10 days ago I placed my annual 5 holiday shipments. When I tried to get confirmation I saw they were duplicated. Dozen of attempts to contact anyone has been unsuccessful. The fact that I am now filling out forms and have yet to speak to a person is unacceptable.i have been ordering from you for decades .All orders were ordered simultaneously.
