Tv was taken the 28th august to zevenwagt mall's game centre to be repaired. Week later feedback was given I need to pay r1000 for replacement part. Which I have done. On 11 ocotber 2019, I when to store to follow up on progress. First of all I was told I did not pay repair fee which I informed them I did. They (staff) contacted repair centre and informed me tv is repaired an is being courier to store and I would be able to collect on monday the14th october. I phoned on 15th ocotber again to enquire but again the supervisor confronted me about r1000 repair fee due, I than informed her it was paid. She took my number told me she will follow up. When she called back she informed me that tv is still by repairs and hopefully I will have it by next week only. I feel that I was lead down by staff for not being honest the first time. To get rid of my query it seems the easy thing to tell me tv is repaired and will be courier.
