Two weeks after your grand opening I received coupons to use on the day of the grand opening. And they were expired. Thanks, a lot. Also no one knows how the gas points work. We have read the rules on it and that was so vague. We have talked to employees and each one was wrong. This complaint according to the website is too short. So, I guess I can Ieave it as is or write a bunch of non-sense.

Desired outcome: I would like to have the coupons that I missed out on.

It would be ideal if you approach customer service to explain the gas points system and additionally seek a solution regarding the expired coupons. Emphasizing certain points like untrue information shared by the workers could enable them to deal with the problem better.
