I went in to your store at lunch time and saw a purse. 9/14/23. The price sticker popped off from the inside and I couldn't find it anywhere, so I was charged $9.99. I went next door to Dollar Tree and I felt something stuck on my arm and clothing - the sticker that popped off! (as it was the original price for the purse and it says purse on that original sticker at $7.99). So I march back excited and an employee got me to calm down. Another employee went back to put another sticker price on it but now I feel this isn't right and had asked for a refund to the original $7.99 (if the sticker had not pop off, yes I would've paid $7.99.) They wouldn't budge, I said thank you and left. I won't argue because I know it's unfair. I waited til today to write as I was very busy with my new roommate moving in over the weekend.
Now, I'm not lying or cheating in any way. They said purses are all $9.99, but I didn't put $7.99 on it, it was someone in the back, so don't blame me. Not my fault the incorrect price sticker was on it, that's the way I found it. My white/ yellow sticker said purse, $7.99. I wish it didn't pop off and I wish I found it from my shirt before they put another price sticker on it. What would you do?
What I do want, is to be allowed to go back to that store, get a refund and to be re-rung back up at the original price that was on the purse. I didn't do anything wrong, and you have cameras that you see me looking all around and asking help from an employee. Now, do right and see the honesty here. Help.
Desired outcome: I want to go back and be charged the proper original price please. I want justice place. Thank you.
