The manager there is rude unkind and very unprofessional in her dealings with people, I have had 3 situations where Mrs. Wanda proved to me that she is unqualified as to helping or working in a professional public store such as good will. She or whoever hires some of the most unorganized, unkind and rude, nasty, negative people just like her. There is a young woman working there that seems to not like her job, she too is very ugly as she and other employees are real nasty.
Ot into a heated argument on July 26, and it turned bad, and another customer join in against me, Mrs, Wanda the store manager took all m y items out of my hand and told me that she could not let me purchase any of them, why? She also proceeded to get me by my hand to tell me I needed to leave the store, I asked her 2x to get her hands off of me as I left she came along, I explained the situation of the associate raising up to me and speaking rudely to me in the store asked for the young lady name, so I could report her, and she would not give it to me
Recommendation: please donot shop @ Goodwills like Garners Ferry road because they dont have kind and proffessioal attitudes there.
It's unacceptable for anyone, let alone a store manager, to handle situations so poorly. Being denied the opportunity to purchase your items and being physically escorted out is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. No customer should have to go through such an ordeal.
You deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, and it's clear that this store isn't meeting those standards. I hope Goodwill addresses your concerns promptly and takes the necessary steps to improve their customer service.
Obviously the customer here is not telling the whole story.. if another customer took the Manager's side the OP was wrong. Three people called her out. She was most likely at fault. She "forget" to tell the whole story. They have a right to refuse service. I am sure that there is more to this. Her parents should have taught her how to behave in public.
