I purchased a fruit of the month club gift for my mother, but she passed away after the 2nd shipment. I contacted them to tell them and they said they would ship the remaining shipments to my home instead. The next 2 shipments went to my mom's address again. I've called in twice. I've talked with them via chat. They can't seem to fix the problem. I've asked to speak to a supervisor and even they don't seem to know how to make something right. Everyone I talk with says "not to worry" and they are very sorry but they never fix the problem. It is hard enough dealing with the loss of my mother and it makes my frustration that much worse that I have to keep trying to deal with this problem.
Desired outcome: First change the ship to address to my address. Then exxtend the subsription by 2 months so the next regular shipment comes to me and then the remaining shipments plus 2 make-up shipments come to me in order.
