving the airport. They mentioned the visa will take at least 8 weeks to process, and it would be impossible to get it in 5 business days before my vacation date, which is September 1st, 2022.

We called Flighthub again, and the agent asked us to pay additional $7,000 for another flight, which is extremely ridiculous! We asked to speak to a manager to get extra support, and the manager refused to speak to us! They asked us one more time to contact Lufthansa and check if they can do anything from their end, and we got the same response… they can’t support us since we booked the ticket directly through a travel agency, which is Flighthub!

We called Flighthub for the 5th time, we were on the phone with an agent for over an hour and there was no support at all. We had to repeat ourselves 100 times to every agent, and no one was able to support us. She was holding our “confirmation” to Ireland against us, and asked us to pay additional $800 to change the flight to another transit airport that doesn’t require a transit visa.

The rules, policy, and system of Flighthub are extremely ridiculous. We had to go through a mess 1.5 weeks before our trip. We spent over 6 hours of our time on phone calls, lines, and holds with agents to try to get this resolved, and nothing was resolved.

Everything happened was not our fault from the first place. A connection trip got cancelled without notifying us, and we were trying to find other options to get to our destination and not to ruin our vacation and hotel bookings.

The last agent was extremely impolite and did not try to support us in any way. I have never experienced such customer service before. When a flight gets cancelled, travel agencies usually compensate their clients due to the inconvenience they caused. We did not even ask for that compensation. Everything we asked for is to change the flight to get to our destination and transit in any airport that doesn’t require a transit visa. This is the first and last time we use and travel through Flighthub. I promise you that I will never recommend your company to anyone and share this story with everyone, so people avoid using you!

FlightHub Cancellation and Refunds

in 2020 i booked a flight from YEG Colorado for a concert. It got cancelled by Westjet because of COVID, so I was given a 1 year travel credit. I was still unable to use it within the year, so it was extended for another year. Since Westjet then announced they were giving refunds for all flights cancelled due to COVID, I was expecting a full refund from Flighthub. HOWEVER, that was not the case. I have been contacting Flighthub to get a refund since 2021, as I was fine with the extended travel credit for the first year. This year in February of 2022, I once again requested a refund since Westjet was allowing refunds for COVID related cancellations. They told me it was not eligible and I have to rebook using my travel credit. WHATEVER. I did it to get it over and done with. Rebooked a flight to Colorado for this August back in February so my credit wouldn't expire. Then, they call me a week later saying the flight I booked, and practically all other flights to and from Colorado were non-existent. The dates I requested, as well as a week before and after, also had no flights. Are you kidding me? So, I called ONCE AGAIN asking for a full refund because frankly, this is absolute BS. They said it was now processing with WestJet, and the agent gave me a service request number to call Flighthub back if I have not received any update. Well, It's now the middle of August with no info from Flighthub. I called them asking about my service request and the agent tells me there is no service request under the number and my file. What the F***! So it's been over 2 years, I don't even have a flight booked, and I'm probably never going to get my money back. NEVER EVER USE FLIGHTHUB. Their customer service team is unbelievably horrible, and cancellation policies are a scam.

FlightHub Air ticket

Good morning,

I'm contacting you regarding my air tickets Montreal Nice which I bought 13th June,2022. The ticket price in total was 41.619,45 .For some reason I cancelled my ticket and paid $200...I got credit and call Flighthub to rebook my ticket...sales agent tried to get me paid another $800 something for rebooking...I already checked on the web site the price of the ticket and the price droped for almoust $700...he was so unpolite and rude , he did not listem me what Im saying...repeting the same story,,,,,that I have to pay such and such amount of money even if the tickets are so cheep at this time...agent name is Islam Mohamed...was of no help... not at all...so I took my own steps and rebook my ticket by mysel on the web...I paid 4.55 diferent fof the price...

I choose itinerary form Ottawa-Montrel-Nice (departure) and return from Nice-Toronto-Montreal-Ottawa...I submit my rebooking and when I got email confirmation the ticket waw from Ottawa-Toronto-Montreal-Nice (departure) which I didnt choose... Icalled agent Sefik Balve and hoping he can corect mistake waht happed somehow...so instead to do so he offered me to cancel the ticket and give me refund of the full price ...i was happy...and when I was confirmin with him again to be sure ...he said he refund me only $4.55...I told him that Idid not pay ticket $4.55 he said I confirm me that he can proceed with cancelation...he canceled my ticket even I told him not to do anything before my consent...anyway ...I and it up to pay another $83,56 for redoing my new ticket which I didn want, but have not choice...Im so upset with your agent and think you have to do somethin...I understand companies policies but agents just dont listen what you have to say...very disapintedwith the service (that's notservice) with the employees ...

FlightHub Flight Hub is a Scam!

My travel credits worth $1995 was not used for our rebooking.

They were giving us different reasons why we cannot use our travel credits. They said Air Canada has not given them prices. They also said there arw no available dates. etc.

Flight Hub is a fake company. They fool people! They do not help their clients. Do not ever book with them as your money will just go to garbage.

Please let me know who can help us.

I already filed a complaint here last week but there is no update here and no actions still.

FlightHub Flights

Reservations number [protected], we booked are flights with flight hub, on our return flight we could not fly due to Covid, I tried connecting flight hub and even when to better business, to get this resolved, and get answers, with no resolution, they have no customer service, even when I email them there is no response, are flights where from Singapore to Calgary on march 30 2020, since united canceled our flights, we would like refund, or travel voucher

FlightHub Booking #[protected]

I just recently booked a flight from Halifax Nova Scotia to St John's NFLD return leaving July 20th returning July 24th booking # [protected] Confirmation number J21V5Y. Something appended and I wanted to change the dates of our flight. So I called Porter and they told me since I had booked a flight through a third party I had to call Voyzant [protected] to change the dates which I did but could not get anywhere. So I called Flighthub to change my dates but they wanted about $373.00 penalty each way to change them which didn't make any sense. I tried Voyzant again and after half an hour I spoke to someone and explained that I would like to change our dates and they said they would call me back which they never did. I'm not happy with the service I got through Flighthub and will probably never use them in the future.

FlightHub Airline Flight change rights

I booked a round trip from Toronto to Denizli and the return flight was changed and my layover went from 3 hours to 10 hours and 40 minutes. I received a notification that I can call and change the flight. I called FlightHub and they told me the flight I wanted cannot be granted because Air Canada demands it must be the same flight details (ie. connecting flights) as the original ticket. This is impossible to change for the same day if you have to arrive at your destication on that date. FlightHub kept saying it is Air Canada rules. I then called Air Canada and explained my situation and they provided me with the ticket I wanted and stated that is not their policy and that I have a right to a ticket change if there has been a change to my original itinerary. FlightHub would have charged me extra if I wanted to change it to a different flight that was not the same connecting flights or I had to pick from what they were willing to provide to me. They are scammers and horrible customer service treating people like they are worthless and no empathy to sitations we must face because of airline changes. Really unethical business practice.

FlightHub Charging for new bookings on same airline same day same time same airport

I waited for over an hour on hold all I want to do is change the last flight of my wifes return trip from Mongolia to a flight that leaves out of NRT Japan where she arrives instead of United flight 882 at HND on the same airline United flight 7926 at NRT She went to Mongolia on a emergency her mother was injured and needed surgery I booked with flight hub the first ticket I saw, in the coming days my wifes mother died. This is the second booking I've made this year to Mongolia. My wifes father was sick during winter and died xmas week. The web site says it's a total of another $1000 even though their site says the flight is cheaper by $1000 than the one shes on. I have to book a total of 4 more round trip tickets to Mongolia this coming year and this is how I'm treated. Why can't they help me or answer my call so I can help my grieving wife.

Desired outcome: Just change my wifes flight to a flight that leaves out of NRT on July 30 there are several to choose from our confirmation number is 4Y53Z3

FlightHub very poor customer services, do not attend to calls, no e mail to contact

I purchased a return ticket online from Calgary to Vancouver. I flew on 5th of July to Vancouver but my return travel plans were supposed to be Aug the 2nd but due to some unavoidable circumstances my plans changed. I called the airline to change the ticket to some other date or else cancel the tickets. They were quickly taking phone calls for new reservations but as soon as they knew its an old reservation they quickly transfered me to nowhere. I waited for hours and hours for many days and then I decided to take another ticket from some other airlines. I havent seen so unethical and so irresponsible organisation before. I bet I will never use their services again. And there is no point of contact, no address, no e mail id. The govt transport agency has a complaint form which is automated and it starts with gives us the proof of written complaint. I just wonder why have all these agencies put themselves into an automated mode and there is no human to contact. Pathetic situation and nowhere to go and complain. Their self serve options make us go nowhere just move in circles.

Desired outcome: There has to be some point of contact, some written communication resource. There is no accountability of these companies of any sort. I dont know what should I do with that reservation, my money seems to go wasted.

FlightHub Incorrect / Missing Print out information which caused a missed flight

The return flight was missed due to an incorrect printout directly from the flight hub page. On the print out, the actual departure date was missing and the line only showed the "arrival" of the first leg which I thought was the departure date and time. I already called their support and they didn't take any responsibility or ownership that there's a problem on how the confirmation was printed out. To me this is a bug on their website on how it prints out. I was able to replicate it using a different computer and they still don't want to accept that. I provided the print out to prove I printed it directly from their page and they didn't think they had to hold their end of the rope regarding this issue and it's on me. Now I have to pay the extra charges to get the flight rebooked.

FlightHub Booked Flight Prague -Edmonton 2weeks before departure changed to flight Prague-Toronto.

Flight Prague-Edmonton booked in March 2022. Scheduled July 14/2022 with Flighthub. { Also booked returning flight Edmonton -Prague on Feb. 15 .2023 }

Yet July 3rd email fro Flighthub confirmed the flight Prague -Edmonton as July 14/2022.

On July 7 the email from Flighthub confirmed flight Prague-Toronto only !

The Flighthub did not show any good will to solve the problem even they know

the problem existed as ACanada cancelled connecting flight Toronto/Edmonton..

They just drop it as " hot potato".

Update : After a week trying to reach any response from Flighthub, we reach Lufthansa in Prague, they were very helpful and did change flight for another day. Funny, a day later Flighthub sent e-mail:

" your flight were changed, contact Lufthansa " ! They did not display the change of the flight.

AGAIN : Contact Lufthansa ! AND I say NEVER again Flighthub, they do not care about customer !

FlightHub Flight Credit

We booked flights through FlighHub - travel from Toronto to Portugal. We were to depart on Sept 13, 2020 via Azores Airlines and return Sept 19, 2020 via Tap Air Portugal.

On July 23, 2020, we received an email from FlightHub notifying us that our Tap Air Portugal flight was canceled and that we have a credit with the airline.

In July 2021 we tried to rebook with Tap Portugal using our credit (we did this through a Flight Hub agent), but were eventually told we would need to pay a "no show" fee of $350 per person.

It turns out the Tap Portugal flight was not canceled, only delayed by an hour or so.

For some reason, FlightHub does not feel like they need to resolve this issue. They keep trying to escalate it to the airline (Tap Portugal), who has already told me that since FlightHub sent us a cancelation email in error, that this is their problem.

I have spent a year going back and forth with FlightHub about this and would like a resolution ASAP.

Desired outcome: Please take care of this "no show" fee of $350 per ticket ($700 in total). This is the only way we can use our credit with Tap Portugal.

FlightHub TICKET NUMBER [protected]

I booked a flight in 2020 with "Just Fly" affiliated with Flight Hub, The airlines was British Airways who canceled because of COVID. Immediately, Just Fly then charged a cancelation fee and also kept the funds used to book my trip. Amazing! Then in May 24th 2022 I called to rebook with my travel credit for the missed trip in April 2020. I spoke with a lady for over an hour, and she was going to book me on another flight for Dec 2022. She informed me there would be increase in the price which I said was fine. She also said that I would receive an email within a week with the confirmation. Additionally, she charged my credit card for the difference which was $250.00. I waited 2 weeks in which case I received no email, so I called Just Fly customer service and stayed on the line for over 4 hours and no one in customer service answered so I called Just Fly sales and explained to them, They hung up on me multiple times. I called 6 times and took down everyone’s name to no avail. I called multiple times in which case i was either hung up on or put on "terminal" hold. At this point (June 8th) I just wanted my money back so i went to the Just Fly website to request a full refund which i was told I couldn’t do in 2020 (I could only request a travel credit in 2020) but it was now possible according to the just fly website. However, i would be charged a cancelation fee (if you can believe that) . I tried to contact again yesterday (July 5th 2022) and was put on hold for 3 hours and no one picked up. I have notified my credit card that the charge in May 2022 is fraud. At this point i am copying the Arizona Attorney General and several media outlets for the all-out deceptive practices of Just Fly and their affiliates. I believe the public needs to be aware of this all-out fraudulent behavior.

Desired outcome: I would like ALL my monies back now and an apology from your company

FlightHub Airline tickets purchased through FlightHub. Flight change made by delta. Flight hub refuses to update the tickets

Delta issued a "minor" change. Essentially the connecting flight back home was cancelled. I called Delta to make the change but they advised me there would be a $50 charge per person and if I didn't want to pay the charge I would have to go back to Flighthub and have them make the change.

After 2 hours on hold with FlightHub, I was advised that the change was considered minor and FlightHub would not not make the change and I had to have Delta do it... 2 more hours with Delta on the phone and I was advised that this is a tactic by the FlightHub travel agency!

Desired outcome: I want to then to honor the change. Why should I be penalized and have to pay more on top of the ridiculous price I already have to pay for airline tickets!!

FlightHub Customer Representative

On June 4 2022, we booked for a flight from Toronto, Canada to NAIA Manila, Philippines. We received the confirmation on the same day. Your service representative spent more than an hour replying to our query on a mistake to our booking for 2 check in luggages. Our confirmation shows for 2 luggages. Further, the advertisement shows only for economy and business option. We booked for economy class. Your agent insists that we only have booked for 1 luggage. He explained about three (3) options on that economy class (lite, flex and essential). This information can be accessed by browsing through the link on luggage information. I agree with that, However, this information is not linked to the booking system. There is no option for lite, flex nor essential once you book for a flight. You have only four choices (economy, business and two other variations on business class).

Another issue is the uncertainty as to who would resolve this mistake. We contacted the airlines (Cathay). The latter advised us to call Flighthub. When we contacted Flighthub, they in return advised us to call Cathay.

Desired outcome: We would like to avail of two (2) check in luggages as what we had booked for. It is very clear that we booked economy class for two (2) check in luggages.

1. My wife had a fall yesterday 6/30 afternoon and now unable to make the trip as she has a severe back pain and need support to walk. Paramedics have checked her out.

2. I paid for cancellation insurance at the time of booking and was charged $108.49. (I received an email from Flighthub confirming the full charge of $831.75

3. When I requested the refund per the cancellation last night I was informed by the associate that the Insurance was not accepted by the insurer as my credit card was given a credit on 6/19. However, I was not informed about the refund of the cancellation insurance (via email or phone), and I was under impression that I was insured. When I checked my booking last night on Flighthub, it showed that I am insured. See attached image.

4. I informed Sunwing this morning (7/1) that my flight needs to be cancelled and they wanted to receive the cancellation request via Flighthub.

5. A manager from Flighthub this morning informed me that she would escalate my case, follow up and apply for a credit. She gave case# 740672.

6. My flight is scheduled for today(7/2) night so here I am informing you at 1557H that I purchased cancellation insurance via Flighthub, and that due to my wife’s medical conditions, we are unable to take the flight and we need a full refund.

Desired outcome: Please refund cost CAD $723.26

FlightHub Car rental

Dear Flight Hub Team,

I rented a car through your website on June 28, 2022. I paid for the car online using my credit card and I placed my son's name as the first driver.

When I arrived at Rome Termini, I was unable to rent the car because my son was not the holder of the credit card. Therefore, we had to travel to Rome Fiumicino (35 euros) to get another card. We also had to pay an extra two hundred euros and lost a day of travel because of this error.

Thank you in advance for looking into this matter. This has spoiled our travel experience.
