FlightHub Baggage allowance

I have booked a flight from YVR-SFO-DXB-BOM for 27th January 2023 and Return for 18th February 2023.

Before booking confirmation I was not notified by Flighthub that it is going to be only 1 baggage of 23 kg for my entire trip. After the booking, when I clicked on the link provided by flighthub, it took me to emirates website and I realized that I am getting only 1 baggage. There are 2 Airline company involved here. Air Canada and Emirates. As per Emirates there baggage allowance is 2 bags of 23kg per passenger for Economy Saver (I paid $700 additional for Saver package).

But When I called Flighthub with this issue, they are saying this is just because of Air Canada's 1 bag policy. So basically for 2 hours of Air Canada flight, I will have to suffer for my next 26 hours and again return flight. I am flying with my family which involves my wife, my mother, mother-in-law and my 4 years old daughter. Even after paying 10K for tickets, they want to earn more with the baggage and torturing the passengers. I am so depressed the way Flighthub customer service behaved. Not sure how much effective this complain going to be but I want the justice here.

Desired outcome: 2 baggage per passanger should be allowed without any payment.

FlightHub flighthub customer service

I'm assuming that this is a common sentiment, but I need to vent.

So i cancelled the flight 3 weeks prior to the flight (the itinerary explicitly says "Tickets are refundable with a penalty fee", no asterisks for other conditions).

They charged me $75 for cancellation, told me about $260 penalty, said that the processing takes 26 weeks or so.

over 30 weeks passed. called again - was told that some special department will contact me in 3 weeks.

8 weeks passed. called myself - 72 hour call-back promised.

Week later, calling myself - being told that tickets are not refundable because this is past the flight date and the refund papers were nor filled out on time. The agent says I can get a travel credit (for exactly the same route of travel), but he can't do it. I'm supposed to wait for another 3 weeks for a callback.

Forgot to mention: each one of these calls takes well over an hour with constant "can i put you on hold?".

FlightHub Ticket booking

I booked a flight from YYC to KHI for myself and my family including my wife, 7 year old son and 10 month old daughter using FlightHub. The connection I got had only 90 mins layover at DXB. Trusting FlightHub, I booked the flight but 90 mins proved to be to too short to make the connection. Since both inbound and outbound flights were on time, they refused to further facilitate me. Stranded at DXB, I had to make emergency booking which cost me approximately CAD 6000.

Talking to DXB authorities , I found out that the minimum connection time recommended by DXB authorities is three hours. Working as virtual travel agents, I am certain that it was FlightHub's responsibility to make a connection which incorporates these finer details. Isn't it a service for which a travel agent, FlightHub in this case, charges money for?

I am confident that FlightHub's poor service and lack of regard for minimum recommended time at DXB cost me CAD 6000.

Desired outcome: I would like FlightHub to compensate me not only for the monetary loss but also the mental anxiety and stress it caused me and my family including a child and an infant.

FlightHub Flight on Dec 10

I was never informed that there are changes with my flight. I only knew it because I am checking in. They keep saying that they cannot doanything as per the airlines policy. Icalled the airline and they informed me that flighthub have cancelled my flight and book a new one. No the tickets are so high and i have already made plans as this has been booked in the past 8 months, flighthub should be reposible for this. flighthub is the one looking into reservations and changes. please resolve this. i need to depart on my orignal feparture date. i dnt mind changing the flight back date

I couldn't find out the customer service of flight hub any more, nobody to pick up phone and settle my requests 😕

FlightHub Cancelled flight

FlightHub cancelled my reservation to the Philippines without notifying me saying I called and cancelled which I did not. I have called them numerous times but they're not willing to provide assistance unless it includes paying them more money.

They don't want to take responsibility of this ordeal they created and I just prefer not to deal with them any longer as every time I call them they always try to charge me more money.

FlightHub Booking a flight and the agents are rude.

I am trying to book a flight from kelowna to perth. On the website, it has a price (that has been on for 3 days) and after i give all my information, they say it is no longer available. This has happened 4 times and i have given my credit card each time. I was on the phone for over 4 hours trying to deal with this. Then an agent says he cannot deal with this anymore and hung up. I talked to a supervisor yesterday and they apologized and offered a $400 per person off the flight. I accepted this but then they said the flight was not available and i could not apply this anywhere else? i called today and was hung up on 5 times and when asked to speak to a superviser, again was hung up on. There are stiill seats available but they say not at the price listed on the website... That is false advertising. This whole experience has been terrible and i would like to speak with someone. Please have an agent call me at the contact information below.

FlightHub No refund when airline canceled flight

Booking number [protected] for a flight to attend my father's funeral. The airline canceled the flight on due to hurricane Nicole.

Called on 10/12/2022 and was given the reference number #109 1822. In all of the calls (many) since then, no one recognizes the reference number.

Emailed Flighthub numerous times and called daily to follow up. Here is the email chain of communication:

It has been nearly 2 weeks since my flight was canceled. You have postponed and delayed longer than necessary, adding to the pain I am currently feeling due to the loss of my father. The flight was booked for me to attend my father's funeral. I need a real answer today with contact information for the department you have referred my case to. Breeze Airways sent me the confirmations of the transfer of funds to you. I sent them yesterday and got zero response. If I can track it down, why can't you? I am contacting an attorney because this is cruel.

Toronto - Frankfurt - Hamburg - Copenhagen - Thessaloniki

-Flight delayed 4h from Toronto. Because of the delay I've missed the flight to Hamburg. When I've arrived in Frankfurt there was no notification that they have transferred me on a flight from Frankfurt to Copenhagen directly skipping Hamburg. From this point on every flight was delayed min hour and a half.

Because of the delays my suitcase was lost for 6 days and at the end arrived from Vienna. Because of the delay, I had to miss the booked private transfer from Thessaloniki to Macedonia and be late for the Christening Party for my daughter. At the top of everything I didn't have the proper clothes with me for that occasion because the suitcase did not arrive.

Return ticket:

Thessaloniki - Stockholm - Newark - Toronto

Every flight was delayed for min 3h.

This seems to be the worst service ever that I have received with an airline. I have difficulties to upload the boarding pass as it gives me an error, but please feel free to send me an email and I will get back to you with the files.

Desired outcome: Compensation for the last minute changes and the lost of the suitcase which caused me to buy additional clothes for those week. Out of 3 weeks vacation I was a week without my stuff and had to purchase new ones.

FlightHub Complaining about My moms plane ticket that flight hub didnt confirm with air Canada.

November 7,2022 and We are already in line to check in but we found out Flight hub didn’t confirm my mom’s airline ticket to Air Canada and flight hub asked us to pay 800 cad again for them to rebook my moms ticket.lots of conversations calling flight hub again and again because Air Canada can’t help us because we booked with flight hub.

what a scam! Don’t trust this FLIGHT HUB!

FlightHub Trip to Africa - Corsair - luggage issues-double charge

Hello,

My last trip to Africa (Ivory Coast) was so shocking and stressful for me when I got to the airport on my travel day.

Maybe you can give me some explanations.

I had always taken my plane ticket with Flighthub for Abidjan and my ticket always included two checking suitcases because that is the policy going to Africa.

The luggage policy going to Africa always includes two checking suitcases and one carrying on.

But for some reason, this time when I got to the airport (August 21) I was told I have to pay for my second suitcase even though Corsair luggage policy stated that going to Africa, the ticket includes two checking suitcases.

The worst part is that even though my final destination was Abidjan, Ivory Coast, they made me pay twice for the same suitcase because of my transit through Paris (one stop in the itinerary).

1) $130 from Montreal to Paris

2) $130 from Paris to Abidjan

My credit card was charged for a total of $262.18 at the airport for the same suitcase even though my final destination was Abidjan.

That was shocking, upsetting, embarrassing and unexpected.

At the airport when I was asking some justification, I was told they could not do anything but to contact later corsair for reimbursement. I did not have any choice but pay given that I was travelling for urgent family reasons.

When later I contacted corsair, I was told that indeed the policy states that for Africa we are allowed two suitcases. However, I was told that I was not allowed two suitcases because I did not purchase my ticket directly from corsair. I was told the issue was that I got my ticket from flighthub. And flighthub supposedly gave me the cheapest ticket.

I was told to contact flighthub for my reimbursement.

I am confused, what changed?

As I mentioned, I had always gotten my plane ticket from flighthub going to Africa. I never have to worry about being treated differently whether I got my ticket from flighthub or directly from the airline site. The luggage policy for Africa has always included two suitcases in the price of the ticket.

If now there is a difference between getting the ticket with flighthub and getting the ticket directly from the airline regarding luggage policy, it needs to be mentioned to avoid this kind of embarrassing issues.

Can you shed some light on this issue?

It was not pleasant to get this kind of surprise at the airport on the day of my flight.

As I said they charge me by transit, so this means that if my flight had had 10 stops I would have been charged 10 times for the same suitcase even though my luggage was registered to my final destination, which was Abidjan, Ivory Coast. That does not make any sense for me. We never had a direct flight for Abidjan and I had never experienced this situation. As I mentioned I always go to Abidjan, so I know what I am talking about.

I am really upset about this situation and I need some explanation and reimbursement.

FlightHub Fraudulent activity of $686.49

Eric Parent of Momentum ventures is the parent company of flight hub in Montreal Canada [protected] as expected its an answering service! After all when a company operates on illegally robbing thousands of customers with fake charges and service fees as well as false claims of payments not received, of course its a voice mail box. This organization has fraudulently stolen $686.00 by claiming payments did not go through properly but were taken from the financial entity!

The false service & administration charges were also taken. Attempts were made to change a return portion of a flight that fraudulent Momentum ventures "flighthub" changed overnight. The second attempt to correct this was an additional charge that the fraudulent Momentum ventures "flighthub" claimed the transaction didn't complete. The customer service poor English notified me that another fee was to be paid for a the same flight that has now gone up in price. There is some good tactics to make revenue as well as employee of the month! Momentum ventures "flighthub" has now caused the customer to be stranded at Calgary airport. Not to worry though another $449.47 directly through west jet due to this fraudulent ventures "flighthub".

Not providing the return portion of the flight that was paid for 3 times.

THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT HAS TO STOP THIS FRAUDULENT VENTURES FROM IMBECILING from the canadian tax payers. The online reviews are all similar in nature. The bogus reviews are from the company itself as the government has already put $4 million US in penalties on this horrific

FlightHub Refusal of refund or extended travel credit + bad customer service experience

Horrible experience with Flighthub. Due to Covid-19, Flight Hub cancelled my flight in South Africa in March 2020. They did not refund the flight’s amount but offered me a travel credit instead. However, the credit expired in January 2021 even though the Canadian government did not recommend any travel outside of the country. We called Flight Hub many many times to obtain a refund or an extended travel credit, but they refused time and time again, saying we had to contact the airline directly even though we dealt with Flight Hub for our booking and not the airline.

Almost every time we called Flight hub, the operator wasn’t able to help with our situation, so we asked to talk to their superior. Funny enough, every time we wanted to talk to their superior, we were told they were in a meeting until the end of the day. We asked to be called back when the superior was available, but days went by without ever being called back. This is the vicious circle we have been in since they cancelled our flight back in 2020.

Never ever purchase through Flight Hub. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They have never taken the blame for anything, nor have they genuinely tried to help us. As a student, I had been saving for a long time for this trip, and I have been robbed by Flight Hub. They are taking advantage of so many customers in the same situation. Flight Hub will only take your money and run…

FlightHub I am complaining about Flight bookings

We booked our return tickets through flight hub from Kathmandu to Dubai and then Dubai to Toronto the tickets showed we were flying by Emirates but whe we reached the airport at Nepal our flight from Kathmandu to Dubai was fly Dubai which is cheap version of Emirates

The service was not good

Movies on the screen had to be paid for

Very congested seats

We were not given the services fir what we paid for. We were cheated

FlightHub Flights

I booked a flight through fraudulent Flight hub. I changed the return portion of my flight on line. The return date was changed overnight by flight hub."Tactics to charge the customer more".

I proceded to co tact a poorly English speaking customer service agent who notified me that additional charges were necessary to fix the problem after already paying $269.00. The customer service agent from India informed me it would an additional $239.00 plus $50.00 administration fee. I paid the price I was quoted. 22 hours later the itinerary was not available so aping calling fraudulent flight hub the customer service agent notified me the flight is gone up in price so additional fees were needed to be paid! After the price of the initial ticket plus additional fees for changes I still had no flight to be stranded in another province. $479.00 to book a new flight through west jet to travel home. I have not received any refunds of all this $ payed to fraudulent flight hub. This fraudulent flight hub has been reported to numerous government locations including Departments of justice as well as numerous media locations. These criminals need to be stopped!

Desired outcome: Refund all $$$ payed in this matter

I changed my return flight portion of my flight to the 26th of October. Departure was 10:15 am! The fee to change the flight was $269.00 canadian. 22 hours later the flight was for 10:55 pm on October 26, I contacted flight hub who notified that I had to pay an additional fee to change the flight back to 10:15 am, I payed the additional $189.49 to have the flight.24 hours later I received an email saying my flight needed attention! What is wrong now! I contacted flight hub about the problem where the customer service agent told me the flight was not payed for!

My bank statement showed a $50.00 fee to flight hub as well as the $189.49 charge was labeled west jet. All the funds were paid but flight hub was saying it wasn't paid! The customer service agent tried to say the flight was more expensive and wanted even more money to book a flight.

I had to book a whole new flight through west jet for $449.00 or I would of been stranded in Calgary. I have not received any refund as of November 1st 2022.

FlightHub Ticketing

I'm very frustrated with flighthub customer service. I'm feeling helpless...

I have a flight tomorrow from Baghdad to Istanbul and a second flight on Nov 6th from Istanbul to Houston.

My kids are down with a severe stomach infection, could be even COVID. I requested flighthub on medical grounds to change my dates by 2 to 3 days so my kids can recover. I can provide medical proof.. they were getting IV drip here in Baghdad, and I don't want other passengers safety to be compromised.

I explained if you cannot change dates at least let me SKIP Baghdad to Istanbul and I'll book that seperately. But keep my second connection from Istanbul to Houston, but everything was rejected. They kept saying we have to go by rules and change fee is $1400 PER PERSON with fare difference. This is theft. I can see price online as well. No humanity, no consideration, no value for other customer safety.

This is my first and last experience. If you want my vommitting kids on flight, I will do that but I will go as far as I can to educate folks so that no one gets this INHUMANE treatment. I have used Expedia, Priceline but no one has ever been this inconsiderate.

I am sure you are in a position to help if you wish to conduct business with integrity and empathy. Even if you get me a partial refund so I can book at my own expense, OR have flighthub assist me on medical grounds (it's not fair to have a puking child on flight) as there could be a greater liability OR let me skip the first leg and still join the second leg of my flight. The last one is least preferred as my children need time to recover but I'm putting everything out there. Again, I hope you are capable of assisting. Thank you, and sorry for a long message.

FlightHub Asking for full refund that we pay at flighthub cause they also want us to pay $200/pax for processing fee even its not fault of the passenger

To Whom It May Concern,

​I Marijean T. Soriano would like to file a complaint to FLIGHT HUB Company (flighthub.com) for selling ticket online that is not acceptable at the YEG Airport counter upon check in last Sept. 01, 2022.

​We purchase our ticket online last August 27, 2022, due to emergency reason. Unfortunately, when my family showed up at the airport counter, the airline check-in counter attendant told us that our ticket was not valid for the following reasons.

1) Connecting flight at Narita Airport was not on the same calendar date even if it was less than 24hrs.

2) We were “Scammed” by the Flight Hub because on that same day Air Canada told us that they encountered 6 more booking that has the same problem and same case as us, (connecting flight was not valid to manila).

I called the Flight Hub Customer Care that day and the person that we talked to was very rude and not helpful. He keeps insisting that our ticket was valid, and the Air Canada (reservation staff) told the Flight Hub customer care that the ticket they are selling is not applicable, they must rebook it with a correct and valid reservations. The Flight Hub representative told us to fill up the voluntary cancellation for booking through online because we are “no show” and the Flight Hub told us that we need to pay for the “no show” fee and cancellation fee which we did not comply because we were present at the airport on the day of our flight (4hrs ahead prior to flight). Flight Hub want us to pay for the penalties which was cause by their own mistake, there was no restriction posted either on their online portal that’s why we thought that the ticket we bought was valid.

I would like to file a “Complete full Refund of our tickets due to the “Fraud selling ticket online”. The company Flight Hub is not giving the full restrictions of the ticket. This was a horrible experience for my family because of the inconveniences we must go through (specially we have toddler and kids).

​This type of Travel Agency should not be operating business because they are not truthful and honest about invalid tickets, yet they still sell it. “Opportunist” asking too much penalty charges even it was completely their fault, and rude customer service.

​We are hoping for your corrective action and kind consideration for this matter, so no one will ever experience this kind of situation anymore, and we also hope that you could help us to get our refund as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

FlightHub Customer Service

Zero accountability .. my flight got changed by the airline company. Flight hub sent a change notice with a link to new flight. The link took me back to the old booking but the ticket had a grey background. I called them. the rep verified that it’s only 30 min change and sent the new ticket. It was 12 hours extra for the trip not 30 min. I called again. they simply kept saying that it is “a bad luck”. The best they can do is an extra 6 hours after 5 days. They sent a request to the airline. Few useless calls later, I called to follow up. The rep kept cutting me off, wouldn’t listen and simply said that flight hub wasted enough time trying to help and there is nothing to be done. The money is now with the airline. If I need more help, I should contact the airline. 5 mins with the airline rep, he explained that it was flight hub mistake to accept the change as I could have got refunded, he offered a same flight day, attached all required notes for flight hub to follow. He also advised that calling allows changes to happen immediately and it’s better than the requests flight hub keep sending. However, flight hub doesn’t even have a complaint department nor have a person for every twenty to follow up on what they mess up.

Desired outcome: A training for representative to be able to respectfully talk to customers and for managers to actually call customers as promised.

FlightHub flight change and rebooking

I booked the return trip from Toronto to Ho Chi Minh City on the 4 of October.

Booked: October 3rd, 2022 5:16 PM

According to the condition of the ticket. I am allowed to change the flight date anytime I want. However, when I tried to do it the website did not let me do so. as a result, I have to book a new ticket which cost me more money.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the ticket that I bought to return to Toronto.
