horrible customer service
I am not one to complain, but I had the most horrific customer service with FlightHub and I want to make sure to pass on the message of that beware before you book with Flighthub.
I was on the Flighthub website and when I was searching, I was sure that the Canadian flag was present because I wanted to pay in Canadian dollars. As I was changing the dates, I found the flight I wanted, so I clicked and paid. I received a confirmation that I paid, but I was shocked that I was charged a lot more than the flight I had chosen. Somehow, the flight I had chosen was in American dollars and when I saw my confirmation, my flight was a lot more expensive than what I was willing to pay. So, I called customer service and I received rude service from a woman. I got charged 75$ to cancel my reservation and we had to try to book another flight. There was no way of not getting the 75$ waived, I tried. But worse than losing 75 hard earned dollars, I had to deal with the young woman who was completely rude to me because at times it was hard to understand her because of all the background noise at Flighthub. She was very annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself and she would continue in a rude tone, ''like I told you from the beginning'' and then repeat what I asked her to confirm. I asked her for her name and she said she would give it to me after we book. Well, I was put on hold for a long time. In total I was on the phone with her for about an hour due to all the holds. After I booked with this woman, I asked for her name and she disconnected me. I have used Flighub several times in the past year and have learned there is hidden and misleading information on their options, such as insurance. I already knew this, the hard way after booking a trip overseas last year, but I was flabbergasted that as I tried to get my accidently booking reimbursed, I was charged 75$ and I had to rebook with the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with over the phone. Buyer beware!
flight ticket from toronto to seoul
I purchased a ticket on September 29, 2015 going from Toronto to Seoul with one stop in JFK on May 10, 2016. I received an email on March 21, 2016 that there was a change with the airline schedule. I talked to an agent and he offered me three options that I could choose from. I was happy with the options the agent offered me.
However, today April 15, 2015, I had to call them again because there is another change on my ticket. I was upset that I had to call them again because the calls take about 50 minutes and I am in the middle of my final exams.
Anyway, I called. The agent said the change was not approved so I have to pick an option from Toronto to JFK, but she only came back with one option. The flight departs at 6:00am from Toronto arriving at JFK in 7:50am. The flight from JFK to Seoul is at 1:25pm. This means that I have to waste my valuable time at the airport for about 6 hours. The ticket that I bought in the first place only had layover of less than three hours.
I explicitly told the agent that I was not happy with that long layover. However, she was repeating herself, that this was the only option. I requested if she could change the flight from JFK to Seoul so the layover is not that long, she said she couldn't because apparently she couldn't change the flight from JFK to Seoul. Then, I asked her if I could get another option from Toronto to JFK. But she said I could only take Delta (?Which makes no sense to me) and there was only one options from Delta.
I was not very happy with these results, so I asked the agent if I could talk to a manager, and she refused because the mangers don't take customer calls (?This is the first company that I was forbidden to speak with the manager ). She did not even bother to go to the manager and ask about this situation.
I did not accept that offer because 6 hours of layover is very inconvenient and this is a huge waste of my time and I will get tired of waiting.
The company should offer the flight schedule that is the closest with the ticket that I bought in the first place.
The agent keeps repeating that it's not their fault and they cannot offer other options because they have to stick with the certain airline. This is nonsense, and I am very disappointed with flight hub and their customer service.
Not only that I have wasted my almost 2 hours of valuable time and I have to call them again tomorrow to seek another option, which I will be wasting another hour.
I am not requesting to get me better options than the ticket I purchased in the first place. At least, the company should do their best to provide the closest flight schedule. I bought the ticket because it was the best for me. If the schedule was changed and I couldn't get the flight schedule that I wanted at the time of purchase, I would not have bought the ticket in the first place.
voyages a la carte (flighthub) cancelled our pre-reserved seats just a few days before the flight departure.
What a nightmare.
We recently purchased from Voyages à la Carte (FlightHub) airline tickets for our flights from Montreal to Munich and return – we also paid for our confirmed pre-reserved seats.
Without informing us, Voyages a la Carte (FlightHub) cancelled our pre-reserved seats just a few days before the flight departure.
We were informed by Lufthansa at both airports (Montreal and Munich) that our seats reservation was not in their system – as a result, we were assigned seats of lower value.
This caused us considerable harm and inconvenience - especially as one of us just had a cast removed following a fracture of the arm.
Our several emails requesting an explanation and a full refund - addressed to the President of Voyages à la Carte (FlightHub) in Ville St-Laurent, Quebec remain ignored and unanswered.
Never again with Voyages à la Carte (FlightHub).
no refund for cancellation because of death in family
My Flight was booked from Delhi to Chicago on feb:7 and due to death of my son in law. i had to travel to Canada on jan 20 and I called flight hub about this matter to refund me my ticket back and then i was asked to provide the proofs of death certificate, which i sent it through email. and then they cancelled by ticket. and said i will get a refund in 4-6 weeks and now they are saying i wouldnt get my refund. i am not asking for a full refund, altleast they can take cancellation charge and refund me the remaining amount..
and now when ever i call them, they put me on hold for an hour and then just hang up and never called back..
I am so sorry for your loss. No one should have to go through what you have gone through. I too had terrible customer service through Flighthub and I too was hung up on. I tried making a complaint to Flighthub, but they refused to even get me a manager to complain to. I am not generally a complainer, but I feel that Flighthub is conducting business in an unethical, misleading and unprofessional manner. I will avoid Flighthub and I am sorry I ever booked with them.
false advertising for flight discounts
This company is in the practice of buying keywords for cities and flights and advertising 80% off when no flights exist for this route. Type in any random city and an 80% discount connects your search word with a generic promotional offer. This is false advertising developed to drive traffic to their website and mislead the customer to believe there are cheap flights available on their website. Misleading advertising. See the attached as an example. I tried a bunch of different dates for flights and all return "no available flights". Yet they are advertising "last minute" available flights. This type of marketing practice needs to be stopped. It's unethical and misleading.
I hope someone looks into this misleading advertising practice by FlightHub
booking cancellation
Wednesday March 10th my father found out that his good friend had passed away in Croatia so I check FlightHub for available flights. I find a fight leaving the next day, Thursday March 11 at 1:25pm and arriving in Zagreb in time for my dad to make the Funeral. The fight cost $1561 so I book the flight. The FlightHub site says that the booking was successful so I look at my e-mail and see a message from FlightHub "Your reservation needs immediate attention". I open the e-mail and find out the payment didn't go through so I call the bank to authorize the payment and follow the link in the FlightHub e-mail to pay with another card that also has more than enough extra funds, just in case.
I receive a message that the payment was successful and a separate e-mail from FlightHub titled "Booking Notification". This e-mail says "Thank-you for booking with FlightHub! Your reservation is CONFIRMED!" It also has a Turkish Airlines Record Locator number and FlightHub Booking reference number and a message under this saying "Your reservation is confirmed. No need to call to reconfirm this reservation".
The next morning I see a message from FlightHub titled "Urgent-Booking Cancelled". The e-mail lists off several possible reasons the booking may have been cancelled. I call FlightHub and am told everything from it was too short of a time to actually book the ticket to, the ticket was no longer available by the time you provided the other card (first e-mail said we had several hours? and second e-mail confirmed the booking?) to while the transaction was being processed the price of the ticket had changed so the transaction never actually went through. How is it possible that I then received a confirmation after I provided the second card for payment? Apparently it was now too late to re-book the flight through FlightHub (even though the flight was still being offered on the FlightHub website as I was on the phone with them). I was told to go to the airport to buy a ticket directly. I tried calling Turkish airlines and they had no record of that ticket under the "Turkish Airlines Record Locator" number provided me in the e-mail confirmation nor any record of a ticket in my father's name ever being reserved.
FlightHub will send you a false confirmation with a false booking number and try to charge your credit card even though they did not even book the ticket for you. They try to make the "Airline Record Locator" look like the ticket number and you are sent your itinerary with flight details and airline numbers and you even pick your seat! Meanwhile, they have not even contacted the airline to make the reservation. This is false advertising and should be illegal. Nowhere was I notified that the "Confirmation" was not actually a confirmation nor that the ticket was not actually booked yet. I had to buy a same-day ticket for my father which cost me substantially more as I was under the impression that I had a confirmed ticket and did not bother to look for any other tickets in the meantime.
Flight Hub should not be allowed to send out confirmations or airline locator numbers that are false and are made to look like everything has been booked. How can they issue a number on behalf of Turkish Airline that the airline has no record of? FlightHub should not have the right to issue a confirmation until they have actually guaranteed the purchase of the ticket.
Also, based on the list of "reasons" why the flight might be cancelled, it looks like FlightHub can cancel a reservation for almost any reason with no obligation to the customer.
flight changes
Monday Feb 29/2016 Flight Hub Booking number [protected] and British Airways booking number 8HPVCF It was less then a day before my husband and son were to fly home from a father and son trip to Isreal when I got some awful news. My son had his passport stolen. I was horrified now what. My husband would have to deal with the temporary passport on there end but I would have to arrange getting them home. I contacted flighthub where the message tells you that you may be charged a minimum of 250 dollars to change your reservations. After talking to the person and a considerable amount of time a charge for almost 1700 dollars was charged to change the tickets. There original tickets for both ways was 2400. I told was told that I would receive the confirmation within 24 hours. I asked if they could please send that as soon as possible as he needed the flight confirmation letter to get his new passport. A short time later I get a phone call saying their was changes made to the flight and that it would cost 20 dollars more. So I told them to go ahead and charge it. She phones back and tells me that they cant do it that way. That the money they charged is a hold and it would revert back in 24 hours but in the meantime she would need another 1700 plus dollars to put the new charge thru or we would lose the flight. So we found a way of doing that and another hold was put on another card. Again I mentioned the need for the confirmation right away. By now I was scared that it wasn't getting processed right and we were not going to have the paperwork to get the passport. All night I kept checking for the paperwork and nothing and the consulate was about to close and they were closed to the public the next day so we were running out of time. Finally using the reservation code that we had and looking up the flight plan we were able to give that to the consulate instead. They accepted that as there were no other options. Again I phoned to see if we could get the confirmation sent as soon as possible because I was feeling worried about the seemingly unreliableness of the conversation. I was then told that they were working on it and to call back in 2 hours. I called back in 2 hours and then there was some concern that those seats were no longer available yet again. So I made arrangements so I could have more money available if there was to be yet another charge. In the meantime I looked up British Airways and the flight was listed as confirmed. So I printed the itinerary and forwarded it to flighthub. Again I phoned. I was told they may have to find a different flight on a different day but I did not know if that was going to work with his temporary passport. So I told her about the information I had forwarded to them. This time this lady seemed a little more helpful then the rest and she said she would call me back in one hour. She called back in close to 2 hours but she said those seats that were still available but the price had now gone up to 1800 and some. I said I could give her a card number but I needed a guarantee that this would be the last time because they already had holds on over 3400 dollars. She said she would call me back in 10 min. 20 min later she told me she had her supervisor wave some of there fees and had put the amount thru on one of the original holds and it was officially paid for. She said she would call back in 2 hours to let me know that the confirmation had been sent to my email. I waited 3 hours but nothing. So called back and I was told it would take 5 hours to process it. By next morning I was worried. still nothing. My husband was supposed to be getting on the plane in 14 hours. I tried to check him in to see if it worked on the british airways sight and it wouldn't let me and said to contact someone and maybe a new ticket could be reissued. So I started calling back. I would be on hold and then all of sudden I was on a customer survey line. Next time I was just plain cut off. After calling 12 times I got a hold of someone. they told me not to worry that it was in processing and I would receive the information with in 24 hours. I told them my husband was leaving in 12 hours for the airport. So they told me to call back in 2 hours and that the file had already been flagged as urgent. So I called back in 2 hours and was told the same thing. And again and again. One of the times one person told me I was trying to check in on the wrong site and that I was supposed to check in with Westjet. I told her that couldn't be because only the calgary to saskatoon was operated by westjet. She said no and put me on hold for half an hour while she got me a booking number for west jet. So in case she was right I tried online but it didn't work. So I phoned just so as not to miss anything. The lady I talked to laughed and said that flighthub didn't know what they were talking about. So I had to call back again. Finally we were 4 hours from them leaving and I talked to someone who said well I would definitely have something within the hour because it was marked urgent and she now had the support team on it. In an hour still no email. I was about to phone again when I decided to check the British airways site and it actually let me check them in. We did finally receive the confirmation etickets from Flighthub but it was almost 2 hours after they had already checked into the airport. I am glad it is over. It will take at least a few more days to catch up on the missed sleep I incurred trying to get this arranged. Also created some financial losses as I spent what is one of our busiest sales days at our office on the phone. No where in all of this can I understand how they can take your money without guaranteeing you that the tickets are yours and resell you the same ticket at higher price over and over again.
liars!
These people are thieves and liars! They completely messed up my vacation and promised to fix everything, but they never did and every thing they said to me turned out to be another lie. They need only your money, they will take it and that's the end of the story. FlightHub is dreadful and completely dishonest company. The details really don't matter, just go online and read the reviews. Save your money and nerves and avoid this scam site at all costs!
customer service - cancelling a flight
On January 1st, 2016 my husband and I called flighthub because we had an 11 hour flight booked with our infant, who was sick with bronchiolitis and would never have been able to do that flight.
When we spoke to the customer service representative we explained that we wouldn't have another opportunity to go to Maui (since I am going back to work), so before we cancelled we asked if they could confirm with United Airlines that we could rebook to another destination (one that wouldn't be 11 hours away for our daughter). They called United and confirmed that yes, this would be possible. They said that they would note all of this on our file, and to call them back to rebook.
However, when we have called to rebook, given our booking number, and explained the situation, twice we have been put on hold for so long that their customer service office has closed! Now I have called back a third time, explained the situation, and have been on hold for an hour and 10 minutes!
We have over $2000 in credit and I don't understand what is happening on Flighthub's end. I think United Airlines would be horrified with this affiliation as well.

voucher (reservation number: [protected])
Last year in Mai we booked a flight to Maui, but we had to cancel it because our dog was very sick.
For the flights we had to pay (for two people) $ 1055.00, and in addition for the cancellation around $ 300.00.
We have got a voucher which we have to redeem until at the end of March 2016.
Today I called FlightHub for assistance to book a flight to Maui. The lady was very kind, and explained that we have to book the flight until March 15th, but the travel date can be whenever we wish. We decided to plan our holiday for the last week in March. She found a flight to Kahului, and the additional costs for us would be $ 820.00! I was shocked! How can it be that we have to pay the full price again?! In the meantime she had contact with her supervisor. He explained that we have to start our trip before March 15th, afterwords the voucher expires! So we begin again to search for a flight!
I am disappointed and tired for today. I was more then one hour on the phone, at least with no solution.
It is that what they understand under "customer service"?
We have a voucher and have to pay such a lot in addition?
overcharging on flights
On January 23rd I booked a flight from Edmonton to Manila and the price was $1116.00.
Since then I have received more emails and now the flight is much cheaper. and was $774.00.
I called and they said if I want to cancel my existing reservation I would have to pay penalties amounting to $774.00.
I find it very frustrating that 1 week later the price has dropped $358.00 and there is nothing they will do about it other then suggest I pay $774.00 in penalties if I want to change.
Of course I want the cheaper flight who wouldn't?
The right thing to do would be to refund me the difference in flight prices.
My flight isn`t until June 4th so not only will I never use Flighthub has my vacation provider I will never book this far in advance again.
I will be sure to tell my friends through social media of my experience with Flighthub.
Greg
I would never deal with them again!
I booked a flight via FlightHub because it was recommended to me by my friends. Later I received an email from their customer service stating that I need to pay some additional money because the price had changed. I immediately contacted the airline and was told that price remained the same and nothing had changed. I explained them what happened and they said that there are always problems with FlightHub. I cancelled my flight, and booked again directly through airlines. FlightHub simply has nothing to offer you for your hard worked money. Stay away from them!
cancellation of # [protected] on 28th november 2015
The price of tickets are cheaper than anywhere and that is why I got it. But then I had to cancel and the drama began..I cancelled my flight on 28th November (## [protected]) and am still waiting for my money. They keep on delaying the payment and lying about it. I have talked to Jurene, Mels, Theo, Lyca and April (all Filipinos from Phillipines call center) and they just lie. No matter what you say in the first call will be forgotten in your next call. They even scammed a credit card number and charged me 150$ as cancellation fees without ever processing a refund..No refund until 27th January, 2016 and counting..
they cancel my reservation without contacting me
I was travelling to Egypt from Canada and I booked my ticket on September with FlightHub. My ticket was to fly on December 19th, I went to the airport and found out that I have no reservations. When I phoned the Flighthub, they told me that they cancel my ticket because the price went up!.
When I asked why nobody contacted me?
They mentioned that they e-mailed me and I STILL CANT FIND THE E-MAIL.
I also asked why they didn't phone me ? The said they don't use the phone to communicate with people, they only use E-mails.
WOW
I was lucky enough to find a seat in another flight but the ticket costs me 3 times the regular price. It was very expensive but I had no choice.
The worst service ever and I will never use them again!
worse service ever
Flighthub charged me an extra $1, 000. I wanted to change my reservation and contacted customer service. Thy said that it is possible, but I need to pay extra. When they said $1, 000 I thought that was a joke. Not only does their customer service provide any helpful information, but they are absolutely rude at dealing with customers. I paid $900 for my flight to Rio, so why would I pay extra $1, 000 to change the flight to a week earlier? It is actually cheaper to buy another flight, than to actually change a reservation. What an absolute joke of a company. I'd rather pay $5, 000 dollars to another agency than to ever use FlightHub services ever again.
price adjustment
Today Jan 6/16 I thought I was contacting American Airlines directly via telephone but was unknowingly directed to Flight Hub. I typed in American Airline on my computer and this is what comes up. American Airlines™ Canada - American Airlines Official Site Adamericanairlines.flighthub.com/+[protected]. So I called the number listed and proceeded to book my flight. The lady on the telephone did not tell me about any offers. Once I got off the phone I noticed that the website has an all day sale offering discounts, she never brought this up. I spent the next few hours trying to get through and was told there was nothing they could do because they already gave me the lowest flight. I offered to email what I was seeing and the woman assisting me declined . The only thing she offered was to cancel my tickets for $75.00. I explained to her how mis leading the website was indicating $20 discount on flights to LAX and she said there was nothing she could do because it was only for one specified flight. That is not true, the website has had this deal on all day. The customer service I received was horrendous and I am very disappointed that she would not even direct me to speak with somebody about this. Here is the deal. TODAY'S PROMOTIONS We Change our promotions everyday! We select the destinations that are the most popular! Flights to Los Angeles $20 OFF Flights to Lagos$20 OFF Flights to Davao$16 OFF Hotels in New YorkUp to 55% OFF Hotels in Las VegasUp to 55% OFF Offers only valid until Jan 5, 2016 I certainly hope somebody from FlightHub contacts me to rectify this.
booked based on lies
We are going on the first trip ever for our family. There is not 6 of us, there are 7. I booked through Flighthub and wanted a direct flight as we have so many as well as little kids. The fellow was so great, so helpful, trying to find ways to help our large family save money. He ended up selling me on a one stop on the way and one stop on our way home...ONLY because he said we would never have to leave the plane. Now I received an itinerary change, and when I looked into it, they explained we get off the plane at both places. They will NOT help change anything or help us in any way now and it was FLIGHTHUB that made this error. If you were to go back and listen to that call that was taped for quality assurance! you would see exactly what was said! I am so very disgusted with FLIGHTHUB for doing this to our family, and on our very first ever vacation to top it off! I already have an anxiety disorder and now I am not even going to be able to enjoy myself as I will be sick with worry that we will miss flights or not have time to get things in, order! Please help us with this, I am looking to AirCanada to help with this as FLIGHTHUB doesn't seem to have someone to e-mail this information to as well! There was to be NO leaving the plane, there would be one stop each way, but we would NOT have to leave the plane! Please help us, I am so very sick now and this will ruin our whole family vacation. We do not have a lot of money and have saved for this trip for a very long time! Our oldest child is going to be 23, that is how long it took for us to be able to save...then we have 12, 10, 7 and 3 year old boys. My husband has also never been anywhere before. I did this ahead of time and then set it aside because it was a Christmas gift and now it is being shattered!
refund for a canceled flight due to winter storm, jan 27, 2015, east coast
Dec. 28, 2015 Subject: Unable to get a $1, 364.46 refund from Flighthub because of a cancelled flight, due to a Severe Winter Storm on the East Coast on Jan. 26-28, 2015 which closed all regional airports. Flighthub reference number [protected], Delta record locator G6YPQ8, Alitalia record locator NANSBM. Nov. 4, 2014, my 20 year old daughter, Emily, a junior at St. Lawrence University, booked a flight through Flighthub to fly from Burlington to Rome on January 27, 2015 and return on May 16 to participate on a semester abroad program in Italy. The cost of the round trip ticket was $1, 364.46. On Jan 26, 2015 she was advised by Flighthub to contact them because the airlines, Alitalia, had made changes to her itinerary. She was offered other flight options, but those were unacceptable to her due to much longer travel time, and she would have missed the beginning of her spring semester in Italy. She was advised by Flighthub that she would receive a refund for this change of itinerary and that she should pick another option that best suited her schedule and pay separately for that. She did that and paid another $1, 613.18 for a round trip ticket that would avoid the Winter Storm on the East Coast and get her to Italy in time for her classes to begin. I began contacting Flighthub on Feb. 5, 2015. Flighthub told me that “they were verifying the information, proceeding to rectify the situation, will send email to Alitalia, escalating the situation, Yes you will get a refund”. On Feb. 27th I was told “refund still processing, bank process-usually 4-8 weeks, ongoing, and calling about status, be patient”. April 6, 2015 called, ” “Alitalia not processing refund, Flighthub will call me back, personally responsible” April 11, “Already forwarded email, Alitalia not respond, documents were changed, miscommunication with airlines, rest assured you will get refund, Supervisor Regan will call when refund confirmed, just need to wait for airline to respond, nothing we can do right now. May 17, “Supervisor’s not available, Regan will call back”- No call. June 4, “Supervisors not available, someone will call back”- No call. Sept. 13, “Support desk working on getting refund, no update from airline” Oct. 30, called Alitalia Airlines directly, “Please write to customer.[protected]@alitalia.it to express your concerns and we will respond” Nov. 4, called Alitalia Airlines customer service, explained the situation and email, they said “Don’t know why travel agency told me to contact airlines. This is an easy case. Their ticket was issued through other channels; the ticket issuer is responsible for the refund. Find a solution through Flighthub”. Nov 11, 2015- received an email from Flighthub: call them at [protected] for further details. I was told a refund was not available due to the fact that a year had elapsed because of the flight cancellation. HELP!
cancellation ticket
I bought my tickets with flight hub for $5008 Canadian and some health emergency happened and I couldn't travel I provide all my dr notes and finally they said they will charged me for $250 Canadian and they will refund my money for$4008 and they emailed me to confirm my payment, after my flight date they call back and said they want to charge me for $ 180 per passenger more and I had fight with them .they still didn't refund my money and I am in legal action with them I hope some authority and government organization take care of this fraud other wise they will enjoy of stealing people money
Similar thing happened to me... I booked a flight and it stated it would be $403 including tax before my transaction; then, after my transaction, I found that they charged me $525! I called the agent and told them what happened to me. The supervisor asked me to read through carefully and said like I was supposed to pay $525 instead of $403 originally. She did not even say sorry!
I checked the website and I could still see the price for most of tickets were written as $403. I asked her to refund the money then she said that I cannot get my money back unless I pay for the penalty which cost like $100. I told her " I cannot deal with you no more since you avoid solving the problems and blame me for the cause instead of realizing your company's fault."
I called the bank and explained what happened to me. The bank agent told me that he felt sorry for what happened to me; He then asked me to call the company's agent again since it might take a while to be processed.
I checked the website after 1 hour and I found that they fixed the prices...
Rather, I found that the company wrote the price in USD instead of CAD... USD was written very tiny and in a white colour. How can I catch that?
The flight was within Canada so they should write the price in CAD, not USD!
They also pretend like they are selling the tickets cheaper than any other companies (i.e., up to 80% sales) ; this is not true and they should stop false advertising !
All I experienced from the company was this : 1) Unexpected charge 2) Blaming the client for the cause instead of realizing their mistakes or fault 3) Rude or unprofessional customer services
overbilling by flight hub
Flight Hub seems to charge you $ 4.02 more than what your invoice from them shows, when you receive your credit card bill per ticket ! They are hoping that you don't notice this charge and you won't fight it. Now imagine if they are doing it to millions of customer's, how much money they are making ! So if you buy a ticket for $ 1, 000, they will even send you an invoice for $ 1, 000, but 2-3 days afterwards when the charge cones on your credit card, it will be for $ 1, 004.02, so about 4 bucks more per ticket ! Also instead of Flight Hub, some other vendor or merchant like " TEH CANADA " shows up on your credit card bill !
