Jack In The Box Cold, old, unacceptable food.

Simply ordered (4) tacos, no vehicle were in drive through lane or window. Tacos were cold, lettuce was rotten very brown, meat and cheese had turned to mush and the tortilla was an edible. Attempted to take one bite and could not even chew the tortilla, due to severe Lee being old and sitting for a very long time. Drove five minutes from the restaurant to my home and did not want to go back for such a small monetary amount of food. The service and quality of this food was disgusting and unacceptable. I had no food to give my son when I got home.

Desired outcome: Education of the staff and management at the Elk Groce, East Stockton Blvd. Location, 95757 and acknowledgment of wrong doing

Jack In The Box Service

Waited in line for over 30 minutes and no acknowledgment if the store was open or closed. All the lights were on and says 24hrs. There was an black African man working when passing the window. But he didn't acknowledge at all. This not the first time this has happened. I have lost my trust in jack in box. At least acknowledge that we customers are there. Looks this person working was doing one car at a time at best
. This is the jack in the box on 146. I don't think y'all care about customers cause keeps happening and this my fist compliant.

I have went to the jack in the box about 10 times around 1120 and they tell me it's closed! I get off late so it's one of the better places to eat. Same person seems like keeps telling me it's closed. The location closes at 12 am so why is this happening the last 10 times I have came! Quit hiring lazy people that can't do there job. Jack In The Box Dixon CA two charges, no receipt and overcharge plus mis-order

Whom do I connect to with Dixon, CA Jack in the Box? On [protected] at 8.40 AM, I was overcharged $36.66 dollars. and I also purchased a morning sausage egg breakfast for $5.47, and received ham, not sausage. I wanted a coffee, and orange juice, yet I was charged $36.66. No answers when I call.

Today April 6, 2021 i visited jack in the box #3739 via drive thru the person that checked me out was extremely rude yelling at me not a smile on her face looked like she didn't want to be there. Jack In The Box Bacon egg cheese croussant

I went to your store in Decatur TX and ordered a bacon egg cheese croissant to go. The bun was not grilled or heated. It only had 1 slice of bacon and the cheese was not melted. I do not understand why the quality of your food has suffered.

This had always been my breakfast sandwich. But I like it hot and it came out cold.

Also the service was very slow. I stood at the counter forc10 m8nutes before anyone came to wait on me. I was the only person there. You need to improve the service and the quality of your food

3/25/2021 at 1:00am I had ordered DoorDash from the jack-in-the-box off state street. My order was missing 1 sandwich and loaded tacos. I called the restaurant to tell them I'm missing stuff and asked them if I could come pick it up. Jack In The Box burger order

after being homebound for a year we go out to eat a burger...we try jack in the boxin festus, missouri..
we had to order 2 or 3 times we finally got the person to understand we wanted 2 combo meal and 7 combo meal and he asked what we wanted on our #10...we didn't order #10.ok when we got our #2 it was supposed to have lett., tom., xtra onion., no cheese he said ok...we got #2 with cheese ., bacon., and plenty of butter...I WANTED TO COMPLAIN BECAUSE I DON'T EAT CHEESE I TOOK ABOUT 3 OR 4 BITES AND COULDN'T EAT ANYMORE. IT WAS VERY BAD I COULDN'T EAT IT
THE EMPLOYEES LOOKED VERY SLOPPY WE ONLY SAW 2 BUT THEY NEEDED TRAINI NG ON HOW TO DRESS FOR A JOB..IT MIGHT BE ANOTHER YEAR BEFORE WE COME BACK...AND WE WILL COMPLAIN TO PEOPLE WHEN WE GET A CHANCE...

Jack In The Box Service

March 24, 2021, 4:43:54pm, JTB #133, order #183, drive-thru service. One customer in front of me who they made pull over and wait for his meal. No one behind me. No other vehicles in parking lot. I waited several minutes at pick-up window after ordering before ANYONE came to the window. I handed my credit card to "Jenefrida", young Hispanic female. She returned my card WITHOUT A RECEIPT and told me to pull forward to wait. I pulled in front of store and waited and waited and waited. Jenefrida brought me my meal. I asked if I go my receipt. She went back in store. I waited and waited and waited. By now, I was NOT HAPPY!.. Jenefrida brought me the receipt and told her I was going to complain about the wait. And then she had the nerve to say: You better after for your receipt next time. Oh, well, you just lost a customer who is going to tell EVERYONE about my experience at Jack in the Box. Thousands of people are out of a job at this time and you hire a smart-mouth. No wonder why there were no other customers!

Desired outcome: FIRE Jenefrida and hire a human.

Jack In The Box High ridge drive thru

5:00 rush. I decided to wait in the long line. Had maybe 4cars ahead before I could order. After repeating order back to me 3X I get home and two of my items aren't in bag. I drove back, because same thing happened last time I went there. Family texted me saying their double was only a single. It was rung up wrong, even after I confirmed with them at check out that it was marked as a dbl. I get home from my second trip to them to eat my burger and there was no burger patty on my hamburger. Just bread and veggies. Wont be back to that location.

We went through the drive thru ordered 2 #6 one with fry one with rings and 1 #13 with fry's and 3 large unsweet teas which was over $30 when we got home we had only the 2 #6's and one of the three teas was sweet and NO #13. My complaint is expressed completely by the enclosed/attached photos. Literally does speak a thousand words. I will say, no I shouldn't be surprised that fast food companies spend a lot of money to make the ordinary look like a million dollars on tv; print and internet. Jack In The Box Area manager

I dont know exactly how to express my feelings about my complaint.. I guess you could say I'm just
Upset! I'm upset now to the point now that I wish something would be done.. and I dont want to give my identity because I fear it will have a negative backlash on my wife.. she has been with jack in the box since 2012.. and a general manager for 3 years now.. here in Phoenix AZ.. I will tell you the zip code is 85032.. The area manager with would be my wife's superior or boss.. Is plain and simply a narcissist!.. She has poor leadership skills.. She's power hungry and will step on or make employees look bad just save her own self from looking bad.. She talks down to my wife and it's totally uncalled for.. My wife is very organized and has brang her store up from like 80 to the top 10 as far as turning the store around.. Other managers call her for help about all kinds of concerns! Anyway this area manager expects things of her that are totally off the wall.. She's very vindictive. She's rude and very demanding! I understand this lady has people above her as well to make happy, but my wife does not deserve to be treated this way.. It has affected her attitude.. And bring down moral at her store because of this lady.. She had a previous area manager Terry or Teri who was great.. His new manager won't even let my wife take any of her sick days or pto.. My wife is on salary obviously. And is expected to be at work 7 days a week.. She also has made employees come to work when they had coronavirus unless they showed proof that they had it... And threatened to terminate if they don't come into work even if they called in.. When its an employees right to call in if they even suspect they have corona.. She points the finger and passes blame on my wife to the owners of her store if something was not taken care of just so she didn't look bad in front of them.. She makes my wife feel like she needs to be in fear of losing her job and that's bad! My wife has gotten made food cost and drive thru time as well as labor countless times week after week for years now.. She passes food safety and department of health inspections always with high marks.. These things can be verified. The actual owners of this particular store are extremely happy with my wife and her numbers.. I can't explain how much of a lousy person this woman is.. You wouldn't know unless you were an employee here. Simply because that's just how narcissistic people are.. They pass blame and then and say they don't! They smile in your face and then roll their eyes when they turn around.. And make you look like crap in order to save their own [censored].. Etc.. A good manager is a positive person who helps, who understands, who works with you to acquire best results, who pumps you up or compliments you when it's due.. I've learned threw my own experiences if you treat your help with respect and praise them for their hard work it creates great moral and boosts confidence! There's simply no reason for this lady to act the way she does at all.. It's sickening the way she struts her stuff around.. Almost as if she is jealous towards my wife because she has everything handled at her store and doesn't need this area manager for anything.. This lady's name is Daisy.. and she was assigned to my wife's store because the previous manager Terry had to many stores to take care of and was falling behind.. I'm just sick of my wife having to put up with this lady.. And I know you take food complaints very serious or customer complaints as well... This daisy is a joke and needs to be transfered or something other than my wife's headache.. Thank you sincerely
