Paid for product and wish to cancel order
I understand the policy of paying for a product and waiting for the product to be shipped to the store. The issue is I paid for this product #56604 Black 30in w/Drawer service cart at Grand Island NE store #00673) on 11/28/2022 (Pick up order #[protected]). No notice of this product being shipped so I purchased this same product at the Kearney, NE store. I asked the Grand Island store manager if he could refund my money since I will not be needing the service cart. Grand Island store manager says I will have to wait till the product is received by the store in order to cancel this order. Obviously, I will not need a duplicate service cart. Why can't I as an Inside Track Member have my money refunded when everyone knows I will be canceling this order? Why do I have to wait till this product is shipped to the store? I did purchase this from another Harbor Freight store and will continue to be a Harbor Freight customer. Does Harbor Freight need to hold my money for something that will be eventually refunded?
Desired outcome: Refund my money that everyone knows will happen eventually, assuming the product will be shipped.
Interlocking foam mats
In October 2022, I purchased interlocking anti-fatigue mats for my greenhouse. I put them down in November realizing I was short. I then go to purchase more and when I started to lay them down, they did not match up in size. I contacted 6 stores and drove to another state to purchase an older set only to find out that the older sets numbers matched the new sets which left me still in the same delima, two separate types that will not fit together.
I would not usually complain but now I have to purchase an entire new floor instead of just completing the floor I started.
I am having to purchase 12 sets which come in 4 to a set. They were on sale for $9.99 when I purchased them but now at $10.99. That may not be much to some but to me that is alot and since I did not get the floor down before the cold, I have lost plants.
I am asking Harbor Freight to send me 12 sets that match and interlock. I would be willing to pay for a few sets since I would have to purchase more sets at $9.99 but I do not feel I should have to replace my entire floor because of a change in your Harbor Freights products.
I feel it better to contact you than to put a negative review on Google review since I have been please with Harbor Freight products other than this one.
This is a time issue since I need to get the floor down asap, so I do not loose more plants.

Free gifts with purchase
Three free gifts offered with purchase at Harbor Freight, Coure d'Alene, Idaho store, Friday 11/18 through Sunday 11/20/2022. I purchased $32 in items at 6:45 PM on 11/18, only to be advised that the store had run out of the free gifts, there would not be any more, and there were no rain checks. Do I feel like I was baited to go into the store? You bet I do.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive the items I was told I would receive during this sale.
Stolen Cart Pickup
For about a month, one of your shopping carts has been in the yard of a house which is unoccupied across from my residence. I have asked the local store personnel on at least three occasions to pick it up. It is an eye sore in my neighborhood. Apparently the cart was stolen from store in Simpsonville, SC and ended up in the yard across from my residence. Harbor Freight Credit
I have been shopping for a new generator and was interested in the Predator 3500 on sale for 899.99 until the 13th Oct. In the store and online it stated if you apply for Harbor Freight Credit you get 10% off entire purchase and so I applied online and it asked that I send my picture to the credit company and I explained to them I have a flip phone and not an i-phone. She tells me I will be notified within 10 days for approval. Reminding sell is over on the 13th of October. I only applied to get the discount. So, I go to the Bellmead TX store and asked to speak to a manager and I did speak to someone who said he was a manager and he said he couldn't do anything about it. Your store has the sign up 10% off entire purchase with application for credit card. If I had been told when I applied that it would be 10 days or a photo of myself was required I would not have wasted my time even doing it at all. I have a fully functioning Mastercard. The application reference is J25WTA.
Desired outcome: Would like to purchase the item at a discounted price and the procedure to get the card be stated before any application is filled out.

5 gallon portable air tank #65594
On Wednesday September 29 2022 I purchased the above air tank. tire shop to get it filled and was turned down. Tire companies now have a policy that won't allow them to fill portables air tanks.So I went to several gas stations and the ones that had air lines you pay $2.00 and when I went to fill tank it would only put 40 lbs. of air then stopped. They are not strong enough to fill air tank. So what I have is a air tank that I cannot fill. So I called the store # 00379 where I bought it and spoke to a girl named Lori. When I told her about my problem she said " Oh yeah you need a compressor to fill it. She did not tell me this when I bought it or I wouldn't have bought it. She also said if I return it they will charge me 20% restocking fee. She was also talking to someone else while talking to me and they found my problem very amusing. Then she told me if I didn't want to pay the 20% stocking fee then I can exchange for a compressor that was
around $200.00 more. That's quite a scam you guys have going. Sell something you know most people can't use and then charge them a 20% fee for returning.

Date: 09/25/2022. Location 9861 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Florida store. There was a special sale of Central Pneumatic 3 gallon 1/3hp pancake air compressor for $39.97. It was not available at my Harbor Freight store in St.Augustine, how ever the website stated that they are available at the above address store. I called just to make sure and was told they have 3 . I drove 33 miles to the store and asked about the item and was told they do not have it. The store manager told me that they have one on display and they can't sale it. How many air compressors they had that day on sale for $39.97? Not only that why you are showing they have available but it is the one on display and can't be sold. I also called the other store in Jacksonville on San Jose Blvd and they told me they have 2. I asked the manager to call the San Jose store and he was told that they have one and again it is the one on display and can't be sold. My complaint is that both store that had the item according to the website had only one and that one is on display. Why show available when it is not available for sale.With today's gas prices I drove 33 miles going and 33 miles coming back empty handed. Please do not show online available if it is not available for sale. Very disappointed because I called ahead of time to make sure they have it. I even asked if I can have the on display but was told they are not allowed to sell that one. Eventually I purchased one not on sale from my local Harbor Freight.
Honoring Coupons
I came in for the sole purpose of getting the 30% OFF deal on a 10' Sliding Miter Saw which sold for $149.99, I also bought the 2-year extended warranty (I did NOT receive paperwork for the warranty), and a couple of the Foldable Black Sawhorses. Instead of giving me the 30% OFF on the Mitre saw, which the salesman specifically told me he would do, I was given the 30% OFF on the SAWHORSES! The whole purpose of wanting the discount on the Mitre Saw was so I could stay in my budget yet be able to purchase the Warranty.
It is DISHONESTY to NOT give the discount on the most expensive item when assured that is what your salesman told me he would do!
I ALSO had a $15.00 store credit coupon (on my last statement) which I handed to the clerk and it was never deducted from the total.
I am tempted to come in and ONLY purchase one item instead of the four that I did this time. I have spent thousands of dollars in your store over the past seven years...maybe I will STOP!

Predator gas water pump
Please people don't buy anything from this store I bought a brand new Predator gas water pump machine and tried in many ways to turn it on and I never could when I returned it to the store they did not return my money they said it was not their problem they are racist with Hispanics and with people of color please do not buy in these stores everything they sell is useless and of very poor quality
Banks pneumatic air gun for framing.
It only lasted for one clip just one clip and a nail got stuck in the cartridge and I couldn't get it out! I take if back to the store and the Store supervisor yells at the cashier in a loud voice if there is no receit forget about it. Then she (Ronda Myrick) decided to raise her voice at me and speak to me as if I were a child, (I have been Framing for 40 years in the business) She said "your standing in the wrong line and you can't stand there. I was standing in the only line they had and because they were checking to see if they could find the purchase on my credit card, they did but sent me off anyhow because it was just past 3 months. Now I will tell everyone within ear shod and who cares to listen I usually see customers who ask me where to get products. My experience is Harbor Freight can't be trusted with tool that have moving parts there is too much risk of failure and they will let the customer"EAT It" and be humiliated by a Supervisor like Ronda Myrick at The Harbor Freight Store on Hwy 65 in Conway, AR

Bought 7/21/22 had several holes in it. I filed a warranty claim went and bought a replacement as it couldn't be exchanged in store. Rang up higher price then price tag
Bought a Hercules receptacle saw blade and the price tags said $10.99, but it rang up $19.99. There was 9 other Hercules blade on the same hook. The manager made excuses saying customers did that. Customers would not but 10 of the same item on the wrong hook. This was simply a stocking error. But, if harbor freight employees stock something under the wrong price then it should be sold at that price. Which I paid $19.99 plus tax. If this is not resolved then I am going to report this to the North Carolina dept that investigates these issues. This happened at the Harbor Freight in Durham NC

HFT (your store manager) told me that I could no longer return items to their store located in Cookeville TN---I have been an HFT customer sine 1979 & have bought MANY items from HFT in several States that I have lived in. I recently have been buying solar power motion LED lights. Several of these lights were missing parts that I didn't realize until I got home. I live about an hour from this store #00747 & have purchased many items from this store since it opened years ago. I returned several of these lights because of missing or defective parts. The problem is with YOUR employees taking things out of the boxes & putting them on the shelves as new NOT with ME. I visit & purchase from that store at least once or twice per month. I live about an hour from the store. Every time I visit this store #00747 their are diifferent employees there. Your problem is with the employees taking things out of boxes OR returned boxes being put back on the shelves as new items NOT the customers ! I ordered a sawmill it was delivered in good timing…set it up ran perfect everything was going easy and pleasant until ordering the replacement saw blade…it was on backorder and took a month or longer to finally get the replacement blade…put it on ready to get back to work and it just wasn’t working correctly…thinking it was a mistake I made I have taken it off and put back on checking everything I knew possible and still no luck…then frustrated me setting here ready to go insane looks at the blades they are completely different…the new replacement is backwards and what I mean is the the ridges are on the same side as should be but the pattern is backwards like the other ridge faces frontward on the old blade but the new blade they face backwards I have a good amount in this backwards blade that was forever getting here…so aggravating and dis hearting but thankfully I didn’t blow the engine trying to figure out the blade was cut differently than the original…
Misleading claims of in store inventory online
I checked the availability of inventory on an item needed.

"My Store" - Sterling, Virginia stated that they had that item in inventory, in store.
I drove to the Sterling store and arrived there at opening (8am) I found the area where the press was located in store, took the "take one" inventory receipt to the cashier only to have them scan it and tell me that they were out of stock, the only one they had left was the floor model and that they didn't sell their floor models. When I told them that it indicated online that the Sterling, Virginia store had inventory in stock, the cashier acknowledged and stated that they did not have the ability to update the notification online, that only the corporate office could do that.
The distance that I have to drive to get to the closest store is far. The price of fuel now (June 2022) is incredibly high. I wasted needed fuel for a trip that returned nothing.
I will make sure to note this in all social media that I can.
Harassment
Had an employee at the Houma, LA store on Martin Luther King Blvd. making loud comments towards a Customer calling him a stalker. She intentionally walked towards him to yell out stalker. He wasn’t doing anyone anything. Then girl at cash register with her skulls and bones tattoo didn’t give him the discount that was on sale after he asked about it. When the item was on discount because I had just bought the same item. It boils down to community harassment and bullying towards him. Extremely unprofessional.
Desired outcome: This needs to be addressed. I’ve seen this several times in this area.
Engine compression test kit
Bought compression test kit may 26 2022. Used for the first time week ago this June 2022. Faulty compression kit. To to store in Decatur Illinois a few days ago. Wanted a refund on faulty kit. Was told because it had been opened and used. I had to pay a restocking fee. Why pay restocking fee to restock a bad kit? I didn’t want another kit. If one was junk, I was t taking a chance on another junk kit. I also still have receipt. This is just not a good customer service practice. I will never buy another product from harbor freight. Owners don’t care about there customers. They are more concerned with fyi g around in there private jets and lining there pockets. I went to exchange my 2hp motor today at the Jasper Tx store. The store associate Eric was very helpful. I run this motor 24/7 on my will pump. The only record he could find was in January where I had to exchange this motor, still under factory warranty. I had bought the extended warranty but did not have to use it. The sales associate said the extended warranty I purchased would automatically go on the new motor (it didn’t). They cannot find any other purchases for a motor (2hp) I have bought a total of 3
Of these exact ones and am using them on my saws. I just want to exchange it and purchase another warranty which I have done on at least 2 other ones. They tend to last about 6 months. Your computer is malfunctioning I did purchase more than one and always bought the warranty on this motor. One was in the Beaumont store. Can you Help me? Thanks

Why in the heck are the restroom doors locks! Have you heard of cameras for shoplifting? When a three year old has got to go, they got to go and waiting 5 minutes for someone to come open the door after asking twice, next I will tell him to just pee in the floor and you will just have to clean it up.
