Induction oven S/N RSO33075Q
I am waiting for my Smarter Cookware Promotion cookware. The item was originally purchased from Monark Appliance in Concord, CA on 4/8/2021 and delivery was promised for 6/15/21. When it hadn't arrived by 9/3/2021 I cancelled my order with Monark and found my stove at Friedman's Appliance in Pleasant Hill, CA and purchased it 9/3/2021 S/N RS033075Q. It was delivered two days later.
My second claim for a cash rebate is #U25Y3KJFZX. I purchased a total of four appliances
My email has changed since I submitted the claim so I no longer receive e-mail since 11/13/21 at dimick.[protected]@gmail.com. New e-mail is [protected]@dimicklaw.net. I would have missed any correspondence from that date forward.

Stackable washer dryer
I always have bought ge stackable washer dryers. My stackable started having multiple problems and ge sent out 2 people at different times to fix it. It was never fixed I spoke to the customer service dept numerous times; and they tried to help but it never worked so they agreed to replace the unit—- but only if I paid $700 for it. I unfortunately did, and it was delivered by Home Depot. I told Customerservice I wanted a receipt but they told me they would not/could not give me one.
So now I have the other ge washer dryer unit I paid for.
Around a year old or so? So far I have paid $800 to have the washer and dryer fixed separately.( this is in addition to the $700 I paid for the unit). AFTER my experience with the ge techs not fixing things in the past I called a different appliance repair company. The washer problem still exists- a lot of squeaking when the washer agitates.
I'm so frustrated! The appliance repair person thought he fixed it but it still squeaks.
He says there is nothing more he can do and if it continues that it will wreck the machine.
I swear to you I feel like although ge stackables were so great in the past— the last 2 that I have owned are lemons! If GE doesn't replace this at no cost to me I will never buy ANY ge appliances again.

Hotpoint 15cu refrigerator service call o65433988. 12/13/2021. Refund request
Did not check fans, Motor, defrost heater, condenser, back of refrigerator or ANY PART OF THE REFRIGERATOR
Opened freezer door, said not overpacked or blocked vents. just the door opened a bit when I closed the refrigerator door. He said it would just recycle and go back to normal.
I taped freezer door shut.
One day after he left the refrigerator started vibrating loudly, banging now for 5 DAY AND NIGHT. I cancelled return service call for the 27, fearing I would be left without a refrigerator I purchased a new LG refrig to be delivered on 12/22. I have recorded the sounds on my phone if required.

Oven deflector unavailable after melting on hot surface ignitor
Deflector oven plate WS01L01610 no longer available.
This 8 year old oven, a PCGB995SET2SS has had the deflector oven plate melt immediately over the hot surface ignitor (which seems to be a very common problem) and might constitute a safety/fire issue.
To add to this problem, GE has discontinued this part with no replacement or solution.
This leaves their customers in the position of using an appliance that potentially can get worse and cause a fire or safety issue or purchase another.
This part has been used on many ovens where parts are supplied by GE.
Their lack of concern or solution might suggest buying another brand if/when replacing your appliance.
Desired outcome: A replacement option should be made available as a safety solution.
GE Dryer
Bought a GE Smart he steam dryer at Big Sandy Superstore in Paintsville, Ky. About two weeks after installing it, it started making a loud tumbler noise; after at least four service visits by the BS technician, the dryer noise just gets worse after each visit. The tech says its just a lemon, yet they keep ordering parts for it, as he did today, as required by his boss. I am a patient man, but this is ridiculous. You can't stand the noise this thing makes while drying clothes, and we were promised a whisper-quiet machine. This has been going on for about 10 months now, and no resolution to the problem.

Lowes had someone just install my GE dishwasher that I ordered back in Sept. It took it two months to get here, however, I am not happy with the outside appearance. The base has 2 long slits on each side and two screws showing. It looks unfinished. I am wondering it a cover is missing for the base. I never had a dishwasher that looks like this on the bottom. When I went to Lowes to look they did not have a white dishwasher on display, they had a stainless steel one and I did not see the base of it. I bought it because it was white and had a stainless steel inside, which I was looking for. The appearance is however lacking when the bottom looks like something is missing. I am hoping you can provide some help in this matter.

I had an appointment for today 12/3/21 between 1&5pm at 4pm the serviceman called stating he wasn't coming and gave no reason. Said I need to call and reschedule, when I called the next service date given was 12/10... 7 days later which is unacceptable...GE would charge me the service fee if you showed and nobody was home. As for customer service I should be the next appointment the following work day without Ge charging the service fee. Not only did you cost me time and money waiting on your service after calling for a new appointment I'm told to call back in the morning to see if the new date of 12/10 can be changed...That's great service Ha!

I bought a dryer on 4/15/21 the dryer broke on 11/16/21 i called warranty company and they referred me to a repair company the guy who answered the phone had horrible customer service, i called the warranty company back and they gave me a appointment for December 3rdwith another repair service i asked if there was anything sooner, i was told they will look and it will take 48 hrs to hear back. I tried calling Ge line back but left on hold for way to long They never called me or emailed me with any information, i called Ge customer service line to get a link to make a complaint after waiting 1hr and 5 mins on hold the lady said she can't help me and that i have to find it online myself.. Your customer service is horrible, the service repair people you use are horrible. I called the repair people that are supposed to come fix my dryer on the 3rd several times and no one has answered.. I will never buy another Ge product or will i take one for free, and i will tell everyone i know about the poor service u offer so they don't buy your product either

It all started with when we changed the water filter and the water stopped completely. Not even 6 mknths into the new appliance and we called GE to lodge a complaint. Ever since then about 10 part replacements and numerous technician visits later even the ice maker is not working and we spent the entire summer without water and ice. Talking about customer service, it's a horrible experience where you would waste several hours on the phone.
If this is the kind of service I am getting in the first year itself what can I expect in coming years. If you cannot fix the issue just admit it and replace the unit. Thy always tell us that we will receive a vallbavk and we never do. Instead end up calling them ourselves with yet another technician visit. I would not recommend getting this appliance to anyone at all.

My dishwasher quit working probably due to faulty products GE sells. Horrible company their manager refuses to answer the phone and they set up fake appointments 3 total which did not show. Do not buy their products BEFORE THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. AFTER almost a month and still not one person has came to even look at product and employees will mock you.

We purchased a GE Dishwasher model GDT695SMJES from our local homecenter on April 17, 2017.
We are so fed up with this machine having problems! It is a lemon!
In July 2017 a cracked heating element was replaced.
In February 2021 the latch and switch assembly was replaced because the dishwasher would not run.
In February 2021 the lower control board was replaced because the dishwasher would not run.
In June 2021 the rinse-aid compartment leaks so much, you can't use a rinse aid.
In November 2021 something is causing a massive leak if the dishwasher is operating. Our kitchen has been flooded twice!
We have had enough of these dishwasher problems. The dishwasher is only 4 years old! GE should be building a better quality dishwasher than what this one has been!
Please send us a voucher to replace this dishwasher unit, or give us an $850 credit towards a replacement dishwasher.

I have had an issue with no water in the door dispenser and my ice keeps clumping up in the ice bin. When I made the appointment with GE, I gave them the model number, the age and the serial number and explained exactly what the problem was. I scheduled an appointment, so took the day off from my office in Manhattan. The man came, looked at the refrigerator and said the only fix is a new door, however the door is no longer available. I asked him why they didn't tell me that on the phone instead of me taking a day off from work, and paying him $200. How can a company like GE dare to pull stuff like this on faithful customers. I can say without question, I will never purchase another GE product again. I am an Architect and I have always specified GE appliances for my residential and commercial clients. NO MORE!

Ge washing machine with floating tub all models
The floating tub technology for washing machines is the worst failure in modern times. You cannot wash a single item in GE washers with this technology because the tub will be out of balance and not spin out. You cannot wash a jacket or a heavy sweater or any item that will soak up a lot of water and be heavy on the rinse cycle. It will not spin out! This will be leaving you to wash the same cloths over and over and over again until you find the right balance. This goes the same for delicate small loads. They simply will not spin out leaving your cloths in a puddle of water! Ratings for GE washers with this technology should be rated -stars. Negative stars! I will tell everyone I know not to make the mistake of buying one. The retailers that sell these pieces of excrement do not know a damn thing and can tell you nothing. i.e. Lowes home centers and the like. This is not a repair issue this is a design issue. To my knowledge there is no fix. There should be a manufactures recall, apology to everyone that made the mistake of purchasing one and a rebate check attached for the purpose of purchasing a competitor's product.

This is the worst design ever. The guy who sold it to me told me that this machine is "the biggest disappointment" he has ever seen. However, for a single mom with 3 teens who invested in this machine (specifically because I trusted GE!) it is far more than "disappointing". The repair man told me it is unfixable and I should just run it until is dies (currently every time I run it, it sounds like an animal being tortured). Unacceptable. I would like my money returned, but I can't get through to a human at GE to process a complaint. Disgusted.
I agree wholeheartedly! Ge replaced my laundry center in March 2021–after not being able to fix my other one; made me pay 700$ for it. It’s December 2021 now and the new one isn’t working. I’ve paid 800 to get it fixed- 300 for dryer and 500 for washer. The 500 was refunded to me because something else is now wrong and they say it is unfixable. Didn’t want to have ge “techs” come out as they are clowns. Called customer relations- no help. Told them I do not want it fixed- but want my 700$ back- I bought another brand to b delivered tomorrow.I can’t wait another week for the clowns to come out, promise me a fix, order parts, wait a month for arrival and then try it all again for nothing. Ge Washer... service
My washer quit working, called service, took them 2 weeks to come out for 1st appt. - then said 4 weeks for the next appt. - to get the parts. The parts arrived 3 weeks ago - but they would not move up the repair appt. They were supposed to come today - but I didn't know that I would need to be available by phone by 7.30 am. They left a VM - I called back as soon as I saw the msg - at about 8.15 am. then another msg. was left - saying the appt. was cancelled and it would take another week to come back out.
IF THEY HAD TOLD ME TO BE AVAILABLE AT 7.30 AM - I WOULD HAVE MADE SURE MY PHONE WAS RIGHT NEXT TO ME -BUT NO ONE MENTIONED THIS TO ME WHEN THEY MADE THE APPT. FOR TODAY!

However when I called Home Deport in Staten Island, New York they said the extended warranty runs consecutive with the warranty offered by GE. That defeats the purpose of an "extended warranty" and I am extremely upset that no one will help me. My last resort was writing to ask for assistance.
