One of your forks had a sharp edge and it slid across my lip and cut my lip. Shouldnt they be checked before getting put back out? It pretty muched burned the whole time I ate and for the rest of the day when I spoke. I come and eat here all the time and with the exception of small inconveniences I come back because the food is good. This time it was a huge inconvenience being that the problem dragged on past the dinner.

It is Easter Sunday so I decide to take my boys out to eat. It was packed ofcourse but we sat down to eat and got a great Server named Susan at the Dothan Alabama Golden Corral. She was very attentive and sweet. I walked away to get my food and left my kids at table. I walk back and heard her say, "It would be nice if you pulled up youre chair in a nasty voice. I wasnt sure I heard that right so I asked my son did she really say that?! Her name was Heather by the way.He said yes and said mom she is RUDE! Apparently she was trying to sweep the food off floor from previous guest but my son was eating. I was so mad! I work in customer service and I know how you are supposed to deal with guest and this waitress does NOT have customer service skills at all..I frequent there at least once a month and i enjoy it, as well my boys but this was a horrible experience. I pay good money to eat there with my family and to be treated with such disrespect is not tolerable! Nobody has the right tp speak to kids like she spoke to my son..I hope neNastybusilden Corral will screen their waitresses alittle better because if this kind of things keep happening you will loose business and have alot of complaints. I am highly disatisfied. But kudos to Susan for being a excellant server may God bless her and you all give her some type of acknowledgement for a job well done. Ticket number 0865 in palmbay florida 6:03pm.$51.16.From the moment we walked in door no pepsi, had to get from table, that was our sign.There was no food to pick from!It was like we had the scrapes from the week.I approached the lady in the dessert area and i said is there any dessert, she said im only 1 person i said for the amount of money we paid theres NOTHING to choose from, no dinner or snacks.The bowls for dessert were even out the lady said it was the servers job.I asked about the strawberries also she said they were out, then the banana pudding she said its only vanilla we are out of banana.SO they were out of basically everything.What is a buffet place with no food to eat.Im not happy and would like a refund of my Money.Let me just add that the last visit we had also a roach crawled across my table and they moved us and said the exterminator needs to come back out.This place is falling apart, that will be the last time we go there.[protected] please contact me.my name is dawn

My bf and i were tight on money and thought we had enough coming in not knowing tax was $1 etc the woman next to the lady checking us out laughed and said mhhmm wow and they got water and still couldn't afford to eat we just walked away it was very rude and embarrassing i told my family and friends about it and they were shocked to think someone would act like towards someone who is tight on money and down on there luck right now
I visited Golden Corrol on Inernational Dr., 11701 International Dr. . I was filling a job application while eating. I proceeded to go get some food. On my way to get my food which was paid for; I saw manager Tangela King. I thought she was the manager from the way she was dressed. I said hello. She didn't respond. Instead, she gave me the nasty look. Later she embarrassed me infront of customers; saying she didn't want me to wrk there because she heard I was arrested. My charges were dropped. When i researched her; she was arrested in 2003 with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. It was a felony charge. I felt she discriminated me

I usually go in and dine at Golden corral, becuase i love the food. My kids live it as well. I went to go eat lunch today at Golden Corral and i am not happy by how i was treated. The young lady upfront was very rude. I took out my card tonpay like i always do. She tells me they don't except debit cards. When i just went last week and ate there. I payed with a debit card. Im not upset about the card, I am upset becuase of how i was treated. I hope this gets fixed soon. I love eating there, but will not go back if the employeea are going to be rude.

My family and i have been loyal customers of golden corral for years. We enjoy going to the Golden Corral here in Houston Texas located off of 45 South Gulf Freeway at Fuqua i believe is the exit its newly remolded i believe the head manager named is Ed. My complaints is about on manager that's normally there at night he's an African American guy. Two or maybe three weeks ago the they had some new ice cream that's normally never served i asked the ppl behind the bakers counter what was in it and their respond was chocolate n swirls that's it. So i proceed to get some and as i was eating the ice cream i discovered mini peanut butter cups in it which I'm allergic to. As leaving out i stop to tell the manager who's the black guy he went on to tell me its my fault their not responsible for what's in the food and i was explaining to him the ladies didn't know if i had known i wouldn't have gotten it to better educate their employees being very rude over talking me and not listening to what i had to say i am a customer. Another thing we went last night 3/2/17 and he was there in so many words he accused my mom and i of stealing food which i myself attempted to pay for as i approached the register the lady manager had closed down the register so she told me not to worry about it he was very loud ppl were still eating and employees were there at the time when he went off on us even though i explained what happened it didn't matter we made him loose money he stated his attitude is very nasty and horrible he's not management friendly very wishy washy it was embarrassing being talk to like that in front of employees I'm no longer going back to that location and I'm a long time golden corral eater since the 90s many of the waiters know my family and i and have good relationships with them. From here on out i will go to the one located in Pearland you have just lost a long time customer at the Gulf Freeway Location due to management we don't steal anything we want we buy
buffet steak and shrimp
My family and I decided to eat at the store #0682 in Flowood MS. We didn't have a problem with our server she was friendly.
There we a lot of children there with their families including my 13, 11 and 9 year old. There were lots of children at the buffet with plates unassisted by there parents none of the staff said a word to them. We walked to the bar and assisted our 9 yr old daughter she was holding her own plate and the manager shouted at my wife. No! No! No! You have to fix her plate! Mind you there were small children walking around with plates unassisted. This happend every time we went with her to fix a plate. The last time at the chocolate fountain I went with my 8yr old. There were for kids at the fountain already the man behind the bar said nothing to them. When my daughter and I walked up. He said are you with her sir? I replied "yes". He said "you have to fix her's". I asked him why he didn't say anything to the other four kids. He said he was about to. Also we could not get the man serving steak and shrimp to serve us. I feel like we were discriminated against because our race.
I have never complained before but this experience was frustrating and I am not satisfied. We spent $70 and didn't even get to try the steak and shrimp.

I am never going to this golden corral and that sucks because this is the only one near by. The food and waiting service was great no problems there but asking for cotton candy and having the lady roll her eyes and throw her hands around is was a big problem then she just walks away without asking if that was it. This happened to me twice maybe 20 min apart. Then when I asked for a manager to let them know I had to wait 10 minutes for him to get there. He didn't look me in the eyes are at me at all. Then talking to him was like talking to a 16 yr old McDonalds worker, kept saying umm and as for a solution to my problem I was told yeah she is like that and yes you are right. That's it nothing else was done. So more people are going to ask this lady for help and get the same #### service I received. Completely unacceptable.

Golden corral franchise in Florida City Florida Exit 1 for starters the establishment has roaches, recently it was closed for a day by inspection for this filth. The employees are not allowed to have cell phones inside because management feel that the nasty unprofessional treatment would have them to take pictures and report and expose this filth. The GM Jim Feliciano cares nothing about his servers or any other employees he has working in his establishment all they care about is making their money at the door and they can care less about gratuity for the employees or even if they get tipped on the table whatsoever this is the only establishment that I have ever seen as far as having servers and the most people don't leave anything on the table how are these people supposed to survive and take care of their families. One of the kitchen managers by the name of Michelle who was also a manager previously for Walmart and was terminated for theft, is by far one of the rudest managers I have ever encountered and I have seen some things in my days on this Earth. she has no professionalism and she is a bully and whatever she goes through at home with her girlfriend is displayed when she gets to work on all of the employees sometimes even customers she has caused so many people to either get fired or walk out altogether on their job because of her actions and the unprofessional treatment that she uses and gets away with. She has even done this so much that one of the other managers Ralph who is over the front line or servers has sent her home for harassing his employees, everyone in that establishment is miserable and unhappy they smile in each others face and talk about each other behind their backs especially management. depending on the cooks in the kitchen determines if the food is going to be good or bad. The employees are overworked and underpaid and the managers are lazy they don't do anything besides count the money and make sure that the employees are on their shifts so they don't have to do anything if someone calls out or is running late. The GM manager Jim Feliciano hires cute little young teenage girls because he likes them and even if they don't pass any of the personality test he would also make the management I guess Who game something personal in return even though his wife works there and is a manager as well her name is Ellie Feliciano. Recently an employee was asked by Michelle to do something I guess that wasn't in her job description so she refused and let that manager know that's not her job so the manager asked her to leave for the day the employee also refused to leave ending her shift early and ultimately was terminated and escorted by police. and this was approximately two weeks ago. when customers get upset or scream from finding roaches near their stations or tables management gets upset and belittles that customers saying that they act like they don't have roaches at home. On holidays they up the price from their regular Sunday meal to gain more money from customers because they know it's going to be a higher volume because it's a holiday and people don't want to cook, another manager by the name of Steve comes off in your face is nice but really he's Prejudiced and does not like black people. the only people he Associates with are the ones that speak Spanish, this place is evil and motivated by the devil if you even speak of the higher power and that plays they automatically cut you off and keep it short because they do not serve God. They tell you to say do an act a certain way but they do not lead by example as managers and it is very sad how can you tell someone to do something but not sure that example of yourself and your in a higher position of them? The only person associated with this establishment that is very decent and in good standings is the boss that's over the GM which his name is Jim Brown but he overseas so many different establishments even out of state in North Carolina that is difficult for him to know when what and everything that's going on but I believe if these things were brought to his attention he would get rid of the entire management and replace them. Recently this year line and server manager Ralph and also GM Jim Feliciano were almost in a physical altercation inside the establishment during business hours with customers present and Michelle the other manager of the kitchen had to get in the middle of them and take her outside to cool down because he was overwhelmed with everything that is being put on him and not giving a chance to get days off or breaks or even vacation time. And this establishment does not give their employees breaks they go sometimes over eight hours if not more without eating anything or even allowed to grab something from the bar of this Buffet, which is against labor laws. I hope someone in a high position of authority can investigate these allegations and talk to each and every individual employee as well as management to see what comes up some of them might not be truthful because of afraid to losing their job but I'm sure the right ones would tell the truth even if it meant their jobs or being terminated. but in the event that that does not happen I'm sure God my higher power sees everything and if things does not change and his rant like an establishment should be it will be run down or even shut down sorry to say.

I was recently an employee of the golden corral in centerville, ga . The store manager was very rude all the time . He doesnt give anyone the respect thatthey deserve he's very inconsiderate about everything, i wasnt feeling good one day, but i wasnt feeling that way when i first came to work ...So as i started to work i start to feel bad so i go and notify my manager as i approach him, i notice and feel something come up ...So i immediately go to the rest room. There was a customer in the rest room while i was vomiting and ran quickly as i was washing my hands out the door to tell the manager that i was vomiting and she would call health services because she thought that i didnt wash my hands because she didnt see me she was too busy trying to run out and tell, so as i approach my manager to finish what i was saying he blew me off with "bye, go home !" humiliating me in the front of the lien customer and others as well... I dont feel like he should have his job because everyone complains about shai he's not nice at all he's a huge headache and shouldnt be working as head managment of golden corral in centerville, ga, other than that the other three managers are excellent !

When we go out the six of us it's not cheap. We expect to have hot and good tasting food. Unfortunately that was not the case at the Christiansburg Golden Corral. We were treated poorly and wad told the food on the buffet was all we were going to receive it was to close to closing to try and waste food this was 7:30 p.m we left after already paying and never ate. We are very dissatisfied with your restaurant .

Went to this place on feb 5 2017 at 9:23 am and they did not have much food on buffet and were out of orange juice and no one told u that when u ask what do u want to drink. And then when u ask about they were VERY nasty about it. This place has gone down hill. The waitress never checked on us we had to go to her. We use to eat here often and now I can spend my hard earned money on this stuff

I have not been out for a while do to cancer and brain surgery and I missed Golden Corral. I was so disappointed cause I spent $65.00 to enjoy a meal with my family and it was nasty. I felt sorry for the people who worked there who had to get on the intercom and tell people to take control of their small children. Small children grabbing food with their hands, that we got up and left the food on the table. I was actually afraid to eat anything due to having cancer and may catch something from the food being handled. Thank you

I am a regular customer of Golden Corral in Mary Esther Florida. I go here about once a week and get a to-go box on my lunch break and usually I have no complaints the food is great. I went in today and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food that I got. The bacon was hard as a rock, the deviled eggs tasted like they had been out there for days, and the fried catfish was rubbery and I couldn't even eat half of it. Very disappointed.

When we arrived the Cashier asked how many? I said 3 of us but only 2 on 1 Ticket She got loud with me and said it don't matter I'm not ringing you up now anyway with an attitude an the other worker who was with her just got together with her and whispered something; We have so much going on with our City and it's so sad that you cant go and pick up something to eat . Every year I call and let the restaurant know I will be bringing a large party and never have I had a problem. I called this year and Alyssa takes the call I explain how many will be in the party she tells me I can't save you tables it will be busy. I explain I call and do this every year because it is a large party. She again says she won't save us tables it will be busy and we won't be seated together if they are busy. Again I ask if something has changed I do this every year so they are aware of our party at this she says I TOLD YOU WE CANT HOLD YOUR TABLE . I always call ahead because of the size of the party as a courtesy so we don't have to wait for a long period of time. I ask for her manager. Another woman gets on the telephone she mumbles her name and then she tells me the same thing that they will seat us where tables are available. I have never had this issue before. I always call ahead because it is a Holiday my father is ill and can't stand for long periods of time. No. I don't want to take my family to dinner and not sit together. Your managers need retraining. Nowhere on your web page does it say that you will not take large parties together. The treatment was reprehensible for a customer service facility. If this is how you train your managers it will be the last year we come to your restaurant for fathers day. I feel your establishment is cultivating the wrong attitude in your managers, without loyal customers you won't have a business that people want to frequent. The managers do not need retraining, you do. You as a consumer needed to look at that place the last few times you have been to see how busy it is on a holiday. It is a seat yourself facility, not a wait to be seated. They do not take reservations, and they can not, and will not, reserve nonreservable tables. People like you make it impossible to work with the public with your attitudes and unreasonable expectations. For what it costs to eat here you can take your dad to a WAIT TO BE SEATED eatery and avoid treating employees like dogs, unless that is what you aim for.

We were charged an additional $3 each because it was weekend and told the entrees such as salmon and prime would be available after 4PM. I visited the Golden Corral on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, in Rockford, Illinois at approximately 4:59 PM. The cost for my meal, without a drink, was $13.10. The restaurant was not as busy as usual, so I didn’t have to wait in line to pay for my meal or wait to be seated. I have eaten at this location on numerous occasions so I was surprised at how seemingly empty it was. Needless to say, I seated myself in the section directly facing the deserts, but I sat in the rear by the window. A young white couple was seated directly in front of me; an older white couple was seated to my right, and another elderly white couple was seated to my left. From the time I sat down until the time I left, which was approximately 45 minutes later, no one... and I do mean NO one... not a single staff member spoke a single word to me or in any way acknowledged my presence. Seriously, NO server approached my table to introduce themselves (as is customary at Golden Corral and most other eating places). I received no greeting whatsoever, and I was never asked if my food was okay or if I needed anything. However, two different waitresses, on several different occasions did approach the white couples seated to my left, my right and directly in front of me to offer assistance and to ensure their dining needs were being meet. I also watch them stop and talk to other diners in my seating area. I even saw them pour drinks from some and get diner rolls for others. But NO one approached my table. After the couple seated to my left completed their meals and arose to leave, I voiced my dissatisfaction over the lack of service that I had received. I even commented on the fact that everyone else in the area was being served but I was being totally ignored. The wife just smiled and said “bad service does not deserve a tip” and then departed. After completing my meal, I approached the restaurant manager to voice my dissatisfaction of the lack of service and she offered a weak, insincere apology... that’s it. Nothing more. When I return to my table I observed the manager talking to one of the waitresses that I had complained about so I interrupted and said, “You totally ignored me the entire time I was here. You offered assistance to and greeted everyone around me but ignored me like I was invisible.” The server also gave me a very weak, insincere apology as well. So I picked up my receipt, held it high and said, “I need to take this with me so I can file an online grievance.” Both the server and the manager gave me a blank stare so I took my receipt and left, saying, “I will never eat in the restaurant again” and walked out. No one made any attempts to stop me or approach me to inquire about my experience. Besides, the food was horrible. It’s usually pretty good but today it was cold and flavorless, which may explain why the restaurant was half-empty. I did absolutely NOTHING to deserve this kind of mistreatment, so I will NEVER eat at the Rockford, Illinois Golden Corral location again. Update: On Thursday, December 10, 2015, I received a call from a guy claiming to be a District Manager for Golden Corral. After asking about my complaint and hearing my explanation he tried to justify the actions of the wait-staff by saying “one waitress was coming on and the other waitress was leaving.” Imagine that... one waitress was starting her shift and the other waitress was leaving... even thought I sat there for approximately 40 minutes and both waitresses were helping other customers the entire time. In fact, they were both still there when I left. I then stated that I will not be eating there again and hung up. Wow! I get mistreated at the restaurant, ignored by the manager on duty, and then get a call from a District Manager who tries to justify the wait-staff’s actions. This is clearly NOT the kind of company that my associates or I want to do business with.
They probably looked blankly at your threat of filing an online grievance because such a thing does not exist.
